Great stay at the hotel, across the road from the aquarium and a little village. Highly recommend visiting a bakery called sift downtown.

It's a very good hotel. I found this place to stay for one night on the way from Boston to New York. I didn't expect that there are many interesting places in the small town of Mystic. There are also many museums.

It was a nice hotel but the room was vwry outdated. The amenities, like restaurant and room service, was not great and the front desk did little to help. The pool was not heated and little kids were shivering after only a few minutes.
It was clean though. Overall, the location was convenient and the stay wasn't horrible.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. Clean and the staff was nice. My only complaint is housekeeping kept knocking on the door way before checkout time.

I spent extra to get a room with a tub and there was mold all around it so did not get to use it. Check in was delayed due to the room not being ready and then our key stopped working 2 times so we had to go separate times to fix that at the front desk

The shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. The water pressure was terribly low. The bar only had one bartender on for New Years Eve one of the busiest nights of the year. Wait time for drinks was ridiculous. The staff was nice enough. I felt like the hotel was unprepared for the number of guests.

Great. Everyone was fantastic. Out only complaint is that the wonderful human with all new equipment smelled so strongly of rubber we couldn't use it. Please open the doors, air it out, and put in a purifier.

Sub par room. Dirty ac/heating unit. Leftover items in mini fridge from previous guest. Bathroom run down. Shower kept backing up and not draining water properly. Standing in a pool of water towards end. No complimentary water in room. House keeping OBSESSIVELY knocking on DOOR @9 AM when check out time is 11 AM!
