We had an amazing two-day stay at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding—staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The dining experience was fantastic, with cozy spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The resort itself is a perfect getaway, featuring plenty of relaxing spots to unwind. The beach was exceptionally clean, and the best part was being able to snorkel directly from our water villa with a private pool. The marine life was stunning, making it an unforgettable experience. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, great food, and excellent hospitality.

I really had a great time at Kuramathi and the island is beautiful. The coral reef is excellent, if you swim out you can see rays and sharks etc. The island has really nice landscaping and a buggy will transport you around. For the price I felt a little bit let down by the service. At check in it was all about the money and what was included. I let them know well in advance it was my husband's birthday and nothing was done to celebrate.

Great location and  service;  very nice people who pay attention to all the details. We had an early departure and were allowed to have breakfast 30 min prior to scheduled restaurant opening.

The FB package is very valuable . breakfast , lunch , dinner are great . The food is cover for all country people . Drink is not included but not pricey . The island is really big , you can get the buggy to get around , the staff are really helpful . The Thundi Water Villa With Pool room is right next to the sandbank , the best location to see the sunset or sunrise .

The room is good. My kids love the activities in Kid’s Club, staffs r friendly and love kids.

I booked a luxury water house and communicated with the hotel in advance about the following questions: 1. Can I go to the island by myself? ---The hotel allows you to go to the island and leave the island by yourself, which is very convenient for friends who live on the residential island and have other trips. 2. Can you arrange a room with good scenery and close to the lagoon? ---I booked a V8 luxury water house. The whole environment is still good. It is not an offshore water house. I personally recommend not to choose a water house too close to the shore, the view will be better. 3. Check-in and room time? ---I didn't wait too long when I checked in on the first day. I checked in around 12:15. The butler introduced the basic information of the island, dining time, and restaurant number. I entered the room at 12:45, which was very fast! 4. Is the restaurant delicious? ---We ate at restaurant No. 3. There are many kinds of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the taste is also good, but I personally recommend not to eat chicken, which is very dry and not delicious! 5. The taste of other restaurants? My companions ate at restaurant No. 1. I tried breakfast and it was not delicious! ! ! There are very few types. If you live in 301-426, don't try restaurants 1-2 for lunch and dinner! 6. Is it a meal package or all-inclusive package? First of all, you need to consider how much drinks can you drink? Cocktails are big cups. If you have a good alcohol tolerance, don't choose cocktails suitable for girls, they are all sweet water! Our butler provided free lunch when we arrived on the island, and we could also enjoy lunch on the day of leaving the island, which is equivalent to 7 meals for our 2 nights.

This trip was beyond my expectation. The island is big, there are many activities, you won't be bored at all. The weather in Maldives was not very good in January, it was raining all the time, but it was beautiful after we arrived on the island, especially on New Year's Eve, we saw the dazzling rainbow. The tail beach is definitely the most interesting place. We stayed in a double-bedroom cottage. Before departure, I sent an email to the hotel to explain the location I wanted, and it was satisfied. Another thing that I didn't expect was that the food was very good, not just the unpalatable white food, the Asian food was very good. Of course, it may also be related to the Chinese New Year.

Everything is fine. The service was 4.5 stars. Unfortunately, the front desk staff misunderstood me twice for drinking the charged soda in the room. I don't drink soda, alcohol, coffee or tea. I only drink water and celery juice. They asked me to pay for the soda when I paid for the souvenirs, and said they would check it out. Who knew that I still had to pay for the soda when I checked out? I also took photos as evidence. The refrigerator was fully stocked. The front desk said that they would come in to replenish it in the afternoon. It's strange that you didn't help clean the room when you came in to replenish it. The next day you came in to clean during my meal time. Your work efficiency makes people think that the soda may be drunk by you. Although it is beautiful, the Maldives is very big. I go to different islands almost every year, and I shouldn't go to your house again. Also, the buffet staff is too hard-working. They are still working at 9 o'clock for dinner, and I saw him working again at 5 o'clock in the morning. And the service is super good, which makes people want to tip when they see it. The exhaust gas emissions from the resort island are really too smelly at nearly 5 o'clock in the morning.
