when booking never mentioned about child need additional charges. I arrived and reception said need top up per child charges and said because I not book with their hotel directly and if booked from trip.com need to additional charges for child. It’s slightly hard to communicate. Location wise is good. Hotel slightly old.

Very good resting space. The lady at the counter is very friendly.

The room was nice, but the beach near it was not very nice at night, you could only watch the sunset. It was ok in the morning when the tide was high

Breakfast is too simple, just beef noodle soup or egg bread

The environment is average, the breakfast buffet is also average, basically only the noodles are okay. But it is right by the sea, and you can't ask for too much for the price of more than 200 yuan. There are bars and the like next to it. Disadvantages: There is a nightclub next door, and you can still hear the noise in the hotel at night, which is not very comfortable.

The location is very good. It was difficult because the facilities were old and there were small bugs.

Вначале плюсы: отличное расположение, передний пляж в 5ти минутах ходьбы. Рядом много кафешек, после 17.00 можно попробовать и "уличную еду". Номер мы выбрали "роскошный" и не пожалели. Уборка ежедневная. Замечательный вид из окон. Бассейн не очень большой, на 3ем этаже, 1.4м глубины, чистый. Из минусов: отель "поживший", постояльцев практически нет. Из-за этого "шведского стола" на завтраках не было. Предлагали либо разные варианты супа(но только один вид в один день) либо яичницу из двух яиц, два кусочка батона, масло. Кофе и чай наливаешь сам. В пятницу, субботу и воскресенье "шведский стол"( так как посетителей больше). Но назвать это полноценным завтраком нельзя, все очень скудно, как будто отель одна звезда. Каждый день вечером надо было обязательно брать самому купон на завтрак на следующий день на ресепшен. Бассейн был открыт с 6 утра до 10 утра и с 14.00 до 18.00. Не очень удобно. Полотенец не было. В номере были панорамные окно, но они не открывались, так как все направляющие были загрязнены. Это очень большой минус. Очень неудобное расположение розеток. Они почему то везде по номеру натыканы, но не возле спальных мест, дивана, стола. В следующий раз мы в этом отеле не будем останавливаться и никому его не посоветуем. (

The hotel is very nice view and clean.the room is comfortable staffs are very friendly.ruby restaurant is nice set up and foods are various and delicious.waiter and waitresses are friendly especially the cook chef he always take care of all guest and services with his heart besides that I had impressed with Ms Ha (FO) she working hard and all smile to helping guest in anyway.the ways she expressed as professional one she always take care of guests.She help us to booked the room for many times so now we are became loyalty customer we just give her a call then everything she setups perfectly by the way we would like to say thank you so much for your support. I think Ms Ha .FO should be an employee of the month .finally thanks for all departments to support us have a good experienced with P&T hotel.we will be sure to come back soon
