A true gem for the perfect ski holiday!! A quiet location but minutes from restaurants and ski lifts. Modern, spacious and very comfortable. Warming ski lockers and a wonderful indoor/outdoor onsen to soothe sore muscles at the end of the day. The breakfast was healthy and delicious but it was the staff that took it to the next level!! Available and helpful for anything from a restaurant booking or ski lesson info .. thank you Lily, you’re Fantastic!!. They arranged transport wherever we needed to go, thank you Ollie and Ladesh for your bright selves and good humour … provided sleds for the kids to play with (thanks Rose) and when we left our phone in the transfer to the airport Chris, the Ultimate in concierge!!! , managed to find the driver and get it to us before our flight. We’ve had a great holiday. Thank you for everything!!
Niseko Inn of Youtei Raku Suisan

I stayed for the consecutive holidays in October. When you enter the hotel, you can see Mt. Yotei beautifully in front of the lounge, which is a masterpiece. It is a small inn with 18 rooms. There are two types of guest rooms, Yama no Ma and Mizu no Ma, and this time we stayed in the Mizu no Ma. There was a semi-open-air hot spring between the bedroom, living room, and tatami mats. My impression was that it was spacious and had a lot of closets. However, since it was the room on the Mt. Yotei side, which was the furthest from the main building, the view of Mt. Yotei from the room was subtle because it was a low-rise building. The open-air bath is large enough for 2 to 3 people, and it is a luxury. I was also impressed with the food this time. I ate at the iron plate counter and Japanese cuisine (Japanese cuisine counter) instead of the dining room on both days, but I was surprised that there were two counters at a ryokan of this size. The teppanyaki was delicious, but the Japanese food was very high quality and I was able to enjoy a meal that I can't easily find in the city. It is impression that quantity of breakfast is few (because there are many elderly visitors?) if we say forcibly. I have stayed at Zaborin, Park Hyatt Niseko, Ritz-Carlton Reserve Niseko and this area in the past, but this is my favorite accommodation in this area.
Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.
Setsu Niseko

My family and I stayed at Setsu for 8 nights in January 2024. We shared a one bedroom suite which worked perfectly for a family of four. The amenities in the room were excellent, having a washer and dryer in the room was very helpful. The room alone gets five stars. The location of the hotel is ok. It was handy having Lawsons across the road and food trucks and restaurants nearby (though sidewalks were pretty icy and not great to walk on at night). The ramen restaurant in the hotel is great, the food is tasty and its relatively affordable. The hotel could do with another lower cost food option as there was normally a long queue to get in. We ate at Luke's in the hotel one night. The service was excellent. But it was way over-priced. Some fried fish, a side of chips and a burger cost about $A180. The burger was good and given the location I didn't mind paying $A50 for it, but the fish at $A95 was pretty ordinary (oily and very salty). The cheapest bottle of wine was $A200. Breakfast was ok but not great - some freshly cooked egg options would have been nice. The snow was great - but a couple of days the top slopes were closed due to wind. This meant the queues down the bottom were very long. The ski school was a good way to jump the queues - but worth being aware that only Go Snow gets this at grand hirafu - rhythm doesn't get to jump any queues, and NISS at Hanazano only. The shuttle bus to the slopes was ok. We never had to wait too long but it was a bit awkward having to take skis onboard the bus. There is also a walk up to the gondola from the bus stop - its pretty short normally, but can take 20 minutes if the gondola queue is long. By contrast the Park Hyatt has a quick ski down to the Hanazano lifts which looked like a much easier way to get going - though there isn't much around apart from the hotel. Overall it feels like the volume of people at Niseko has over-stretched the other infrastructure. So not sure if we'd go back.

A newly opened hotel, with a strong renovation and new facilities, has the advantage of being able to go straight out from the B1 floor of the hotel to the starting point of the cable car of the family line, then you can take the cable car up and then slide. Base, whether it is going out or coming back is very convenient. The room is quite large, the bed is also very big, there is a washing and drying machine, this is very intimate for the skier, the small kitchen bar facilities are also very complete, there is also a small dining table, eat and drink good. The bed is a bit hard. The sad reminder is that the air conditioner is facing the bed, and the air conditioner is very hot. When you go to sleep, the hot air will stop the people blowing and it will be very cold. The front desk is spoken by Europeans and Americans. Send an e-mail before the trip to ask if there is a need to pick up or not to pick up the ski equipment. The service is very warm and thoughtful. The hotel does not have a restaurant of its own, but the location is very good, there are many restaurants in the door, very close to the supermarket and the place to rent ski equipment. I came to Niseko for the first time and lived in two hotels. I feel that this hotel is very satisfactory despite the small problems, and will come again next time.

The best, best and best hotel on this trip! !! The individual is a very demanding person, this hotel is impeccable from service to environment to facilities. The hotel is very new. It has been open for about a year, right next to the snowy mountains, and our room has unbeatable views! !! I like the modern decoration of the hotel! !! The appliances, kitchenware, tableware, etc. are all high-end brands! Bedding and daily necessities are very useful. Although it was not very rare when we were here in the snow season, the extreme service attitude of the hotel staff impressed me and tried my best to solve the problem for me. When I left, Hao dumped 1000yen for the younger brother who carried the luggage. I really liked this hotel
