The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

Our family's stay at the InterContinental Hefei with our child was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Guan. She proactively reached out before our arrival to understand our needs and even decorated the room with a lovely kids' setup. The little tent made the whole room feel cozy and playful, and our child was over the moon the moment we walked in – talk about attention to detail! The hotel's service was consistently excellent, with all staff members being warm and attentive. The Executive Lounge offered a great variety of food and boasted amazing views. Our lake-view room had a wonderful, expansive vista, making for a truly comfortable stay. Traveling with a child, choosing this hotel made everything so much easier. It's definitely our top choice for our next visit to Hefei! Plus, when we inquired about the AC on check-out, they even gave us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The overall service at the hotel is truly excellent! 👍👍

The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market. The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room. The environment was okay. The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine.

This hotel is super close to the Huangshan South Gate Transfer Center (Tangkou Town), which is incredibly convenient for first-time visitors. The butler's warmth and attentiveness really put us at ease, and they helped clarify our somewhat confusing online travel plans. They even re-planned our entire itinerary for us, including ticket and bus reservations. Plus, the hotel facilities are surprisingly smart – the curtains, lights, and even the toilet are all intelligently controlled. The massage gun and complimentary laundry detergent were also fantastic touches! 👍

Highly recommend Beihai Hotel; both seniors and children loved it. The location is excellent, right next to 'Brush Blooming into Flowers' and 'Lianxin Lock', and convenient for visiting other attractions. It's quiet at night but lively during the day. The hotel is very new. We booked a duplex for three adults and one child. The room facilities are very complete, and the smart devices are super convenient, especially the leg massager—the whole family praised it. My child and I slept comfortably on the spacious sofa bed downstairs, and the seniors also slept very well upstairs. The hotel's service was incredibly warm and comforting. The 'Xinyu Butler' provided timely and thoughtful service, patiently answering all my questions. They also led groups for sunrise and sunset viewings and planned our hiking routes for Huangshan.

Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.

The hotel service was excellent ✌️ The environment is great, right across from the Kangxi River. Facilities are complete, and breakfast is plentiful. The room was also cleaned very well. Christmas is coming, and the hotel decoration has a lovely Christmas atmosphere. I'll definitely come again! So good, so good!

非常好！！！酒店大廳大氣房間寬敞明亮，我這個人對房間裏的環境磁場異常敏感，每次住尾房都感覺害怕，曾經還遇到過**，但是這個酒店的尾房沒有任何的不適！非常喜歡！而且前台小姐姐真的很熱心很熱情。告訴我幾點下去吃飯最好，最後我退房的時候問她有沒有口罩，我其實沒抱太大希望，沒有就算啦，小姐姐在前台找了半天我都走了竟然還從自己的車裡拿了一個自己的新的沒開封的口罩給我，真的太體貼暖心了！！房間又好，前台小姐姐人又好！真的很喜歡這家酒店！！大家都來住吧，也希望這家酒店的生意越來越好！

There's a wide variety of food options, from snacks to full meals, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The only minor inconvenience is that taxis can't drop you off directly in front of the hotel entrance; you need to walk a short distance. Overall, though, getting around is quite easy. 🏨Facilities: The rooms feature smart controls, allowing you to use voice commands for lights, air conditioning, and curtains. I have to praise the soundproofing – it's excellent. Despite being right on a pedestrian street, it's remarkably quiet once you close the windows. 🔖Service: The front desk is very responsive whenever I needed assistance 👍🏻 😬A small drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, possibly because there are only two elevators for a relatively tall building. Overall, though, I had a very satisfying stay.

The room is very large, very warm, very clean, sound insulation is also very good, sleep very comfortable, there is free parking space, each service staff service is very good, breakfast is very delicious, there are many kinds and it is a buffet form. I didn't expect this price. The hotel also provides a free laundry room and gym and all of them are 24-hour self-service. It is really good. It is provided from 7:00 to 11:00 in the evening. There are free supper spicy and not spicy. It tastes great, not perfunctory at all. The overall stay is very satisfactory, and I will recommend it to friends around me to live. Everyone can try it and be very satisfied.
