It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.
