"Adding to my previous review, the air conditioning occasionally starts vibrating. The reason is simple: loose nuts. I asked the front desk for a wrench. Instead, they sent someone without tools. I managed to center it somehow, and it seems to have stopped vibrating. This situation is a bit surprising.
My conclusion is, if you're immune to noise, it's a great hotel.
The power went out for an hour, but the hotel has a powerful diesel generator. Locks worked, elevators worked, and the reception was operational. A definite plus for the hotel."

"So, Hotel Opus Batumi is brand new, clean, and the rooms are wonderful with excellent design. The bed and mattress are beyond praise. It's close to the sea (a 5-7 minute walk). There's a heated pool in the garden. Breakfast is not available. The balcony has chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying wine in the evening. All dining essentials are provided, including a pot, pan, dishes, and a corkscrew. The hairdryer is good, and the bathroom is very clean.
The staff are polite.
However (a feature of the area), there's a lot of active construction going on. Many high-rise buildings are being built around. Because of this, there's a lot of trash and noise. Our room was on the 24th floor with a sea view, which was magnificent. But once the neighboring residential complex, 100 meters away, is completed, our view will be of its wall.
There's no queue for the elevators."

"We stayed at Blue Sky Apart Hotel for 6 nights at the end of July and were very satisfied.
We had a cozy studio with a mountain view on the 10th floor. The windows faced a construction site, so it was noisy with the balcony open, but the noise was barely audible with the door closed.
The room was new, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was tastefully chosen: quality furniture, a comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, an excellent air conditioner, Smart TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a tea and coffee set, and beautiful dishes. In the bathroom, there were good fixtures, an excellent hairdryer, a heated towel rail, pristine white towels, slippers, and all necessary amenities.
Minor suggestions would be to add hair conditioner, a bath mat, and more hangers in the closet.
Special thanks to the hotel team for their prompt assistance and quick resolution of any issues.
The location is excellent: opposite Carrefour, and only a 5-7 minute walk to Batumi Boulevard and the sea.

"My husband booked this accommodation for my friend and me. On July 27, 2026, I checked into my standard room with a sea view. ATTENTION! Room 30-20. The absolute worst! First, there was a terrible smell from the sewage system! There was water on the bathroom floor! The toilet door wouldn't close because the door frame was swollen from the water! The toilet tank was leaking and wouldn't refill. The furniture in the room was cheap and outdated! The phone didn't work, so I couldn't contact reception to call an ambulance for my friend, who was feeling unwell! The TV didn't work. The room was dark because the balcony was cornered with dark glass, and there was only one small window to get some air; you couldn't breathe on the balcony. After 2 days, I decided to complain about all the shortcomings of this room, after which it was immediately changed to 31-08. This room finally matched the pictures on the website and my expectations. The room was bright, with working plumbing, furniture, and appliances. The balcony was open and spacious. The air conditioning worked, as did the TV. Why couldn't they have assigned me to a room that matched what I paid for initially? The service was disgusting! In the first few days, I asked for a drying rack for the room for 2 days! They promised but brought nothing! Also, a technician came to the first room to fix the phone but never actually fixed it. There can be queues for the elevator, and you might wait 10 minutes. The soundproofing in the rooms is also very poor. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to Batumi at all! And Courtyard is not the best place to stay in this city."

"Not a bad hotel, good for a frequent stay. Everything is close by. There's a huge supermarket right next to it. The hotel also has parking. That's exactly why I chose it. Stayed for 2 days with my daughter. A slight downside is the industrial area and car dismantling shop right under the window, but you can see mountains in the distance. Overall, we liked everything."

"Overall, the hotel is good, such a ”home”. We met very well, the staff is very polite, the area is very clean, the pool is also clean. Breakfast is good: there are not many choices, I ate almost the same, but it was delicious.
The room was air conditioning with the climate.
Of the downsides the most important is the minimum convenience in the room. No teapot, no plates; I got sick and couldn't even heat myself hot tea, because the teapot isn't available, and on the respiratory I didn't give it. Bedrooms change once every 6 days, we still have a toilet in the room, and the banquet was broken. The rooms are clean but obsolete: there were old spots on the carpet and bed linen was in the rolls."

"Отель новый и это его основное преимущество, так как всё в номере новое и приятное, хотелось бы, чтобы все последующие жильцы бережно относились к имуществу, чтобы оно как можно дольше оставалось в идеальном виде. Второй жирный плюс - близость к морю, конечно, сейчас там ещё стройка и тропинка до пляжа лежит через колдобины, но скоро этот вопрос решат. У нас был вид на море, и несмотря на строящиеся здания линией ближе к пляжу, мы видели 3 маленьких кусочка моря, что не могло не радовать. Синие стекла в номере добавляют яркости иногда серому небу. В номере просто потрясающий матрас на кровати, спать было одно удовольствие. Имеется кухня, микроволновка, электроплита. Из минусов - расположение холодильника в шкафу у балкона, неудобно и очень маленький по объёму, а также неработающий ресторан. В отеле на 2 этаже есть бассейн, в дождливую погоду можно восполнить морские прогулки. Некоторый персонал владеет русским языком, в целом вроде доброжелательные. Цена в сезон была очень даже приемлимая. В шаговой доступности много продуктовых магазинов, автобусная остановка. По вечерам можно любоваться шикарными закатами. С водой перебоев нет, горячая всегда в доступе."

"The hotel is new and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Europe Square, and within walking distance of the Alphabet Tower and Ali & Nino statue. Despite being next to a main road, the soundproofing is great, making the hotel very quiet and peaceful with hardly any traffic noise. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit basic."

"Great value for money. The sea view is truly fantastic. Location is great. A bit difficult for car parking. The room is nice but basic and minimalistic. Very convenient online check-in, the key was waiting for us in the locker next to the room door when we arrived.
At night can be a bit loud, every noise in the corridor can be heard through the zero-soundproof door, and also all the noise in the nearby rooms and balconies. Otherwise, highly recommend for a couple of nights stay, for longer stays I would opt for something more premium (at least with daily cleaning and soundproof)."

"The room was good and clean. The hotel is located in the new city center, close to shops, cafes, currency exchange offices, and the beach. The room had a stove, so we could cook dinner. Although there was no pot or pan, you could ask for them at the reception. On the upside, there was water, coffee, tea, and sugar (portioned for the number of guests), and both the internet and air conditioning worked perfectly. The views from the upper floors were breathtaking!
As for the downsides: when there are a lot of guests, you have to wait a long time to check in (not enough managers at reception), and also wait a long time for the elevator."

The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

SSaumyaleo31We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations.
The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise.
Here were the key concerns:
1. Language & Service Gaps
For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.
2. Inedible Food on Day 1
On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property.
3. Repeated WiFi Failures
Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication.
4. Shower Head Burst - No QC?
The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional.
5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard
The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated.
6. Room Service Delays
Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property.
For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable.
The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair.
The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors.
The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure.
The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included.
There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

AA MajdI was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.

GGuest UserThis is not a hotel 4*. This is apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with balcony, the new is clean enough. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or simplest things for the kitchen (salt, sponge for dishes, washing machine).
Location is good. near the sea, park and mall in step availability. Airport is near
Breakfasts are modest. Somehow everything should be hot, cold. Prepared in advance. From delicious tea.

CChessmasterI have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

BBuerderenIn the new district of Batumi, it is close to the airport and a few kilometers away from the old city, but the traffic jam in Batumi is very serious. We walked for more than an hour in the afternoon for a few kilometers. The management of this city is really bad.
The room was small, but it was clean, very close to the beach, because the plane left in the morning, breakfast was not eaten, and the umbrella was required to deposit 50.

NNIKITAVLWe had issues during check-in. We had booked a suite for a family of four – two adults and two children aged 7 and 12. Upon entering the room, we realized there were no beds for the children. The front desk promised to resolve the issue once, then twice, then three times, and by the fourth time, we had to get assertive. Eventually, sleeping arrangements were made for everyone, but it took us 7 hours of constant reminding. Overall, it's a great hotel with good breakfasts, a gym, and an indoor pool. The cleaning is good, and the staff is polite.
