"We stayed for 2 days as a family. Pros: a large beachfront, not many people, good stable Wi-Fi, new modern rooms with everything you need, and delicious, varied, high-quality breakfasts. The staff was polite. The restaurant food was decent. Cons: an abandoned construction site on the property (all non-sea-view rooms will face the facade of this abandoned building). There's practically no outdoor space – that small patch of lawn, fenced off from the unfinished building, doesn't count as a proper area (it has a swing, pull-up bars, and a ping-pong table, and that's it), plus the pool is right in front. The outdoor tiles are already all broken. Essentially, the aesthetic appeal of the beautiful rooms is ruined by the unfinished construction all around. There's a lack of infrastructure (the bar on the 10th floor, for example, didn't open once during our stay), and if you encounter bad weather, there's simply nothing to do at the hotel. For me, the transparent wall in the bathroom was a drawback. If you're alone, it's fine. Otherwise, there's zero privacy. Also, in the Family Grand room, there's no way to close the bathroom. Meaning, it's not designed for the door to close at all. Strange. We were also offered a free hour in the rooftop jacuzzi. There was green mold around the edges of the tub. I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, you can have a decent stay for a reasonable price, but only in good weather."

"We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment and generally felt very comfortable. We especially loved the location on the 23rd floor and the beautiful balcony with the view. The apartment was modern, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. Although the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, it didn't bother us much overall.
The bed was comfortably firm and very cozy, the closets were large enough, and the bathroom was particularly nice and spacious. Even small details like toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided. The hand and bath towels were clean, soft, and lovely and fluffy.
The kitchen was well-equipped with glasses, cutlery, a small knife, etc., so it was easy to prepare something small. However, dish soap, a sponge, and a dishcloth were missing, which we found a bit disappointing.
A few things could still be improved regarding cleanliness: Unfortunately, the floor wasn't entirely clean – our feet were quite dirty after walking barefoot. The fabric sofa also had some noticeable stains. However, the most unpleasant issue was the occasional smell from the drain in the bathroom. It was sometimes so strong that it was hard to stay in the bathroom and even caused headaches. Luckily, this didn't happen constantly.
Aside from these points, we really liked the apartment. It's a beautiful, modern, and cozy apartment with a great view – we would generally come back and hope that the minor issues have since been resolved."

Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года."

"Everything was exactly as pictured, and the sea was just a stone's throw away. I stayed on the 47th floor; the elevator stops at every floor like a bus, but there wasn't a huge queue as there are many elevators, so the slightly longer ride wasn't really a problem. The room was very clean and even had bathrobes. The only downside was that the fridge was unplugged when I checked in, it was dirty inside and smelled absolutely horrible, so it was disgusting to use. I just avoided opening it again. The reception always seemed busy, but it wasn't crucial for me to address the fridge issue, so I didn't bother spending time on it. Otherwise, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it for its value for money!"

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for 2000 rubles a night, come on! Then I read a bunch of bad reviews saying it was a waste of money, dirty, etc. But for me personally, everything was great. My room was nice, they checked me in kindly, and they were always reachable. (Block K) The only inconvenience was the casino music 24/7, but that's the only downside. I had a blast in every sense!

SSaumyaleo31We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations.
The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise.
Here were the key concerns:
1. Language & Service Gaps
For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.
2. Inedible Food on Day 1
On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property.
3. Repeated WiFi Failures
Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication.
4. Shower Head Burst - No QC?
The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional.
5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard
The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated.
6. Room Service Delays
Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property.
For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable.
The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair.
The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors.
The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure.
The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included.
There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

AA MajdI was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.

GGuest UserThis is not a hotel 4*. This is apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with balcony, the new is clean enough. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or simplest things for the kitchen (salt, sponge for dishes, washing machine).
Location is good. near the sea, park and mall in step availability. Airport is near
Breakfasts are modest. Somehow everything should be hot, cold. Prepared in advance. From delicious tea.

GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed here from May 3rd to 8th, 2026. It's a good hotel with an excellent location. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely the best. The breakfasts were delicious. However, you have to specifically request toothbrushes, and sometimes they forget to bring them. Also, the exhaust fan downstairs makes a constant, loud humming noise.

CChessmasterI have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

BBuerderenIn the new district of Batumi, it is close to the airport and a few kilometers away from the old city, but the traffic jam in Batumi is very serious. We walked for more than an hour in the afternoon for a few kilometers. The management of this city is really bad.
The room was small, but it was clean, very close to the beach, because the plane left in the morning, breakfast was not eaten, and the umbrella was required to deposit 50.

GGuest UserThe arrival experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:30 PM, completed the registration, and signed all the required forms. After that, the receptionist simply stared at me awkwardly before asking, ”Do you know that check-in time is 3:00 PM?” I replied, ”Yes, I know.” He then remained silent, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Eventually, I had to say, ”Okay, I'll find my way.”
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no offer to store my luggage, no suggestion of a place where I could wait, and not even directions to the lounge. I ended up sitting in the lobby until I approached the Front Desk Supervisor, Polina, who was exceptionally professional. She completely turned the experience around by delivering the level of genuine five-star service I had expected from the beginning.
Another concern was the absence of a concierge service. Even more surprisingly, the receptionist did not seem to know what a ”concierge” is.
