The hotel's guest services called a day in advance to ask about our estimated arrival time, if there were any elderly guests, and any special needs. It's clear the hotel really values guests' requirements. 👍🏼 The hotel environment is excellent, with good greenery, and staff are always maintaining it. Plus, every corner of the hotel is super photogenic! 😆 The front desk staff quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room for free! 👍🏼 They also explained all the important details clearly. 😎 The room was clean and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation and an amazing ambiance. I have to say, both the hotel's interior and the rooms are incredibly picturesque! 😛 The hotel breakfast offered both Western options and Yunnan's special rice noodles, and it was consistently good every morning. 😊 All the hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. 👍🏼 From the environment, cleanliness, facilities, to the service, my family and I were extremely satisfied. Choosing the MGallery was definitely a wise decision! 🌹🌹🌹

Highly recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel. It is very conveniently situated, just a 10-sec walk from the Lijiang ancient town. Getting to other attractions is very convenient as taxis are always just parked along the road. For 2 days we just used the taxis, and the fare is similar to the DIDI app. The staff members are very welcoming especially Mr Liu. He is always around to check in on us and would recommend suitable itinerary based on our interests and needs. In fact, weeks before I were to check in, they contacted me for my Wechat account via Trip.com, and I have no problem contacting him to pick me up from the airport the day before I were to arrive. Throughout my 5 days of stay with them, we felt we were staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel. There was much warmth and friendliness. If I were to visit Lijiang again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is amazing for its wonderful service, cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness and location. Located close to the north gate of Lijiang ancient city is very convenient for Didi pickup n drop offs. The breakfast is good, be it not western. You get free testing of the best teas from Yunan and Pu'er growing region. It caters for all tourists from all over the world. It is popular with Europeans , Malaysians, SE Asians, Russian s and Americans. I would stay here again.

The hotel is new and the facilities are pretty good. The location is impressive – even though traffic can be a bit heavy right outside, it's very easy to hail a taxi. It's also a short walk to Nanping Pedestrian Street and Kunming Old Street. There are only two elevators, so even during off-peak hours, wait times can be long. The minibar was a bit lacking, and breakfast was very average. During my stay, there were a couple of minor issues, but Nora resolved them efficiently and with an excellent attitude. Her empathetic communication skills were truly impressive. See you next time!

After two incredible days exploring Lijiang’s ancient cobblestone alleys and vibrant night markets, I have decided to extend my stay by one additional day. The charm of the Old Town, with its winding canals and timeless Naxi culture, has truly captured my heart. While the past two days allowed me to visit the iconic Black Dragon Pool and stroll along Sifang Street, I realize that one more day is needed to fully appreciate the surrounding beauty. Specifically, I take a day trip to the serene Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, whose peaks have been teasing me from a distance. A final evening wandering the quieter, lantern-lit lanes would also allow for a deeper connection to this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when they saw us with our luggage across the street, they immediately came over to assist. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was exquisitely prepared and delicious. The individual portions were quite filling. We only stayed one night in Chuxiong as we were just passing through, but our impression of this place far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay in the future.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Shannyn's service was excellent, and the whole place really gives off a relaxing vacation vibe. It's especially great for families with kids because of all the animals they have – black swans, miniature horses, sheepdogs, alpacas, and goats. In the mornings, you can even feed the fish, which my child loved. The breakfast was delicious, and there's a complimentary tea-tasting area. The rooms are a lovely blend of modern and traditional Chinese styles. I particularly liked that the toilet and shower areas are completely separate and in different spots, and the toilet even has its own sink. When I first checked in late at night, I asked for a crib, and the front desk said I'd need to come back in the morning since it was so late. I actually didn't bother going back the next day because I thought we'd manage without it, but to my surprise, we found a crib already in our room – that was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel's paid restaurant is also really good; the food is healthy with just the right amount of salt. They also have hot spring baths and a sauna, and the shower stalls are private. Plus, the hotel offers traditional costume and wedding dress photography, which is amazing! I seriously recommend this place. While I wasn't a fan of other attractions in Lijiang, I truly loved this hotel. And the pool isn't cold either!

📍Location: The location is excellent, located at the junction of Hongta Avenue and Wenhua Road in the city center, next to the Yuxi Museum, opposite the beautiful Nie Er Park, and it is very convenient to enter and exit by bus/Didi. 🔸Service: Polite and professional, supplementary items in the room can be delivered immediately, and the welcome fruit is good. 🔹Facilities: The weather was hot during the few days of stay, and the air conditioning could not be turned on all day. The hotel made corresponding explanations and took relevant cooling measures. The executive room is large, with a suite design style, a large-size dual TV, and free 🆓tourism information at the front desk and in the room. 🍚Food: The buffet breakfast is relatively rich and has many categories. 👉The hotel is listed with 4️⃣ stars, with high overall cost performance, recommended!

The ambiance is fantastic! The lobby is grand, and the details in the hallways and rooms are all well-thought-out and beautiful. The hotel is right next to the entrance of Cuihu Park, and from a lake-view room, you can see Cuihu Lake right from your window! Regarding the facilities, I'd read many reviews mentioning the hotel felt old due to its age, but honestly, during my stay, it didn't feel old at all. All the facilities worked perfectly. The only thing is you have to stand in the bathtub to shower as there isn't a separate shower stall. I'm not sure if this is the case for other room types, so if that's a concern, I'd recommend checking with the hotel when booking. Breakfast was quite rich and varied. The service was excellent! The front desk staff upgraded our room from a city view to a lake view. We also received complimentary turndown service with a sweet treat delivered to our room – sweet rice wine on the first night and peach resin and white fungus soup on the second, both delicious! The cleaning staff kept the room spotless. The front desk was very responsive, and everyone was incredibly welcoming!

This hotel in Kunming was absolutely perfect for my trip! It's right downstairs from Shuangqiao Night Market, making it super convenient for food and exploring. It's also a short walk to the train station, so I didn't have to rush for my train at all. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderfully helpful and promptly addressed any requests I had. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.
