On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new. On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp. Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

Staying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They confirmed my check-in details and the hotel's location in advance. Upon arrival, they immediately offered to help with my luggage and even assisted with purchasing tickets for the Song Dynasty City show (I didn't realize discounted tickets needed to be bought a day in advance, but the hotel managed to get them for me). They were consistently warm and welcoming whenever I saw them. The breakfast was plentiful and, more importantly, delicious, with a fantastic view from the restaurant. The room was spacious and modern, featuring a double vanity and a large dressing mirror, perfect for two women to get ready simultaneously. My friend was extremely pleased. Initially, I was a bit worried based on some user-uploaded photos on Amap, but thankfully, the hotel's photos on Trip.com were accurate and trustworthy, not misleading. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The environment here is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery and excellent maintenance. The lawns are meticulously trimmed, and animal waste is regularly cleaned up, making it feel like a secluded paradise. The animals are all incredibly clean and adorable; my child particularly loved Xiao Qi. The staff members were all wonderful, clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. However, there are a few details that need improvement, starting with safety. For example, in the 'Sisters' Gathering Today' room where I stayed, there are several steps that really need clear markers. They're easy to miss. Also, a large glass panel in the restaurant caused a woman to walk into it and start bleeding because there was no signage. When it rains, non-slip mats are placed outside the door, but it would be beneficial to have them inside as well; I personally witnessed a child slip when entering. Furthermore, the breakfast is truly too simple. The set meals are mostly pre-packaged, and the rice noodles aren't impressive. The hygiene also needs work; there was a dead fly in the sugar jar. I suggest making a bowl of rice noodles plus a set meal the standard breakfast. At least that would look more presentable. If there's a concern about guests not finishing, the rice noodle portion could be slightly reduced. Overall, it's still a very good guesthouse, and I offer these suggestions genuinely hoping it will continue to improve.

The hotel is located in Lijiang Old Town, making it an excellent choice for anyone who wants to explore the area on foot. One of our rooms was upgraded, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay in Lijiang. The hotel also offers many complimentary activities for guests to enjoy. The property features a beautiful garden with several alpacas and peacocks roaming around, allowing guests to interact and play with them. The rooftop view is another major highlight, as on a clear day you may be lucky enough to enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains.

Back in Dali, I decided to revisit the Xianyun 360-degree Cliff Seaview Hot Spring B&B, and it truly lived up to expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive. I later found out that the humble and helpful manager, who was always ready to assist, was also from Beijing, which made me feel right at home. The B&B's environment is serene and immaculate. The private hot spring pool in the room is definitely the highlight. Soaking in the hot spring, you're directly facing the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake – it's like a landscape painting come to life. During my downtime, I loved sitting on the balcony, gazing at Cangshan and Erhai, which was incredibly therapeutic after a long journey. The restaurant's dishes were delicious and flavorful. My experience was as excellent as ever, truly a hidden gem of a seaview B&B. Choosing to stay here twice speaks volumes about its reliable quality. I specifically chose the Lijiang Yundu Homestay for my birthday trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – it truly lived up to the hype. The homestay's breakfast was incredibly thoughtful and well-prepared. It featured comforting and delicious tomato and egg rice noodles, alongside Western-style toast, fresh fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. The balance of meat and vegetables was perfect, and the flavors were light and palatable. Every breakfast was a delightful and satisfying start to the day. Plus, there's a lovely afternoon tea served daily, which was a very sweet touch. 🥰 The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain the moment I looked up, with layers of clouds swirling around the snow-capped peaks. Below, the lush fields and clear water created a beautiful tableau. We could enjoy this stunning natural landscape without even leaving our room. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were refined and complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff provided warm and attentive service, taking great care of our entire family throughout our trip. Celebrating my birthday at the foot of the snow mountain, surrounded by beautiful scenery and supported by such thoughtful service, created an incredibly atmospheric and memorable experience. This high-quality accommodation made our birthday trip extra special and truly complete. It's perfectly suited for families traveling with children, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang.

I brought my son to Kunming and we felt very comfortable and secure at this hotel. The room was bright and clean, the large bed was cozy, and the bathroom had a sleek design (I particularly loved the frosted glass door in the picture). Welcome drinks and a tea set were all provided, making it tempting to just stay in. The hotel even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. It's perfect for both business and leisure; I'll definitely choose this place again next time~

The terrace room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel definitely feels more like a guesthouse; the common areas are small, and the biggest issue was the very average breakfast. The rice noodles weren't good, the congee was just rice, and there wasn't much variety. There was even a sign on the wall saying no takeaways. I'd suggest improving the breakfast quality, but it's fine if they don't anyway 🤣

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking. The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.
