This hotel is suitable for families in the Ungaran area. The parking lot is spacious, and the facilities are complete. All the staff are friendly.

The hotel is excellent, clean, and has complete facilities. The Kids Club offers many activities for children. Ms. Sella from reservations was incredibly helpful. The salon facilities are good, and the service is excellent, especially from Ms. Firda and Ms. Nining. Breakfast has a wide variety and everything is delicious. Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. Everyone was friendly..Staff were helpful and polite..They greeted you everytime they see you..Some even offered to assist you even though if you didn’t ask.Service was simply perfect,no complains! Gym and pool were under maintenance.Construction was going on at the main hotel.Wasn’t aware of the maintenance till you checked in (Maintenance Notice placed on room table).Maybe updates should be reflected on third party apps or via whatsapp to avoid disappointment. Wifi was poor.For a well rated hotel,this was a huge letdown.Management & maintenance should look into this.Was staying at room 806.Not sure if other floors or rooms are encountering this problem.Ended up using data roaming through my 3 days there.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.
