For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"The first thing that caught my eye when I entered the room was the incredible view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the iconic Raffles City right across, and the scenery is truly calming. Chongqing is a city with lots of hills and slopes, so it can be quite tiring to walk around. That's where the large bathtub in the room came in handy – a hot soak was incredibly relaxing. The hotel was very clean, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. The service was also excellent. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time."

Room was clean, well presented, nice and spacious. Room wasn’t noisy and whilst rooms are smoking this room did not have any smell. Great value and super close to the metro station."

"I've always trusted Kempinski, and this stay didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and grand, with several windows offering stunning river views, especially the Chongqing Grand Bridge over the Yangtze River at night, which was a real treat. The service was excellent; I'd like to particularly commend the gentleman at the front desk who handled my check-in. The swimming pool and executive lounge were also great. The lounge food, in particular, was exquisite and delicious, and it was quiet with few people, which is often not the case at other hotels. The location is superb, perfectly situated for both easy access and a peaceful environment. Highly recommend!"

A banquet hall and several fully equipped meeting rooms accommodate guests hosting business or social events. The property's spa offers a range of treatments, and includes an area exclusively for women. A swimming pool and fitness center are also on the premises.Smoking is prohibited in the hotel.

"I stayed at the Hilton in Chongqing for three nights and was satisfied with everything. It's very close to the subway station (Lianglukou) and Didi (ride-hailing) is also super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including a Luckin Coffee right outside. The staff were amazing! Housekeeping Auntie Chen (I hope I got the name right) was incredibly thoughtful; she brought amenities for my child and even provided a bathtub liner and bath salts. Vickie and Jason at the front desk provided excellent service and even complimentary breakfast for one day. The concierge staff proactively helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially for a mom traveling alone with a child! I recommend bringing a swimsuit. We forgot ours, otherwise, I definitely would have relaxed in the heated pool. I really enjoy swimming in winter."

TTaiyangwenquandanThe room was fantastic, with a strong Chinese aesthetic. Most of the furniture and facilities were made of wood, which was very comfortable. There was even a mahjong table, though we couldn't gather enough people to play, haha! The bed was very comfortable. Upon check-in, we also received a complimentary enhanced hot spring experience. We chose lavender, and to our surprise, it was freshly brewed, which was a lovely surprise. After checking out, I left my power bank in the room, and it wasn't convenient to arrange a courier. Our butler, Xiaoya, brought it to us the next morning, for which I'm extremely grateful. Both the check-in and check-out services were excellent. When we left, we didn't even need to go to the front desk to check out, but the butler still chased us out from the front desk to say goodbye, ask about our stay, and see us off. Although breakfast for two was included when we booked the room, we didn't wake up in time. I'll definitely try it next time I visit!

GGuest UserFor my three-day, two-night trip to Chongqing, I chose to stay at the Regent Chongqing, and it turned out to be absolutely amazing! The moment I stepped into the Regent Chongqing, I was captivated by its design, which seamlessly blends Eastern aesthetics with modern luxury. In the lobby, the massive golden 'money tree' installation was particularly striking during the ***** New Year, with golden ingots piled beneath it and lion dance heads on either side, cleverly combining traditional festive charm with the hotel's high-end positioning. During my stay in the room, what impressed me most was the omnipresent attention to detail. From the moment we checked in and they proactively delivered our luggage to the room, to the complimentary lattes and snacks in the lobby bar; from the entirely free minibar drinks and snacks in the room, to the 24-hour bubble bath service – everything made us feel incredibly comfortable and completely relaxed. Furthermore, I must genuinely commend Regent's Choice (丽晶轩). The restaurant's ambiance was excellent, with soft lighting perfect for photos, and the food quality was exceptionally high. They even provided three complimentary specialty appetizers before our meal. If I visit Chongqing again, I will definitely choose the Regent Chongqing again ❤️

SShanhaiyoulingjiPros: Great location, right next to the Glow (Halo?) building. Room service was quite responsive, and overall cleanliness was acceptable. Cons: Before 7 AM, it sounded like an absolute madhouse outside our room, with incredibly exaggerated screams, laughter, and clapping echoing non-stop. It felt like a party was happening right outside our door. I bet everyone on the 11th floor could hear it. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep, and all my positive feelings about the hotel plummeted! Around 8 AM, I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk to complain. They said it was a few wedding parties doing some pre-wedding rituals or something. After my call, the noise finally subsided around 9:30 AM. I was already tired from traveling and just wanted to sleep in, but the noise gave me a headache, and I was yawning all day. Honestly, this isn't a budget hotel costing two or three hundred yuan, so such poor sound insulation is unacceptable, and it makes me question the management's competence. They clearly knew there would be pre-wedding activities the next day that would disturb other guests, but they neither informed us in advance nor arranged suitable floors or rooms. Even after a guest called to complain, the hotel seemed helpless, saying their staff tried to persuade them, but the wedding parties wouldn't cooperate. So, for 800 yuan a day, I'm supposed to tolerate nearly three hours of noise? Why should I be understanding and forgiving? I've stayed in many hotels during holidays, but this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Noise from next door, commotion from upstairs – it seemed like three or four weddings were happening simultaneously that day. We, the guests, were just expected to put up with it. It was a serious disturbance, and the hotel's solution was just a perfunctory offer to upgrade my room next time or give a discount if my friends booked. After an experience like this, how could I possibly recommend this place to friends for a holiday stay? I advise anyone booking to ask if there are any weddings or events planned for the next day to avoid similar issues.

QQianjinxiwanwanjiangFirst off, a big shoutout to Freya, our butler! She's beautiful, kind-hearted, incredibly responsive, and her wonderful, gentle attitude made our stay truly exceptional. Of course, the hotel itself is fantastic – it's my favorite in Chongqing. The breakfast was delicious, and since I usually prefer suites, Niccolo's ambiance and decor completely won me over. The toiletries are also great and smell wonderful; I'm planning to buy some at the front desk, haha! This will definitely be my top choice for future hotel stays.

Lluis_cwzheOur family of six went to Chongqing, and the Conrad Chongqing left a deep and positive impression on me. While the Conrad hotels I've stayed at before have always been high-quality, they usually lean towards an executive business vibe. However, the Chongqing Conrad has a real vacation and resort feel, which is fantastic. The hotel is located in Nan'an, making it easy to get to Yuzhong District for sightseeing without the hustle and bustle, and Nan'an itself isn't overly commercialized. In terms of hardware, the hotel is very new without any unpleasant odors, and the breakfast offers a variety of local snacks. I think choosing this hotel when visiting Chongqing is a wise decision.

11388004****This hot spring hotel, nestled at the foot of Jinyun Mountain, is built harmoniously with the natural terrain. Pavilions and terraces are scattered tastefully amidst lush trees, creating a picturesque scene of mountains and water. The private hot spring in the room is clean and hygienic, and Owen provided very attentive service. My stay was excellent. I'll definitely come back again! The private hot spring in the room truly exceeded my expectations; the water was refreshed daily, making it very clean and private. The only area for improvement would be to address the traffic congestion for vehicles entering and exiting during peak hours.

CChooMNMom and myself had a lovely stay at this hotel! While there were some signs of wear and tear, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service was exceptional—attentive and thoughtful. To our delight, they even upgraded our room! The private hot spring in our room was the highlight of the stay. It was perfectly warm and relaxing—just what I needed. The resort was easy to explore on foot, and one of the standout features was the pet paradise. They had a variety of well-cared-for animals, including goats, chickens, deer, ducks, and more. It was such a unique and delightful experience! The buffet breakfast was impressive, with plenty of options to enjoy. A special mention to the chef for preparing a perfectly poached egg—it was flawless! A big shoutout to the Hanfu photography team. They were so friendly and welcoming! I’d like to give a special compliment to photographerMr. Yan Yan (许晏晏)who was incredibly enthusiastic and made our experience extra memorable. His warmth and energy truly elevated our entire stay at Banyan.

LluckyleileiThe location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around! There are also many local snacks and delicious foods nearby! The front desk service is very thorough, and the greeters are warm and attentive! The breakfast area felt a bit chaotic, and the service was a little slow. There was some leftover bread, which seemed a waste. I wanted to pack it to go, but the restaurant manager had a very unpleasant attitude and expression. When staying at this kind of hotel, guests usually aren't looking to take a few pieces of bread home; it was simply a thought about my child not finishing it and not wanting it to go to waste. It really left a bad impression. The bathroom lacking an automatic toilet was a slight letdown, and some of the facilities felt a bit dated.

YYangxiansenshuoWe chose to stay in the South Bank district to avoid crowds and noise, and we're so glad we picked the Marriott. We stayed for 5 nights, going out late and returning early, and had a wonderful time exploring Chongqing. If we ever come back, we'll definitely choose this Marriott again. Room: We initially stayed in a city view room (4213), and then moved to a river view room (4301) for the last three nights. The room amenities perfectly matched the pictures on the OTA – classic but well-maintained, with everything you need. From the lobby greeters and front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly friendly and super nice 😃. Of course, the night view from the river view room was even better! Location: Much more convenient than we expected. The subway station is right outside, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport, and about 20 minutes to Chongqing North Station and East Station (for trips to Wulong and Fuling). Popular local restaurants in the surrounding residential area are just a short taxi ride away (starting fare). Breakfast: The greeters, supervisors, and service staff in the 29th-floor dining area were all so cheerful and energetic. The variety and quality of the food were excellent; we had breakfast there 5 times and never got tired of it! Public Areas: The swimming pool and the observation deck on the 51st floor offer an even better experience at night.
