Pretty small room, although in a good location.
It's quite surprising that this hotel in a key city does not offer a smart TV. Only a few channels and all Japanese language.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Right next to Kyoto station, very convenient for traveller especially taking train to nearby cities such as Uji and Nara!
One convenient store (711) is attached to the hotel ground floor, many restaurants and stores nearby the hotel and close until late! Very recommended for those who want to maximise their time while traveling Japan!
The only thing is the room is a bit small but overall is nice

Hotel location is right next to Kyoto station. There are a lot of food options around. Hotel is clean and have everything you need.

Spoken English at the front desk very poor despite the personnel is kind and friendly, but they may often use an electric device as translator to communicate.

I recently stayed at this hotel and here are my impressions:
### Pros
- **Clean and Comfortable**: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and my room was very comfortable.
- **Friendly Service**: The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made for a pleasant stay.
### Cons
- **Limited Fitness Room**: The fitness room was somewhat lacking, featuring only three treadmills and one other piece of equipment. It requires some creativity to get a full workout.
The breakfast was also good with super friendly staff.
### Conclusion
Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. While the fitness facilities could use improvement, the cleanliness and friendly service made my stay enjoyable.
