Good location with bus stops and train stations within walking distance. A kitchen area you can use, free water. The rooms are fine.

Location very convenience just 100 m from shijo omiya station and there are stores around hotel easy to looking for food. Finally i would like to said this is the hotel that i will stay when i return to kyoto

Near Shijo Omiya station，also many bus stations nearby，very convenient to go everywhere.

Good location, very near Omiya Subway. Even w kuggage, there's lift. You gotta look for it. Easy to travel around w Subway. Very near Nakai & Sukiya. Walk ard 5 to 10mins, there's McDonald's, Matsuya n many other local restaurants. Family Mart & 7-11 are all over. No worries if suddenly u get hungry in e middle of the night. Bed is comfortable. Pillow very soft. Ice machine w cups, vending machine & laundry are there for usage. There's a common area w comfortable chairs and tables for u to seat when u wanna hangout. There's also microwave and water dispenser (bring your own cup or bottle to fill). ¥100 hot coffee machine available. You can seat around and warm up yr takeaway food and eat there.
All in all, I recommend this hotel in Kyoto. Away from e busy street. Quite a nice street to walk. Accessible to different parts of Kyoto w subway nearby. Price is very reasonable.

The hotel room had everything that was required and is in a very good location, near to multiple convenience stores, eateries and the train station. However, manage expectations as room is a tad bit small for even just 2 people. We had to take turns opening our luggage. Overall, it's a pretty good price for what it is still.
