Kyoto Kita Ward 5-star Hotels

The overall hotel is very good, the environment is also good, very quiet, but it is a little expensive at more than 20,000 yuan a day. The service is very good, but I can't understand Japanese. A Chinese translator at the reception will be fine. I suggest that after the price rises, the food in the hotel refrigerator should be free. In fact, whether it is free or not, no one eats much, and they can't eat much. It just sounds like a bad experience.

Very satisfied with the stay experience. The room is large and clean. We booked 2 rooms for a family trip. The housekeeper Carina upgraded it to a villa for everyone to stay in. The housekeeper service is very good and considerate. The whole family is also very satisfied with the hotel's travel photography during the Chinese Valentine's Day. We look forward to staying next time.

It's in a great location opposite Kyoto City Hall, right under the subway, and with Honnoji Temple behind. The facilities are new and clean, and the beds are soft and fluffy. The staff are attentive and kind. There is also a large public bath, so it was a very satisfying hotel.

It’s an extending stay of another 2 nights! The service was consistently good, the girls at the front desk defiantly speak better English than the guys. Our second room was facing to the west, there’s been some weird humming noise that you can hear in the room time to time. We didn’t bother to report it to the hotel as we were out for sightseeing most of the day. The breakfast was not as good as for example swissotel in Osaka. But it’s good enough to let you have a good start of the day!

Kyoto is such a big city, but I have to say that is hotel is in a very convinient location, in an area where you can walk thru every diretion and look many amazing stuff in the way.The walking distance to Nishiki Market for example is short and is a place where is a great to eat, walk around and do great shoping. Talking about the hotel now, is fantastic!!! the building looks and feel very new, with amazing furniture in all the place. The ONZEN is great in the first floor, I highly recomend live the Japanes bath. The room was great. Good space and Deco. The bath fantastyc. And the best of all ... the PJ´s

Such a lovely new hotel. Good and sincere service, especially for room service team and housekeeping team. Room facilities are user-friendly and pretty. Good location. Would be more perfect if hotel can offer free parking.

Great location ! Definitely in the heart of city center. The receptions are very responsive & helpful. The hotel interior is slightly outdated but the room is sparkly clean. Strongly recommended

Very good, very cost-effective, the room is spacious and bright, the service is in place, and there is a big bath. It's so comfortable to take a bath. Breakfast was very rich. It is a 10-minute walk from the Snack Pedestrian Street and within walking distance to the busiest neighborhoods. This is the hotel I will stay at next time
