The place is magnificent, the hotel and its surroundings are impressive, they have a very varied and interesting offer of activities. As for the interior of the hotel, it would need an update to its four stars. The room was very large but with outdated furniture, the bed was a shame for the quality. As for the spa circuit, the dimensions are small for the users who use it, poor maintenance of the services it provides, such as about 6 sun loungers for 20 people, the snacks they offered were inoperative, there was only one dispenser available. of water. In general, my rating is terrible, since we went to spend a day relaxing and came back with a terrible spa session and with a bad sleep due to the uncomfortable double bed, I forgot they could improve the cleanliness of the room.

Beautiful hotel imitating a castle and the typical houses of the Sierra de Francia, with a beautiful spa, small but very complete, magnificent dinner and breakfast and live music performances. The villa with a huge living room, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. There is a good quality price relation.

Great getaway for relaxing. Rooms were spacious. We had our own terrace. Nice and cooler temperatures than surrounding cities. The outdoor swimming pool is a small walk from the main building. We also tried the spa facilities that is at an extra cost. The spa area is well worth visiting. We also had a massage. That was a bit pricy for what you got. The details make the difference from giving it five stars. One thing was for example the breakfast buffet that was a bit scarce for a hotel of this size. There was little variety, dry bread and too many sweet things in plastic packages. But that’s a detail. I highly recommend the hotel for a great relaxation.

It is a hotel on the outskirts of the town of La Alberca. It is a rehabilitated fortress. The facilities are impressive, swimming pool, paddle tennis court, soccer court, etc. If you are in the area, be sure to visit the town. Not to mention its sausages 😋😋

We returned to La Alberca after 30 years. The tradition of the "pig of Saint Anthony" is perpetuated like the sacred cow in India. The village has become very touristy but has remained authentic. We took advantage of a remarkable Castilian-style hotel opened in 2008 one km from the center. The restaurant offers a succulent partridge salad as a starter and juicy beef from local Morucha breeding! Most comfortable accommodation and annexes and ample parking in a huge park

They gave us a villa where you had to climb stairs to go to the room or the bathroom. I called the reception to have them open the room on the ground floor for us since due to mobility I cannot use the stairs. When they open the room to us, the beds are double and not double, when we had specified a double bed. When we are in the room, a man enters the villa to bring firewood, without knocking or anything, with a master key, to which I am even more angry. I speak to reception to tell them what happened and they tell me that on Friday night they cannot give me another room, but that on Saturday they can. When I go up to reception to talk to them, they tell me that Saturday's room has already been reserved by the 2 that were left and that they were not going to change me. So we left having paid for the entire stay, and they did not refund us anything because they said that we had done it through ******* and that they were not responsible. I'm still waiting for a hotel manager to call me to explain the bad situation.

We spent a weekend at the hotel staying in a deluxe cabin with access to the spa and breakfast included. In general it has not been bad but there are some things that need to be improved. I'll start with the most positive: the Buffett breakfast is quite good, fruits, pastries, freshly made omelettes, sausages, etc., the exterior of the complex is beautiful, free parking and the cabin is large but from my point of view a 4-star superior hotel You should take care of some things, the beds need to be improved (mattresses and changing blankets for duvets), the sofas are uncomfortable. The decoration is not according to the hotel. The Spa is not bad but it is also not in line with the category of the hotel, it has everything but some things did not work and others were broken. The locker room is very small and not maintained (broken lockers, old showers, broken screens). I forgot the price is very good. If they make any improvements we will return.

As a couple, we stayed very well in a villa at the Templar Abbey hotel and we liked the spa, the spa area, the jacuzzi... in addition to being comfortable, it is a quiet place surrounded by nature

I loved the place and its surroundings, the only drawback is that the buffet breakfast is very sad, there was no natural addition and no fruits either, the meals are served by the waiters and the entire hotel staff in general is very friendly. The rooms are huge and I also recommend the bathrooms 👍
