Lovely place to stay, nearby with ski lift, parking were convenient

The hotel was perfect, incredible treatment, the room was very good, with a balcony and the breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. I would return without a doubt.

Satisfied overall. Only problem, our coffee maker didn't work. The only suggestion made was to have a coffee at the hotel restaurant and pay. The least we could have done was to offer coffee, I think. Despite this, a nice hotel and pleasant staff.

It has been a quite favorable experience, removing the bathroom facilities that needed maintenance

The hotel is very well located and very nice. I recommend it and in the future I would stay again.

We’d never been to Andorra before but chose NH as we were using them in Spain on the same trip. Check in was efficient and we paid for the secure parking. We chose a balcony room thinking it would be fine but it was very compact and there was no desk to work at. Breakfasts: all good! Dinner: we ate dinner twice and enjoyed the experience. Service: all good. I guess we simply didn’t read the room details before we booked as we generally opt for larger rooms in our holiday hotel stays. I’d stay here again but only if larger rooms were available.

Besides hair on bed and in sink, worn out towels, VERY noisy AC. Room is built in a way that you cannot open the window and walk around the bed. Receptist with passive agressive attitude.

Our stay here for a ski holiday in Arinsal was fantastic and great value for money - we didn’t expect it to be as luxurious as it was. We haven’t stayed many fancy places so this felt fancy to us but may be dependent on expectation. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved having a balcony and looking over the river. The service made this hotel 5*. It was my birthday when we stayed and my partner emailed prior to arriving to ask if they could do anything at all as a little surprise for my birthday. On my bday we arrived back at the hotel after a day of skiing to find a chocolate brownie with a candle on slate saying happy birthday with strawberries too. We also made an error when skiing a different resort where we forgot about our shoes to change into from boots. The hotel provides us slippers when they noticed despite us not paying for a room with these extras. It might seem standard for some hotel guests but we appreciated the touches. The hotel is perfect for anyone skiing Arinsal however you must be fit, it’s an uphill walk around 15min up to the gondola. It was tiring but we were happier to do this than pay expense for being next to the gondola. Plus this hotel is much fancier than others in Arinsal which my partner has stayed in. Beautiful area I would highly recommend staying here.

I really liked the hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff. Very nice and clean. We were pleased with our stay. The hotel is not in the center, but this is not a minus, since the funicular is within walking distance. Those looking for shopping will need to go to the center by car or bus. The bus routes are very convenient and getting there is not a problem.

This hotel used to be amazing under private ownership but now as part of a group it’s lost it’s charm, character and is sterile. The breakfast is double the price it was but very poor and limited. The dinner is a ridiculous price for what they offer which explains the dining room being empty the three nights I was there. Service is rude and non existent due to lack of staff. Worst - they now charge €15 per night to park. We are not in town this is middle of no where and a huge car park. Please, please don’t waste your money. This used to be my home in Andorra - I’ve stayed here 27 times in 4!years but for my next visit I will be staying somewhere else. Avoid.
