Aside from having to wait over an hour and half past checkin time to get our room due to rooms being “ready” the hotel was fine. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary service or even a sorry that check-in was delayed. I was told by the gentleman at the front desk I just had to wait and I wasn’t the only one.

This is my second time staying at a Springhill Suites, and I’m glad we chose this hotel. My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Southern Cali. The hotel is clean, modern. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast is an added bonus. My only mild complaint is that there’s only a bathroom mirror in this Cali location. The Florida room had an additional full length mirror. Sharing one mirror with a teenage girl was a nightmare!!! lol

We stayed 6 nights and had no access to any towels . Our room was never cleaned and smelled sour.

I loved everything about this location. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is surrounded by a bunch of food restaurants. I will say that charging for parking is a little overbearing. With the amount of how much the stay is, I think anyone having to pay almost $600 for only 3 nights should at least have a free parking. Other than that, parking was safe and we legit-ly return to this location.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and they definitely need improvement in customer service. There is hardly ever anyone at the front desk, so no one to get help.
This time the 2 mornings I was there, the treadmills didn't work in the gym. Very frustrating.

I arrived a little late for check-in time but not a problem apparently I beat the rush and it was quick easy Ashley made my check in a breeze explained everything for.me a parking pass she went above and beyond to make.expirience at first contact a joy, the room was great comfortable clean only issue I had was with the flush pressure and tv remote (tv would not turn off) other than that perfect stay great place.in a nice plaza with a bunch of great stores and restaurants
