Very nice hotel! Great location in downtown Winter Haven. Looks and feels more expensive than it is and very clean. Kitchenette is complete: full size fridge/ice maker, dishwasher, glassware, nice flatware, stove. Etc. Down pillows as well. Can’t say anything bad about it, other than try getting a room facing the front or side of the building for quietness.

I left to eat breakfast and my room was entered and cleaned BEFORE check out. I was not done with the room yet but I felt rushed out because they had cleaned it. Front desk was a little rude when I asked why

I stayed here for a youth soccer tournament. It was great. Clean, good location, kind staff. The breakfast was wonderful, and it was so much good food for free. The only bummer was the pool was closed, but that was due to the weather.
