Strategic location and good sunset view from balcony. The room is big and comfortable. Bed was okay but pillows were way too soft to our liking. But we managed. The shower pressure was good with a walk in closet bathroom. The room air conditioning was also good but temperature seems to change during night time to a bit warm. Overall stay was good. Breakfast serving had varieties and not bad.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated to our request made during booking for simple birthday decoration. They even sent a slice of cake to our room on the day we checked in.

This hotel is really great. The infinity pool on the third floor can directly see the sunset at the beach. It's really beautiful! There are always battery cars to take guests to the beach, but it doesn't matter if you don't do it. You can walk to Central Beach in three minutes. Aloft under Marriott is of really good quality and the service is also very good. It is very close to the Cenang Beach Walking Street, which is very convenient for shopping and eating! A good experience, I will come here again next time🫰

Very nice experience, the hotel is modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The team was able to satisfy our requests (extra bed) quickly, which is very appreciable! The location is a little far from the city center but we liked the surrounding calm and the amenities around 👍🏻

Asked for a high floor room and was given a low floor. I don’t believe the hotel was fully booked

The view was amazing and the pizza and pasta in the restaurant was delicious!

We booked rainforest view but got upgraded to seaview! So very grateful with that. We know that this is not beachfront and as we cane from Koh Lipe and just here for one night that is perfectly fine as we just chilled by the pool and the cocktails are buy 2 free 1 (18 MYR each). The room is spacious, bed is comfy and the toiletries are branded (Drybar). We also ordered room service and had pizza at balcony. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The Aloft never disappoints. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, plenty of amenities, cleanliness never an issue. Good for families and couples alike. Buffet breakfast was extensive with even middle eastern options and a roti canai station. We first stayed at The Aloft over 5 years ago before the pandemic hit and the standards have never dropped over the years. Overall a great stay and we look forward to our next stay here

The drinks in the room are free and will be refilled if not posted. The room is large and well-equipped. The bed is also big and comfortable. Good food in the morning. The waiter is smiling, friendly and polite. It is highly recommended!

I have stayed in Aloft in other cities before. This one in Langkawi is of a lower quality than the others. The sound proofing of the hotel is really bad, like the walls were made with cupboard! i had to change room due to a sound from a generator from next building. A colleague had to change room too due to the same reason. We can hear our neighbors talking and i was woken up by birds chirping when they woke up! I had 5 nights there and it was suffering. If you are a light sleeper, i do not recommend. Otherwise it is a clean and nice hotel with a nice pool outside the only restaurant.

Overall is good

It's not far from the airport, making it easy to get around. The room is cleaned, but there are black stains on the sheets that look like mold, the hair dryer is broken, and the body soap is almost empty. When I told the staff, they happily replaced it, but I wish they had checked from the beginning. The tap water is brown, and like most hotels around here, it is not descaled, so please brush your teeth with the provided mineral water. The quality of the hotel is not good, but the staff are very nice.
