Not to far from the coach bus stop and walkable distance to the main city center.

The hotel is very easy to find, and the service was excellent. They appear to offer 24-hour front desk service, and luggage storage is also available. The environment felt very secure, and the ground floor, with its many tables and chairs, was very comfortable.

The room lacked basic amenities like a kettle and tea bags. Additionally, there was nowhere convenient to hang clothes while showering.

I stayed 8 days total. It was clean and had nice view. At first I thought the room is a little bit worn out, But it had no problem, employees were very kind and helpful

A pretty good budget hotel conveniently located close to the city center. It's right next to a bus station, which makes it easy to reach surrounding villages and towns. The rooms are compact, but each comes with a private shower and toilet. The hotel's main highlight is the fantastic city view, especially from the 9th floor.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was quite mixed. The location itself is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, there are several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, even when set to the lowest temperature. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially during warm weather. Second, the WiFi provided was an unsecured public network, which did not feel safe for handling any personal or sensitive information online. While the room was reasonably clean, the bathroom had a persistent mouldy smell that did not go away throughout my stay. Another inconvenience is that the parking area is not located directly at the hotel, which can be quite awkward if you have luggage or need to access your car frequently. Overall, I would not recommend staying here for more than one night. There are better options available in the same area.

I'm quite happy to stay in this hotel. Good value of money, good location, easy to explore the city. The only downside for me is there was no kettle in the room, need to go to the reception to fill in some hot water. Overall, I would like to stay with them again next time if the price is not above £45.

We stayed here for the otley run and it was decent, had everything we needed for the night.

Hotel located in a convenient location in the city centre. Room was clean and bright. Would definitely recommend if visiting Leeds!

It is a lovely hotel, with lovely staff, a great location and very clean. However, there was no kettle in the room and they where charging £2.90 for a cup of tea! these rooms are the same price as anywhere else ive stayed and this has always been a basic thing to have in a room. The lay out of the room was odd but manageable as a solo traveler, however if you are sharing a room with a friend it may be a bit awkward as the shower was not in a separate room but just attached to the main bedroom. The breakfast was £8.90 and contained nothing hot. It felt a bit steep for what was on offer, but what was there was fresh and constantly topped up Super close to the train station and shopping centre, a lovely area of the city, and no traffic could be heard from the busy roads outside :) Over all a good stay for what I needed it for but the small things would have made it a perfect stay rather then just okay.

The room was very basic, the bed was awful, the key cards wouldn't work, breakfast is not worth an extra £8.50. Will not stay again. Terrible value for money.

Very average hotel. Beds are not as clean as expected. We are not too happy.
