Hotels Near Centro de Vida León in Leon

First of all, I have stayed at quite a few hotels during my travels. This was a unique experience as I was told that this hotel was the oldest in the city which I found intriguing at first. First of all, I loved the lobby, is has this traditional feel to it which was great. The elevator is manually operated which I found very pleasing as it was a first for me. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, without a doubt top-notch service with a personal feel to it I can't say enough about how great they were. The artwork in the hotel has a warm feeling to it which I enjoyed. I didn't try the restaurant but it was always very busy and they has a small band playing instrumental music that was easy to relax to. Once I got to my room is when that charm began to wear off. the room was big with plenty of closet room. The bed was somewhat stiff but still comfortable. The carpet was dated with a couple of bearly noticeable stains. The outlets were two-prong which could be a problem for some laptops. To me, attention to detail is the key for a nice room. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower door had a small crack. The showerhead, on the other hand, had quite a bit of build-up, and the was a piece of the counter was missing. Now I was told that some parts of the hotel were being renovated but for the rooms that are being given to guests things like these should be looked at. As a solo traveler, I really don't mind but for couples and families, I'm not so sure. The wifi in my room was a little weak but usable, but I have internet service in Mexico and my provider had service at the hotel so I logged in with my account details and I was online. I don't really know if someone without Mexican internet would be able to connect.

Facilities: No facilities available Hygienic: good health, very clean, high-rise floor-to-ceiling windows Environment: The high-rise view is very good, the main opposite is the Leon Convention and Exhibition Center, crossing the road, it is more convenient to participate in the exhibition, about 900 meters from the Bus bus station. Also convenient Service: This hotel has problems with Ctrip's settlement, check-in and check-out have encountered problems, and Ctrip is actively handling them.

A good hotel to be quiet attention by the restaurant was excellent the lingerie that served us was very nice rooms are good hostel this very good hotel I will return the only thing that would be better adjust your price is l a little high

Great location. Great food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with this hotel and we travel a lot! We have had our share of bad experiences with other hotels but this one was exceptional! We would stay here again!

The hotel is very close to the centre and the area to buy shoes in León, breakfast is very good and varied to enjoy it, without hurry and with the excellent attention of its staff. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre.

El Viernes 4 de Agosto el hotel se inundo, era imposible ingresar al hotel sin echar a perder tus zapatos y mojarte hasta la rodilla. Me comunique con recepcion para cancelar mi reservacion y se negaron rotundamente a realizar un reembolso por esta reservacion. Solicite hablar con el Gerente y me comentaron que el Gerente se habia ido que regresaba hasta el dia siguiente y que no contestaba llamadas. En primera es una gran irresponsabilidad del Gerente abandonar el lugar cuando este se encuentra en caos total. Y en segunda como se atreven a no realizar reembolsos cuando claramente el hotel es inaccesible debido a su falta de mantenimiento en sus coladeras y drenajes. Era un cliente semanal de este hotel ya que viajo a Leon por negocios cada semana, pero esta experiencia con el Gerente de esta sucursal temrino mi relacion con esta sucursal en especifico. Espero se puedan tomar cartas en el asunto con este Gerente pues es lamentable tener personas a cargo de un hotel con esta actitud.
