Leticia Hotels with Swimming Pools

We stayed here twice- one night before and one night after a trip into the Amazon. Rooms are huge, shower has hot water, restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. On our first stay, I thought the hotel was fine. Upon Rey from the jungle it fest like the Ritz Carlton. Perspective is everything. Location is great, staff are lovely and so very friendly and helpful. Pool is huge and very clean. Highly recommend. Something to consider- most locals regard this as the nicest hotel in Leticia. I can’t argue with that considering the other options I saw.

Al llegar al hotel se me asignó una habitación sin aire y sin televisión, pedí cambio y al día siguiente me entregaron una cabaña de dos pisos con las camas de las que necesitaba, aire acondicionado y televisión el aire solo se enciende de 8pm a 6 AM por ser un eco hotel, sin embargo debia llamar a recepción cada dia para que vinieran a encenderlo, un día no hicieron limpieza en el cuarto, la habitación tenia una gotera que nadie fue a reparar y unos bombillos que no cambiaron, la comida no estaba mal, pero deja mucho que desear, los tragos del bar libre son pocos y no muy gustosos, si deseas un cóctel conocido debes pagar por el en otro bar, al final de nuestra estadía nos enteramos que los tours si los contratas desde Leticia son hasta 50% mas economicos, el problema es que no puedes salir del hotel por tu cuenta, lo que realmente cambio e hizo la diferencia en esta aventura fue la actitud y especial trato que recibimos de los trabajadores, tanto de selvatour como de onvacation, destaco a Kelvin de onvacation y un super merecido reconocimiento a Ume (Cristian) quien nos trató de una manera maravillosa, nos introdujo en la cultura real nativa, nos dedico tiempo de mas para que pudieramos experimentar de la mejor manera cada tour que decidimos tomar, trabajadores así son la razón por la que todos los problemas antes mencionados se convirtieron irrelevantes y desearíamos volver a vivir la experiencia con onvacation, por favor si deciden ir, busquen lo! Va a hacer que su viaje valga mil veces más la pena
