✅ The pick-up and drop-off service by the nice young man was incredibly smooth. ✅ Within 100 meters of the hotel, you can find all sorts of food and drinks. ✅ It's just a few minutes' walk to Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station and Gongbei Port, and from the 16th floor of the hotel, you can see them both nearby, one to the left and one to the right. ❌ Breakfast is self-selected and delivered to the room at the chosen time, but it was 20 minutes late. I hope it will be on time tomorrow so it doesn't disrupt my plans. ❌ Housekeeping is a big issue. There was an old ice pop in the fridge that had been there so long it was moldy. ❌ When I returned to my room, both key cards suddenly stopped working. I went to the front desk for help, and the receptionist came upstairs with me, but even their master key couldn't open the door. It took the hotel's technical staff a while to fix the problem. Speechless!

This is a truly excellent hotel! First off, the location is superb. It's just across the street from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, next to Flower City Square (Huacheng Huajie), and behind a shopping mall. Two metro lines make getting around incredibly convenient! The hotel rooms are tidy and clean, the shower pressure is great, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. Even though the room is in a bustling area, the soundproofing is excellent; once the windows are closed, you hear nothing! The laundry room is also very convenient for washing and drying clothes. Finally, the service... it was absolutely fantastic! Whether at the front desk or from the housekeeping staff, every employee I encountered was incredibly friendly! It was truly a wonderful stay!

This was my second time staying here. The location is incredibly convenient, right above Fuhuali, which has all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also very close to the border crossing. The value for money is excellent, it's comfortable to stay in, and the facilities are comprehensive. The kids especially loved it. I'll definitely be back next time!

First off, the location is unbeatable. West Lake Scenic Area is right across the street, and there's a pedestrian street next door. Downstairs, there's a delicious Cantonese dim sum restaurant. The partial lake view room really does offer a view of West Lake as soon as you open the window. The hotel service was excellent. We arrived in Shenzhen in the early morning, then took the earliest high-speed train to Huizhou, reaching the hotel around 8 or 9 AM. The night before was fully booked, but the front desk kindly suggested we have breakfast first and said they'd contact us immediately if a room became available. We ended up getting our room key at 10 AM, allowing us to check in early. Much appreciated!

A perfect five-star review for the R&F Wanda Hotel Jiangmen! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

The three adults and one child in our group were all very satisfied, especially my niece. Our floor had a penguin theme, and she was absolutely thrilled with all the kids' amenities in the room: children's shampoo and body wash, lotion, toothbrush, slippers, a child-sized sink, a small toilet, a mini bathtub, and even small gargle cups and ceramic cups. She also had a fantastic time at the kids' play area on the 6th floor. The facilities and amenities were comprehensive and of excellent quality, and the front desk service was superb. The location is convenient, with many restaurant options in the mall downstairs, and Zhuhai Station is just an 1.1km walk away.

We checked in on Thursday and received a complimentary room upgrade. The hot springs pool on the first floor was incredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk attendant was very gentle and informative, explaining the hotel's facilities and environment. Two young men kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. The upgraded room was in Building 1, a bit far from the outdoor hot spring pools, so we opted to use the in-room hot spring. A packet of bath salts was provided, leaving our skin smooth after bathing. The first night's minibar was also complimentary, featuring two boxes of soy milk, Coke, and beer, plus a fruit platter. In the afternoon, we went out to take photos. The weather was lovely and sunny, and the flowers, plants, and trees were beautiful. The staff were diligently watering and cleaning, very hardworking. There's also a paid mini-train ride in the park. Our package included six archery shots, half an hour of mini-golf, as well as billiards and table tennis. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts are also available but require advance booking by phone. Our package also included a buffet dinner at the Brilliant Restaurant. Since the buffet wasn't available on Thursday, we were offered three options: a la carte at Brilliant Restaurant with an 800-yuan credit, a more standard 'order anything' menu with common home-style dishes, or a fixed set menu. I chose the a la carte option at the restaurant and ordered five dishes and a mango sago dessert. It was very filling, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. We had black truffle conch slices, giant river prawns, casserole perilla mountain snails with free-range chicken, mango sago, and cumin pine nut baked lamb rice (which was incredibly delicious, though it took an hour to prepare. The crust was fragrant, and the lamb was excellent). The stir-fried fern shoots with dried shrimp was also very tasty, with a crisp yet tender texture similar to Chinese broccoli. Breakfast was also very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as steamed dim sum. All the staff were fantastic; they would introduce dishes and help clear plates quickly as soon as you approached the counter. There are also many children's facilities in the park, and it's a pet-friendly hotel with an outdoor pet park. The only downside is that there aren't enough signposts in the park. Even with a map, we still got lost frequently, haha.

Wyndham肇庆 is perfect for families with kids! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is so comfortable. The play area is amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. The staff are incredibly patient with children and always willing to help. The pool and restaurants are really convenient, and it's right next to a shopping area and attractions, making it ideal for a family vacation. It's a 10/10 experience! The lake-view room offers stunning views of the Seven Star Crags and the lake right from the window. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening is incredibly therapeutic. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. Sitting on the balcony, sipping tea and enjoying the view is an absolute dream. This is definitely the place to go for relaxation!

My first stay at an Atour Hotel was great! The service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. I loved that there was a reading area downstairs and a mini-fridge in the room – all the amenities you need. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Park and the pedestrian street. Plus, they even have robots delivering room service!

Staying at the Spaceship Hotel was a wonderfully cozy experience. Check-in was a breeze at the self-service counter, and being able to store our luggage before heading out to explore was incredibly convenient. Check-out was super efficient and the process was hassle-free. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the balcony offered refreshing air. The hotel also has a gym with new equipment, which was really handy. The room was clean and the WiFi was seamless. The bed had just the right firmness, and all the children's amenities were provided. The room included a mini-fridge, a safe, and a sterilizer – truly fully equipped. The toiletries were clean and complete, and the hairdryer, electric kettle, scale, safe, and TV all worked perfectly. The children's toiletries were also beautifully and cutely prepared. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee were provided, which was such a pleasant surprise! With 24-hour security patrols, we felt safe and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The facilities are comprehensive, the floor is clean, the carpet is soft, the mattress has ideal firmness, the duvet is spotless, and the pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent too! They even prepared a step stool, a child's potty, and kids' toiletries specifically for children, and even the slippers were parent-child matching. We felt both comfortable and secure. The hotel amenities are very complete, with a gym and a first-aid room. The room was large, clean, and very spacious. There were also many dining options, which was convenient for a family trip. Overall, a great experience! The security staff were very diligent and the resort's security was tight. We will definitely come back next time. The hotel directions were clear, and it's right next to Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park with a dedicated entrance, which was very convenient. The package deal was great value, allowing unlimited park entry. Check-in was fast, the facilities were comprehensive, and the hotel's dining options were rich and varied. The buffet food was delicious, the restaurant's environment was beautiful, the food selection was abundant, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was superb. The lobby's ocean-themed decor made the kids very happy. We look forward to staying again next time to experience the hotel's unique charm.
