Every time I passed the front desk, Ms. Menghua's smile made me feel incredibly welcome. Not only was she efficient and professional with check-in and check-out, but she also thoughtfully asked about my preferences and proactively shared information on local transport and dining options. When I asked for directions to attractions, she patiently hand-drew a simple map for me. Her service combined the standard procedures of a five-star hotel with the genuine warmth and care of a friend. Kudos to such an excellent employee! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Had an amazing time here in Mercure Hotel, located at prime location, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even went the extra miles to recommend the best dim sum place to dine in, tourist sightseeing places and small little tips for us to travel around China. The hotel received taobao parcels on behalf of of us too and they did an amazing job. Hotel room is very clean, sufficient gym equipments and most importantly the laundry room is fully equipment with washer dryer and iron. Will come back again.

I've stayed in many hotels in the airport area, and this Airport Hotel is definitely one of the best value-for-money options. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the room size is standard. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping extremely convenient, yet it's not noisy. Its proximity to the airport makes transportation easy. It's definitely a hotel I'd recommend.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

I was really really impressed by the service of the hotel receptionists and the help extended to me by them (both at check in (陈小屏）and during the night of my stay（小甘）), the cleanliness and welcoming warmth of the room given and it was a very pleasant stay overall! Our family went to Chimelong Spaceship Park for Mother's Day, and the hotel room was well-equipped and of good quality. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet and pillows were soft and warm. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the footstool and toilet seat for kids were a thoughtful touch. The package deal was great value for money, and the hotel's location was excellent. The hotel grounds were well-landscaped, and the air around was fresh. So convenient! The shuttle bus had frequent services. It was a fantastic stay, truly an amazing experience, and we'll definitely be back! The restaurant food was fresh and satisfying. The room had good lighting, ample space, and a cute, cozy decor. The duvet was comfortable and soft, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, with fresh air. The lobby restrooms were clean, well-equipped, and easy to use. The hotel has a laundry room and gym. The room hardware is brand new, with a small degree and a smart toilet. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and clean without dead ends, the service is intimate and thoughtful, the staff is friendly, the location is good, the travel is convenient, close to the strong rehabilitation hospital, and the surrounding facilities are complete. As a family with two kids, we were thoroughly impressed by the family-friendly services at this hotel! They provided two bed rails, ensuring both children slept safely, and even prepared two sets of children's toiletries and slippers, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was very spacious, allowing us to easily maneuver a stroller, and there was dedicated storage space to keep the kids' toys and clothes neatly organized. The hotel's kids' club is supervised by staff, so we felt completely at ease leaving our children there. This gave us parents some free time to hit the gym or enjoy a drink at the garden bar. It's truly perfect for families with two children!

The place is great and very big. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. My cat also loved the space 😸 beautiful view to the river! The massage chair was a plus 😌
