I've stayed at this hotel many times, but this was my first time at their Beijing Road location. It's surrounded by malls and snack shops, and it's also very close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. What's great is that the hotel is located on the top floors of an office building, so you're not bothered by the hustle and bustle or noise. The only downside is that you need to be patient when waiting for the elevator.

Guest UserI was so lucky to book this hotel for my business trip to Tianhe Commercial District! The location is absolutely perfect; it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, which made getting around super efficient. The hotel lobby is decorated in a simple yet grand style, and it's kept very clean and bright. The overall atmosphere upon entering is really comfortable, not at all stuffy. They even have robots that can deliver items and water, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the front desk – it's really smart and convenient. The room itself is very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. The facilities are also comprehensive, and the most thoughtful touch is the mini-fridge. It's so practical for storing drinks and fruits, especially when staying in the summer. The staff's service attitude is excellent, and they are very efficient. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful; even though it's in a bustling commercial area, you can't hear any outside noise in the room. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. This hotel has definitely been added to my regular list, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Tianhe.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Guest User住得非常开心,下一次回广州一定考虑这家酒店。Very happy with this hotel stay as we wanted to close to my sister staying at Fraser Suite located less than 100m away from Yi Zhi. The hotel gifted us daily breakfast upon check in which was a nice gesture. The breakfast selection was very decent and coffee was good. Our bed was good, room not much of a view as we faced the back but it also meant a quiet room. The bathroom amenities all very good. This hotel is good value for money. 酒店性价比很高。

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

This hotel is super close to Nantou Ancient City, and the surrounding area has a rich cultural vibe. The facilities are all very modern and well-maintained. They even have smart speakers and cute robot delivery services. Plus, there are two adorable cats in the lobby! It's great value for money and has a simple, clean environment.

The location is absolutely perfect! It's right by a pedestrian street downstairs, and I think it's the tallest building around. From my room, I could even see the Big Buddha Temple! The service was great too; they have little robots that deliver things right outside your door. Mercure will definitely be my go-to choice from now on.

GrandoI booked a two-night stay at the 金茂JW Marriott from July 15th to 17th. I am very grateful to the Guest Relations Executive, Xana (Jasmine), for her assistance with a room upgrade. The TV in our originally assigned room had no signal, and even after the engineers tried to fix it, the connection remained unstable. The engineers did notify the front desk on our behalf, and thanks to the prompt help from Xana and the front desk staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Xana even went out of her way to help us move our luggage. We also troubled Xana and another Guest Relations Executive to help deliver our medication to our room. Thank you, Xana, for your thoughtful service and care!
I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady for keeping the room impeccably clean and well-organized.
As for breakfast, true to the JW Marriott style, there was an excellent variety of food choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the congee and oatmeal were not hot this time. What deserves praise, though, is that all the staff at the breakfast cafe were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service. They all had smiles on their faces, which put us in a great mood while enjoying our morning meal.
The 金茂 JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen has a very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!
We will definitely come back next time.

Guest UserOut of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've been captivated by a lobby's blue inverted-triangle chandelier – it immediately caught my eye the moment I walked in. It's so different from the crystal chandeliers you see in many high-end hotels, truly unique. The lobby's aroma was also very pleasant. The room had excellent soundproofing and a grand design. The high-thread-count bedding felt like sleeping on clouds, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – a lifesaver for someone like me with back problems. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, but I was pressed for time this trip and couldn't experience them. What left the deepest impression on me was the freshly cooked noodle station at breakfast; the chef enthusiastically recommended the day's specials. This kind of thoughtful service, treating guests like family, is true luxury. The hotel's parking spaces are also ample, so even new drivers won't have any issues. I'll definitely choose the Eastin Hotel again for my next business trip to Guangzhou.
