The night view is great, and the breakfast at the restaurant is also good. It's just a bit far from Urumqi's popular attractions. The underfloor heating was really powerful, and there was no humidifier in the room, so I had to make my own (soaking two bath towels and placing them by the bed, plus opening the window). The front desk staff were also very patient. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel facilities are complete. Xiaoman and Xiaona at the front desk are warm, attentive, and meticulous in their work. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is a good mix of Chinese and Western options and is very generous. There is also free parking. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the city center opposite a shopping district. Very satisfied! They gave us two Pull Tab coffee vouchers, which were quite good.

My absolute favorite hotel in Kashgar! I've always believed that your first impression of a city largely depends on where you stay. This hotel definitely offers a unique service and a wonderful experience. It's incredibly close to the Old City and Id Kah Mosque – just a short walk away. Plus, there are so many great food courts nearby. The room itself is incredibly spacious, and I especially loved the long, corridor-like bathroom. The sofa is huge, there are no strange odors, and there's plenty of space to put your luggage and hang up clothes while you relax. The staff are also super friendly and helpful! I want to give a special shout-out to Wu Reguli Tuerxun, who assisted me during my stay. She was incredibly professional and enthusiastic, helping me with everything I needed on my trip. I'll definitely be bringing my family here again!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with the lobby on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd. The TV in the room is quite large. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water is instant – no waiting around. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and relaxing; I honestly wish I could take them home with me! Plus, the hotel's gym area is quite unique. I'd definitely recommend staying here. This guesthouse is an absolute gem for a winter trip! Outside, it's a breathtaking snowy landscape, while inside, the underfloor heating keeps everything wonderfully warm, truly making you feel rejuvenated. The owner is incredibly welcoming and even recommended some fantastic local eateries. The location is also perfect – it's quiet and private but not out of the way, just about a five-minute walk to Liuxing Street. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time; I bet the experience will be even better! It's the kind of place I'd love to just chill out at repeatedly during the winter!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle service was fantastic! The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely choose Hampton by Hilton again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)

The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Although there was some road construction nearby during my stay, causing a bit of noise and affecting the road conditions, this is a municipal project and an uncontrollable external factor, which is completely understandable and didn't significantly impact my rest or overall mood during the stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient with the check-in process. They were warm, professional, and always responded promptly and patiently to any questions I had, which was very reassuring. The room itself was thoroughly cleaned, with great attention to detail, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Overall, the value for money is superb, and both the service and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The temporary municipal construction is excusable and doesn't diminish my positive impression of the hotel at all. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Qiyi Soy Sauce Factory with plenty of food options. There's also a direct bus to Silk Road Ski Resort. The hotel environment is great, very quiet, and the staff are friendly. They even offer free foot soaks, which is perfect after a day of skiing. Plus, you get a complimentary handmade coffee or hot tea every day. Staying here during the off-season is a real bargain. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for skiing!

I came to Xinjiang on a business trip, and I didn't expect to live in such a good hotel in this small city. The decoration is stylish and very comfortable. The room facilities are all marble countertops and leather furniture, which gives people a very high-end and clean feeling. I personally fear the dirty wooden fabric sofa. The bedding is very comfortable. You can see that the mattress, pillow and four-piece set are all made of very good things. I rested very well. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, the staff has a very good service attitude, warm and polite, and the waitresses are all very beautiful. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich. I slept in and got up at more than ten o'clock and there was still breakfast. It is highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come on a business trip.
