From check-in onwards, she was consistently warm and attentive, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and patiently answering all my questions, making me feel instantly welcome. Even more surprising was that Xiaoyu helped me apply for a free room upgrade; the new room was more spacious and had a better view, completely enhancing my experience. I must also praise the underfloor heating in the room; the temperature was perfectly adjusted, ensuring a comfortable and warm stay without any dryness, requiring no effort to adjust. The service throughout was incredibly convenient, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I also look forward to receiving Xiaoyu's service again!

The hotel has a unique style and is a popular spot for many. The pool was empty during the off-season. The room's cleanliness wasn't great; the sink area was dusty, and the chairs and tables in the courtyard were covered in dust. I can understand all of that. What was truly despairing were the bugs. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a cockroach by the bed, which I dealt with and threw outside the door. In the morning, when I went to the toilet, there was another one by the commode. I truly had a headache dealing with it. On top of that, small black flying insects flew into my nose while I was sleeping at night. For this price, even in the off-season, it's not cheap, so why can't they even handle the bugs? Regarding pets, there's the cleaning fee. When I called in early April, they quoted one price, which was even lower than what was listed online. But when I arrived, the price they wanted was almost as much as the room rate. The young lady at the front desk was quite nice, and in the end, they charged me the online price. I hope you clarify your cleaning fee policy and ensure proper cleaning. When checking out, regular guests could just leave, but I had to wait for them to inspect the room before I could go. I paid more, was treated as inferior, and it delayed my departure time, almost causing me to miss my highway exit due to road closures. If you're worried, you could charge a deposit. It's really inconvenient for tourists who are in a hurry to travel.

I usually expect a certain standard from Hyatt hotels, but this one was quite a letdown. Let's start with the positives: the design is great, and the staff were genuinely nice. They even gave me several drink vouchers due to an issue with my room. The coffee was decent, and impressively, they still honored my unused coffee vouchers two days later – that's a nice touch. However, good service isn't just about good attitudes, as I experienced firsthand. Here are a few examples: 1) My reserved room wasn't available. They claimed to upgrade me to a suite (room 306?), but after waiting nearly an hour and a half, the 'suite' turned out to have only a narrow window squeezed between two buildings. Whether or not it was a genuine upgrade, they should have at least informed me about the room's specifics upfront. 2) I then moved to a room in building 6. It seemed freshly renovated. The small, broken window was one thing, but the smell was incredibly strong, and the bathroom had a terrible sewer odor. The combination of these smells was truly awful. I was in a hurry to get out, so I just put up with it, not wanting more hassle. 3) I turned on the humidifier, and when I returned, the room was enveloped in a dense mist. I actually thought something was burning... I have no idea why this happened; I've never encountered anything like it with humidifiers at home or in other hotels. 4) The electrical outlet on the right-hand bedside table was completely broken. Neither plugs nor charging cables would go in! This was ridiculous. I'm usually quite lazy and rarely write such detailed reviews. I typically give five stars if a place is even remotely acceptable, but this experience was truly intolerable. I hope the hotel makes significant improvements. P.S. Kashgar itself is a lot of fun!

Our trip was absolutely delightful, from dining to accommodation and transportation! The breakfast offered a great variety, and the views were beautiful. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. I slept soundly until morning. Getting around was easy, and parking was convenient. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!

The lobby was clean and bright, without any oppressive feeling. The front desk lady was exceptionally gentle and proactively helped with my luggage, even thoughtfully reminding me about the hot water supply schedule for the room. The room itself was spacious enough and well-lit. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making me feel very relaxed. The balcony offered a view of the street, and it was quiet at night, not noisy at all. The breakfast had a rich variety, including local specialties, and the taste was great. Even the tableware was clean. My entire stay was very comfortable, just like a 'home away from home.' I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely come back to stay again!

It's incredibly photogenic, and even just relaxing there without going out feels amazing. ✅ The decor is high-end and stylish. A fusion of Xinjiang ethnic style and modern design, the lobby and cafe are perfect for photos, exuding an exotic, sophisticated vibe. The hard furnishings are top-notch, making it a uniquely styled resort hotel. ✅ The service is incredibly thoughtful. Someone personally escorts you to your room upstairs, and responses are super quick. XiaoDu smart home control and direct connection to the front desk mean your needs are met instantly. Complimentary drinks, capsule coffee, water, and creamer are always replenished, making it super hassle-free. ✅ Excellent amenities and great value for money. Restaurants and cafes are abundant downstairs, and you can walk to various dining and shopping options. Prime location, aesthetically pleasing, and maximum comfort – truly the best accommodation in Kashgar. Overall, it’s a visually appealing and satisfying experience!

We stayed at a family room for one night at Urcove Altay (Hyatt). This is a fairly new hotel and the room we had was both clean and smartly set up, with plenty of space and new tech - automatic blinds and self controllable aircon. The major bonus was a window that allowed you to let some fresh air into the room. We tried to procure a guide into Hemu, and The hotel staff helped us with our search - we appreciate the warm service! We liked the breakfast dining room and the kitchen offered some tasty food.

If you're coming to Yili to see the glaciers and grasslands, I highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located right next to the Mengket Baili Hualang Scenic Area. Dining at the third-floor restaurant offers amazing views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands, a truly excellent experience. There's even a bonfire at night! This stay completely exceeded my expectations.
