This stay exceeded my expectations. First, the location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Xiao Du was efficient and friendly, making the check-in process quick. The room was more spacious than I imagined, well-arranged, and newly renovated, yet very clean and tidy with no overlooked spots. The mattress was just right, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was also good, as I wasn't disturbed by hallway noise. Breakfast offered a good variety, especially the freshly made noodle station which was delicious. Staff were prompt in clearing dishes. Overall, I felt this hotel pays attention to details, such as the free drinks and tissues in the lobby, and a very clean kettle in the room with no limescale. For a hotel in this price range, it offers excellent value for money. It's a practical choice for both business trips and leisure travel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to this city.

The hotel facilities are complete. Xiaoman and Xiaona at the front desk are warm, attentive, and meticulous in their work. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is a good mix of Chinese and Western options and is very generous. There is also free parking. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the city center opposite a shopping district. Very satisfied! They gave us two Pull Tab coffee vouchers, which were quite good.

I stayed in Kashgar for quite a while this time, and booked two hotels consecutively. Comparing them, I highly recommend Atour. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are very complete, and the hygiene is excellent. Most importantly, the service is top-notch. When I checked in, they had me add the butler's WeChat, which was great for getting my needs met very promptly. A few things really stood out: the congee at 9:30 PM, which helped alleviate our altitude sickness symptoms after returning from Taxkorgan. The congee was perfectly cooked, and the Cantonese dishes at the restaurant were also good. The breakfast was incredibly abundant, much better than the breakfast at the other hotel we booked. I forgot my thermos when I left and only realized it after returning to Nanjing. After contacting the butler, they immediately found it and mailed it to me, for which I'm very grateful! The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which could be improved.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with the lobby on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd. The TV in the room is quite large. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water is instant – no waiting around. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and relaxing; I honestly wish I could take them home with me! Plus, the hotel's gym area is quite unique. I'd definitely recommend staying here. This guesthouse is an absolute gem for a winter trip! Outside, it's a breathtaking snowy landscape, while inside, the underfloor heating keeps everything wonderfully warm, truly making you feel rejuvenated. The owner is incredibly welcoming and even recommended some fantastic local eateries. The location is also perfect – it's quiet and private but not out of the way, just about a five-minute walk to Liuxing Street. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time; I bet the experience will be even better! It's the kind of place I'd love to just chill out at repeatedly during the winter!

The room was very comfortable, and the service was beyond five-star. We got an upgrade, and Alan provided full butler service throughout our stay. He recommended great local restaurants, arranged airport transfers, and even helped warm up food for my mom, personally bringing it up to our room. We had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again if I ever return to Kashi. The guys who handled our airport transfers were also fantastic; it felt just like coming home.

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

We chose the family room, and my child absolutely loved the little tent. On our way back from Tashkurgan, they kept talking about wanting to stay in a hotel with a small tent again. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, and we had a fantastic rest. The butler was super responsive to messages and very warm and polite when greeting guests. The heating was also excellent (almost too warm!), and the room itself was very clean. The facilities in the room were well-arranged. It's quite close to the East Gate of the Old City, about a 10-minute walk, and right outside is 'Pigeon Soup Street,' making dining very convenient. We stayed here on Chinese New Year's Eve and were lucky enough to see fireworks in the small park nearby, which was a truly wonderful experience. The only slight drawback was that the laundry and restaurant were in an adjacent building, but that's a minor issue and didn't detract from what was an overall fantastic experience. P.S. There's a restaurant next to the hotel called 'Piao Liang Fan' (Pretty Food), and it seemed very popular! The food was delicious, the restaurant itself was beautiful, and they even had live performances. Definitely worth a try!

Facilities: Smart home features throughout! 👍 The staff were wonderful; they even provided foot soak tubs for guests and helped with hot water. This is so thoughtful for out-of-town tourists.

I came to Xinjiang on a business trip, and I didn't expect to live in such a good hotel in this small city. The decoration is stylish and very comfortable. The room facilities are all marble countertops and leather furniture, which gives people a very high-end and clean feeling. I personally fear the dirty wooden fabric sofa. The bedding is very comfortable. You can see that the mattress, pillow and four-piece set are all made of very good things. I rested very well. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, the staff has a very good service attitude, warm and polite, and the waitresses are all very beautiful. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich. I slept in and got up at more than ten o'clock and there was still breakfast. It is highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come on a business trip.
