The hotel is located in the Six Star Street area, in a quiet environment with a great location. You can easily find places to shop and eat right outside the door. The hotel is newly opened and very clean, and the decoration style is exactly what I like. The service from the staff was also excellent, and they even gave me a gift.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, with ample parking. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service, especially from Xiao Yu, was excellent; they proactively contacted me to arrange my room. My flight was delayed, and the hotel even helped me with a late check-out. The driver for the airport transfer also arrived very quickly. All the services were convenient and seamless. I was very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommend!

The overall experience exceeded my expectations – from location and cleanliness to service, there were absolutely no shortcomings. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth coming back to again and again. The service was truly exceptional. They even shared recommendations for delicious local restaurants, and none of them disappointed. I regret not discovering this place sooner. Plus, there was a projector to watch new movies on, and the picture quality was excellent. The hotel was really comfortable, but I forgot to take photos. It's also very close to many dining options.

This is my first time writing such a detailed review, and I just have to give this place a shout-out, even though my photos are pretty mediocre. I was in Altay for a business trip, and I wasn't thrilled with the hotel my partner booked. So I switched to this one, and I definitely made the right choice. I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe. It seemed like a lot of ski enthusiasts were staying here. It's quite new, and the layout is exactly to my liking. The breakfast was truly excellent. They had rice noodles, which I, a 'southern big potato,' love, and also regular noodles. The laundry room wasn't crowded, and there was a lovely lady in the lobby – she was so beautiful! It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite. The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance. The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!

This hotel is quite close to the airport. They offer a complimentary private car pickup service, which requires a reservation, and they were right on time and very professional. The room decor was lovely, and there was a nice view outside the window. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very rich and varied. There's a small supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. Next door, there's a Hunan restaurant with delicious food. It's not far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk, and very convenient for visiting the Altay Museum. Highly recommended!

The most unforgettable experience of my trip to Kashgar was the Hanging Gardens B&B. The unique round bed, the beautiful Hanging Gardens Woodcarving Museum, and the exquisite architecture all left a lasting impression. Even more unforgettable was the warm, attentive, and dedicated service provided by the two handsome waiters, Aikebaier and Yimamu! Under the guidance of the manager, they made us feel right at home. I'll definitely be back next time to experience the beautiful Hanging Gardens and its refreshing Western charm.

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

The name of Korla Fontainebleau International Hotel is quite nice. In fact, it is located on a commercial property of a real estate building of the same name. The hotel and the building are quite new, so they are not in the city center of the old city (but the area of Korla city is not too large). Facilities: The hardware is good, but there is no fashionable charging pile. You have to go to another larger international hotel diagonally opposite to charge. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: The attitude and level are good, and the buffet breakfast can be praised.

A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations! We stayed in different hotels in Tashkurgan County over three days, and only Snow Crown deserves a full five-star rating! Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor. A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off. Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars. Attentive Service: Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus. The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries. They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness: The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers. The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. Full Facilities: There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke. In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels. This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

MM311894****Free mini-bar drinks: The apricot peel tea in the room was delicious, and the coffee and black tea in the lobby were free to refill. Nutritional nut pack: The nuts were excellent, especially the purple cashews. This hotel offers an amazing stay. As soon as we got out of the car, a security guard came to the parking lot to help with our luggage. The front desk staff upgraded our room and extended our check-out time. Every staff member at the hotel had a wonderful service attitude. We could also reserve a free foot bath in the evening, and the cleaning staff thoughtfully brought different pillows suitable for both adults and children to ensure a good night's sleep. The hotel's underfloor heating was wonderfully warm. The room had a lavender aroma diffuser, and since it was a bit dry, the hotel provided a floor-standing humidifier and air purifier. It's truly a hotel full of pleasant surprises. I highly recommend Belle Hotel to anyone visiting Urumqi. Belle Hotel will definitely be our family's first choice when we come to Urumqi in the future.

GGuest UserOverall, it's pretty good, mainly because of its excellent location and decent facilities. However, the password system is a bit simplistic; having to change it daily is inconvenient. It would be much better if guests didn't have to change it during their entire stay. Additionally, passwords shouldn't be as simple as '123456'. This creates a significant security risk, as it feels like outsiders could easily guess them, making me uneasy that my belongings might be lost if I'm not careful when I go out.

GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

LLilyDThis place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

MM319292****Environment: I booked this hotel specifically for the snow mountain view, and during the off-season, the Conrad Urumqi offers excellent value for money! Unfortunately, the weather on the day I stayed wasn't great, with poor visibility, so the snow mountains weren't very clear. The hotel had a fantastic festive atmosphere before Christmas, with beautiful Christmas trees and decorations. Facilities: I didn't visit the gym but did use the pool. The water temperature, environment, and everything else felt very comfortable. However, some people were taking photos (of people in the pool, not just the surroundings), and the staff didn't intervene. The room facilities were impeccable in all aspects; the executive room was spacious enough, and the layout was well-designed. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic. The handsome Uyghur guys and beautiful ladies were truly a sight to behold, unique in all of China. The front desk lady also proactively shared information about local delicacies and communicated promptly. It would have been even better if they had noticed my birthday more promptly! When checking out, the bellboy, Allen, kindly helped me with my luggage and loaded it into the car. Many thanks. Additionally, the breakfast at Conrad is definitely a bonus! There's an incredibly wide variety: ethnic dishes, Chinese, Western – everything you could wish for! And the taste is absolutely fantastic! The Conrad's milk tea is hands down the richest I've had in Xinjiang during my more than a week-long stay! The baked samsas were so delicious I devoured two; and the Baursak were much thinner and crispier than those I've had elsewhere, and served warm! There was also 'Ganzi Rou' (pot meat); my portion had lamb ribs, which were super tender and incredibly tasty. And breakfast even included steak! Who eats steak for breakfast, you might ask, but honestly, it was really good! I simply didn't have space for the wontons and beef noodles, nor for the dazzling array of Western breakfast options. This is definitely a hotel breakfast I'll miss, and it's perfect for experiencing Xinjiang flavors alone (since outside portions are usually too large, here you can try a bit of everything, and it's all delicious). You absolutely must try breakfast if you stay at the Conrad! The only minor imperfection might be the service: firstly, no one greeted me or led me to a table when I entered, nor did anyone ask what I wanted to drink; it was mostly self-service. Later, I noticed that not everyone was unattended; some guests were seated. It wasn't busy when I went, so I'm not sure what the situation was. Secondly, I wanted a soft-boiled egg, and the chef told me to come back in two minutes, but it wasn't soft-boiled at all, just a regular hard-boiled egg. Lastly, there was a mix-up with orders; I'm not sure how the staff remembered who ordered what, as I was served 'Ganzi Rou' twice, and three plates of steak were brought to me at one point 😅 Meanwhile, the table next to me had been waiting ages for their steak and eventually left impatient… These are some nitpicky details, but they don't overshadow the overall excellent experience, as the food itself was truly faultless. Location: There's a large shopping mall right next door, making shopping very convenient. If you walk through the mall, you'll reach the museum, so it's very convenient to stay here if you want to visit the museum. The staff on the ground floor are also very helpful with directions, telling you the quickest way to get around.

We stayed in a courtyard room, so it wasn't noisy. The air conditioning worked great, as did the smart home. There was plenty of hot water, and the mulberry jam for breakfast was absolutely delicious (๑´ڡ`๑). The guy who helped with our luggage was so handsome and cute, so nice and friendly (。•̀ᴗ-). Great compliments!

PPhamAnWe arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

YYouyizainidechengI stayed two nights at Courtyard No. 2! It had the best butler service I've ever experienced in a hotel or guesthouse! The guesthouse offers 24-hour butler service, and the two young Uyghur butlers, Xiao Mu and Xiao Ai, were incredibly considerate and attentive! They accompanied me around the old town, helping with my bags and belongings, and even brought me bottled water when I left! They prepared fruit for me when I returned! My bag got dirty at the old town security check, and the two butlers meticulously cleaned it with toothbrushes and dried it with a hairdryer, neatly arranging it on the tatami mat! I was truly touched! I spent a whole day exploring the old town, and the two butlers accompanied me throughout. Their guidance at many of the sights saved me a lot of trouble! The courtyard was exquisitely designed, with well-arranged plants and unique Xinjiang elements like camel bells, a traditional heated brick bed, and tiled walls, all exuding exotic charm! The room floors were thoughtfully designed, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and there were even neck pillows—you could tell the whole team worked hard and was highly professional! Turning away from the hustle and bustle of the old town and the shops lining the streets, returning to this tranquil and beautiful courtyard was refreshing and comfortable! The refrigerator was stocked with an endless supply of juice and beer, along with exquisite braised meat platters, and plenty of fruit and pastries—enough to keep up with every meal! Breakfast offered both Chinese and Xinjiang styles, although the Xinjiang-style naan bread was a bit hard, perhaps a local preference. Kashgar evenings are cool, and the butler provides a heater and shawl; sitting on the earthen kang (heated brick bed) in the courtyard for a drink was incredibly comfortable! Staying at such a guesthouse and having such a butler made the long journey worthwhile and will surely leave a lasting and beautiful memory! Next time I'm in Kashgar, I definitely want to experience the other courtyards! This time, I also had afternoon tea at Courtyard No. 7, but I couldn't have dinner or a bar at Courtyard No. 9, nor could I extend my stay at my preferred Courtyard No. 1, so I have to come back to Kashgar! Back to the Silk Road! Because the Silk Road is my destination! 🧚♀️
