I recently stayed at the Mehood Lestie Hotel in Urumqi, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. I was pleasantly surprised at check-in when the front desk staff upgraded me to a higher-floor room. It was more spacious with better views, which significantly enhanced my comfort. The scenery outside the window was fantastic! The room itself was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, and excellent hygiene. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional, providing useful local information and travel tips. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. Other facilities like the gym and lounge area were also very good. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby, yet it's relatively quiet at night. It offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. In summary, I highly recommend it and would gladly choose to stay here again.

The room matched the pictures provided by the host exactly. It was super clean, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked, even a toilet seat cover. The room was spacious, and the price was very reasonable (perhaps because it was the off-season, as I came in late October). The front desk staff and the owner were incredibly attentive, and my stay was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Yining! We stayed at a family room for one night at Urcove Altay (Hyatt). This is a fairly new hotel and the room we had was both clean and smartly set up, with plenty of space and new tech - automatic blinds and self controllable aircon. The major bonus was a window that allowed you to let some fresh air into the room. We tried to procure a guide into Hemu, and The hotel staff helped us with our search - we appreciate the warm service! We liked the breakfast dining room and the kitchen offered some tasty food.

No complaints about the room itself, and for this price including breakfast, it offers excellent value. However, the welcome fruit was not up to standard; they should either skip it entirely or provide something fresh. I asked for a replacement, and a fresh portion was indeed brought, but it was delivered by a cleaning lady. I think such requests should be handled by more professional staff. No sooner had the fruit issue been resolved than the bathroom door broke. The same kind cleaning lady thoughtfully tried to fix it, but I really think a hotel of this caliber should have dedicated, professional plumbers or maintenance staff for these kinds of repairs! Then, unbelievably, at 12:30 AM, another delivery of fruit arrived – *the exact same spoiled batch*! This really highlights a massive communication breakdown at the front desk and makes one wonder what the intention was. Despite all this, I want to specifically commend the cleaning lady for her kindness and effort. However, the hotel urgently needs to strengthen its management, improve service quality, specifically optimize its service system, and address issues promptly and effectively.

The homestay is located in the ancient city scenic area. After booking a room, there are professionals who provide one-on-one service for you, which is very considerate. After arriving at the store, the front desk lady received you very warmly and upgraded the room type for free. After checking in, there was also a thoughtful fruit plate. The room is very beautiful, with the exotic characteristics of Xinjiang. The homestay also has afternoon tea at the museum, which is very worth visiting. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Kashgar, I will definitely stay here

The room was very nice, clean and hygienic. The hotel's equipment was very smart, using a Dyson hair dryer, a Xiaomi humidifier, and Xiaomi smart home devices. The name of Korla Fontainebleau International Hotel is quite nice. In fact, it is located on a commercial property of a real estate building of the same name. The hotel and the building are quite new, so they are not in the city center of the old city (but the area of Korla city is not too large). Facilities: The hardware is good, but there is no fashionable charging pile. You have to go to another larger international hotel diagonally opposite to charge. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: The attitude and level are good, and the buffet breakfast can be praised.

Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor. A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off. Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars. Attentive Service: Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus. The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries. They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness: The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers. The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. Full Facilities: There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke. In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels. This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!
