In order to catch a plane, I chose this hotel, which is very close to the airport, with good links, and swimming and fitness. The service is good, the room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are delivered as soon as you need them!

This hotel is a 5 star all the way !!! Please note that there is the main hotel and the suites next door . We stay in the suites and room has kitchenette , washer and dryer , fridge , microwave , coffee pot , pots pans etc !!! Close to everything and the service here is beyond amazing !!! Room includes a beautiful breakfast buffet every morning . The manager Delores and her team are so organized and nothing ever fall through thr cracks with them ! Sandra the front desk manager and Jose at front desk helped me with all the arrangement's i needed while in Guayaquil !!!! Dont hesitate to book this hotel !!! Shuttle service is included to amd from airport !

The service attitude of the staff is very good and polite. The most surprising thing is the hotel’s breakfast, which is really rich and delicious. The waitress and the chef are very polite and make people feel very happy. Some suggestions, it would be perfect if one-time slippers and electric kettle can be provided in the room.

This hotel is a relatively old hotel in Guayaquil, very close to the airport, the room decoration is a little old, I feel that there are more mahogany, the traffic is very convenient nearby, and it is very safe.

The location is perfect in the Puerto Santa Ana area, near restaurants, coffee shop, bars, etc. Most importantly, I felt very safe in this area. The service was good, except that the first time I had breakfast there, I was practically chased by the waiter to pay. I told him to put the check in my room and he mentioned that they didn't have a card on file. I had submitted my card when I checked in but I guess it was not registered by the receptionist for additional charges. I told him I would bring the card down. Well, he was already waiting for me by my door when I got to the room. It was quite annoying the lack of trust. I was not trying to walkout on the check! Anyways, the next time I went to have breakfast I made sure to bring my card. I found breakfast to be expensive by the way. You can find cheaper food around the area. I would recommend the hotel for its location as the rooms are ok but found them a bit outdated. I thought it was very nice that they offer hotel transfers at no cost. My driver waited for me for a bit since my flight had been delayed, That was really appreciated.

I liked the location, close to the Malecon, parks, shopping, banks and restaurants. The hotel has an elevator and I was on the top 4th. floor in a large single. Too large since the 40 ” tv was too far from the bed on the opposite side of the room. Keep in mind this is an older hotel and the furniture is spartan and the bed was hard but o.k. for me. Bathroom was remodeled and the shower had an all glass front. Plenty of hot water but tricky to maintain a nice temperature. Wi-fi is excellent! Staff was helpful. I had central air with no controls except off and on so I just toggled it, an inconvenience, but I turned it off at bedtime since it was not hot. It seems not as hot as previous years perhaps due to a change in the clime or maybe subjective. The California Restaurant is adjacent to the hotel.
