A nice hotel, a solid three. Snow-white, nice bed linen and towels. Comfortable beds and pillows, disposable slippers, no robes and not provided on request (not provided). The room is small, but ok for a couple of days. New plumbing, working shower, excellent pressure, clean bathroom. We stayed for 3 days. They made our bed, changed towels, but did not wash the floors. This is a minus, dust accumulates quickly. It is also noisy if you open the window. With the windows closed it is ok. Very good breakfasts. Good choice of dishes, everything is very tasty, fresh, varied. If you do not smoke, book a non-smoking room in advance. It is hard to breathe in a smoking room, it is very smoky. Fortunately, there was a free non-smoking room for us.

I have stayed only 1 night. I wish I had more time to spend time in this hotel. It is in the heart of the city, walking distance by Merkez park and Ataturk Park. Very modern city with nice, warm, and helpful people. My room was very clean and comfortable. Also I like the quality of products that they use in the room such as kettle, cup for coffee, body cream, and shampoo. Body cream, soap, shampoo are great and have gorgeous smell .

The hotel, which I looked at on the internet and liked, turned out to be even better than we expected. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is the most important criterion for me. We washed the bathroom without getting wet. It is close to 8 m2. The cleanliness of the bathroom and general cleanliness are up to standard. Towels and sheets are at standard. ***Clean furniture, new. Breakfast ***Meat and hearty. and most importantly ***et is a quiet hotel, the location is very nice, very close to everywhere, whatever you want to do is on the walking path. Thank you also to the friendly staff.

The hotel was located on the highway with a private car at 10 minutes away from the centre. The hotel has very beautiful dinner and breakfast packages. The room was clean and large. It was beautiful than it appeared on the photos. Only the room smelled smoking very badly. We aired the room all day yet it didn't go, I think it was badly flushing the air conditioning. What we did wasn't smell. The bathroom was clean and the towels were very clean, so clean rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet. Very beautiful flushing we sleeped in a quiet evening. The dinner service was good. You can do breakfast at an hour you want from 7 to 10 a.m. Beer is more suitable for hotels in the centre. If you have a car you go to the centre in 10 minutes. I have reserve and paid a two bedroom appartments at this accomodation for two Australian friend to stay. The day that they checked in I was there to help them with their belongings and to be honest I really like the apartment, it is modern, comfortable well thought through apartment indeed although having small microwave would be good. I’ve checked my friends in around 5pm then I went back to pick them up at 8pm, I noticed receptionist is different person and he told me that I’m not allowed to go up to see my friends! But he said my mother allowed to go up! I said I’m the one that who reserve and paid for this, he said it does not matter I’m not allowed to go up to see my friends, in few minutes I find myself writing their boss in Dubai, he also told me that “for security reason” I’m not allowed to go up!! Even people in prison has their right to see friends and family but not in this hotel! I find this situation not only ridiculous but also archaic! However young lady called Ezgi at their reception is absolute gem, she make it up for everything, she deserves much better.

There was an employee named Rıdvan, he was very caring and kind. He did his best to please us. He is very fast and careful.. It is impossible to have any problems in this hotel. But if you have any problem, he can solve it. Travels are more enjoyable as long as there are employees like this.
