Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff:customers ratio. To avoid this, we dined in at 5:30pm.

I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. I didn’t expect to be able to book a trip to the Glass House using Ctrip. I happened to encounter the aurora at night in the glass house.
