I stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental and was very satisfied. The absolute strongest point is the location, simply excellent. The room turned out to be very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with every comfort to ensure a great rest. A positive mention also for the breakfast, which was really good. Definitely an experience to repeat.

We stayed 3 nights at Santa Fortunata Village in Dodome Tent No. 9 and had a pleasant experience overall. The village is located a bit outside of Sorrento town, but since we were driving, the distance wasn’t an issue. For those not driving, they do offer a buggy service, which is convenient. Our tent didn’t have the best view, but we were still able to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay, with no disturbances from other campers. The bed was comfortable, and the tent included a plug point and two USB ports. However, there were no built-in lights, so we recommend bringing your own portable USB light. There were ants on the ground, but it wasn’t a major problem. The parking lot was spacious, and the shared bathrooms and toilets were a short walk away. Showers had hot water, and there were plenty of basins and mirrors available. The provided hair dryer was quite weak, so it’s better to bring your own if needed. The village also has mini marts and a restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant once—it was a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer excursions as well, though we had already planned our own itinerary. All in all, it was a comfortable and quiet glamping experience. We'd definitely consider coming back!

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice. The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted. The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat. In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days. We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place. We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there. We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again. The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place). The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive. All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

This is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient. The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot. However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable! Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.

Small but comfortable, facing the street but not too noisy, clean and good. Very close to the station. Breakfast is simple but enough, cost-effective. No hair dryer, but you can ask the front desk.

Excellent hotel. I recommend it. Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered. Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs. The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner. Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The room was cleaned daily. The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds. Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me. The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues. There's an elevator in the building! Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent: - A few minutes' walk to the historic center. - About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station. - 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. - 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade. Hotel is located near to metro station and train station.Easy to travel in Napoli city and out skirt with train.Room is ok with beautiful decoration.they do provide hairdryer and TV.Breakfast is delicious but not much choices.A lot of good pizza and pasta restaurant nearby.check in and out is fast.

You will get what is written in the description. The hotel is located on a dirty street, the view from the window is not the best. But inside everything is not so bad. Quite clean, the staff is polite, the internet works. It is a pity that there is no microwave or at least a kettle. For me, the mattress was too soft and it was a little noisy in the morning. The lock on the door stuck a little. There are no special comments about the hotel, if you do not plan to live there for a long time. For a couple of days it is fine.
