Very comfortable room and good services

In terms of hygiene, the pillows in the room were yellow (I didn't take photos here). I just wanted to change them quickly, but I found that the replaced ones were still the same. The obvious hair on the washbasin was not cleaned up. The room was on the first floor, and there was a parking lot and a building behind it. There was no privacy without the curtains closed. The most shocking thing was that we were woken up by the sound of the door opening at 8 or 9 in the morning. We found that the cleaning staff was opening the door. They called the front desk to open the door for a long time. At that time, the door was already opened a gap. If the door was not locked, they would have come in directly. I really don't understand the management of the hotel. They opened it forcibly without thinking about the reason? The reason given later was that we asked for cleaning the night before and thought we were out. In fact, the front desk customer service told me the night before that we would set the cleaning time when we went to the front desk the next day, instead of coming to force the door open early in the morning. Although the staff apologized later, I still felt very shocked to encounter such a thing
