Loved the ability to store my luggage before check in, and use the complimentary shuttle to visit Universal Studios during the day. Received complimentary warm cookies and bottled water at check in! Made the start of my stay at Double Tree great!

Double trees always a nice hotel to stay at and the free cookies and check in or whenever you ask are always a delightful treat. For this day we found that there was really nothing around the hotel itself as far as other restaurant choices although it’s very close to universal and they have a shuttle bus which was convenient, we ended up moving to a location nearby that had many more restaurants around, the rooms were clean the pool areas. Nice the restaurants food was good although a little pricey if you would like to use the pool areas, I think this could be an excellent choice.

It a great hotel with easy access to Universal it’s a nice walk. You don’t have to deal with the car traffic getting into or out of the parks. Starbucks is a plus for that morning Java!

The hotel was very nice. I was there too early and they let me do early check-in. The room was cozy and very clean.

our stay was amazing and we enjoy it. the place is nice,clean and they have the best service. the staff was very responsive and accomodating. good job!

The location is convenient for a quick trip. Our timing was off since there was a recreational youth Super Bowl in the area and the hotel was filled with kids coming in and out the hotel. You could hear yelling everywhere.

Bathroom as we arrived wasn't clean 100% like a was expected!

The staff was so kind and accommodating. I got in the wee hours of the morning and was to get a room.

This resort was beautiful, clean, and the staff was great. However, they had a $29 parking fee that was not disclosed until check-in. Worst part about it was the gate for the parking lot weren’t even closed at 1 AM when we arrived back. Hotel did not give us anything for the window, so how did they know who was hotel guest or not? 

Very good hotel, comfortable and clear

Overall a good choice of hotel. It's especially good value for the money. It's not the newest hotel, but the quality is decent. We really had no complaints. There was only one elevator working on our first day, which made it slow. The hotel is very close to universal. You may as well walk there. Taking a bus or driving to Universal Studios is snot faster than walking (they drop you a long distance from the park). And you have to pay 30 dollars for parking there.

The location is good for the ones who’re visiting Universal Studios
