The hotel is located in the ancient city of Lijiang, next to a series of resort hotels. It is in a very quiet and convenient location. The environment of the hotel is very good. Secondly, the comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. The bedding is very good. It is very quiet at night. The attitude of the staff is also very good, very professional and serious. Overall, it is very comfortable and pleasant to live here. I will come back to experience it if I have the chance.

The courtyard environment is beautiful! The staff are also very nice. However, the facilities are not maintained well. There is a problem with the smart toilet sensor. It automatically opens and closes the lid to flush when no one is in the toilet. The toilet has no door, which affects sleep and can only be unplugged. The towel rack for drying was broken and the bathtub was plugged and couldn't be pulled out. It's very cold without air conditioning and the floor heating is slow to heat up. I checked in at 7 o'clock in the evening and turned on the floor heating, but it was still not warm at 11 o'clock. Finally, I adjusted the floor heating temperature to over 60 degrees, which was only a little warmer than outside. I slept in the cold with my clothes on.

This homestay is very comfortable to live in, it's amazing! The mattress is the same as the one at my home, it is the American Serta brand, and all the sanitary ware are American Standard. It can be seen that the boss is very willing to invest in hardware and software. The traditional aesthetic buildings located in the ancient city of Lijiang, such as brick walls, tile roofs and civil structures, give people an old and warm feeling. This architectural style complements the charm of Naxi culture, making people feel as if traveling through time and space, and feel the antique atmosphere. The flowers all over the inn are as beautiful as in a fairy tale, the fragrance of flowers, the singing of birds, the blue sky, and white clouds. This kind of comfort is the pursuit of life! Coupled with the unique comfortable temperature in Yunnan, living in such an environment can make people relax physically and mentally and enjoy a unique travel experience. We had a great and memorable time at this homestay!

The room is large in size, it is a bit old, health is OK, also provide disposable bath towels and toilet pads, service is very good, bottled water is provided in unlimited quantities. I go to tea every day, very quiet at night, very close to Sifang Street, in short, quiet in the middle of noisy. Breakfast is OK, rice noodles, eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, bread every day, the internal environment is good, people are comfortable! Eat a lot nearby. Low-key luxury is my comment to you, and coming back next time is the reason I give myself to come to Lijiang again

The front desk was very professional and enthusiastic. They answered all my questions quickly. I asked a lot of questions, but the staff didn't seem impatient. They answered my questions actively and seriously. I was very satisfied. The room was also very good. It was the most satisfying stay I had since I came to Lijiang. I will come to their place next time and recommend it to my friends.

We were a bit nervous when first arriving as the hotel or inn, we realised was actually inside the Shuhe Ancient Village. A quick phone call later, one of the staff came out with a 3-wheeler scooter, loaded our luggage into the back, and took us for a short walk inside the village to the hotel. The staff were super welcoming including the owner and big thanks to ”Tony”, the young guy we nicknamed who helped us check in and gave great advice for the next few days of where to go and do. Its never easy for family with two teenagers to find a room big enough, but the duplex suite with two floors and two king sized beds was perfect! The little village of Shuhe is an amazing little place to explore and much less commercial than the other ancient villages in the area. Some great foods and drinks to try, not to mention some beautiful little shops to explore through. Can highly recommend this hotel and the area of Lijiang for families, although I do recommend hiring a car or driver to get around.

The reception service staff is very good. The hotel is very convenient to travel. When I went to stay on the first day, I encountered loud noises all night and stayed on the top floor. But in the morning I came down to change to a new room and considered the service to be good.
