Very attentive, thoughtful and hospitable services are provided at this hotel. The choices of coffee, red wine and tea leaves provided in the room are amazing. A wide range of breakfast options are available. The hotel is located very close to the ancient town, it is a hidden gem in the city!

We have great time staying at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is just beside the lijiang old town. Very thoughtful service of providing sumptuous Breakfast, fruits baskets, afternoon teas, night time desserts. Great ambiance of luxury and relaxing. Will come back again for family trip soon

旺季出行，價格較高，但對酒店各方面都挺滿意，下次來麗江也願意再次入住這裏。
服務：提前兩天工作人員就主動聯繫我加微信建立了聯繫，並竭盡所能給予旅遊建議。入住期間，到店歡迎水果點心和晚安甜湯什麼的不在話下，年輕的工作人員都禮貌熱情，耐心周到，迴應及時，盡力滿足各項需求，一點小遺憾：因航班較晚想延遲點退房沒有通融。
酒店位置：位置不錯，在長水路上離忠義市場步行三五分鐘，有個側門直通古城南門內，從側門進古城離木王府不遠，步行七八分鐘可達。
酒店設施：酒店整體規模不大，但院內整體設計和造景精緻舒適。好像24年12月開業的，房內設施新，沐浴設備先進，電視可投屏很方便，床舒服睡了不會腰疼。房內提供兩種手磨咖啡和兩種茶葉。尤其喜歡那個紅茶。酒店豢養的小鹿對帶娃出行家長來説絕對加分項，我家孩子大了依然每天興匆匆的要去喂小鹿。我們三個人入住雙人間，免加床費並贈送了早餐，很暖心。
一點不足：一是餐廳較小，用餐高峯時段需要輪候，二是餐食不錯但相對於酒店價位來説種類較少。像米線餛飩玉米紫薯之類熱食現場沒有陳列，需要跟服務員點單後等待從後廚上餐。三是有些食物可能備餐不足，比如那個挺好吃的幹噎酸奶，早上第一天沒看到，第二天第一輪被客人取完後就沒有再補貨了。

我覺得性價比齊高 歡迎飲料 、點心 🥧水果、 還有精美下午茶 ☕️咖啡 晚上居然還有晚安甜品 最絕的是有專業攝影師給你拍攝喂小鹿 和 山景照片
服務沒得説太到位了 性價比太高了
還有一些非遺項目體驗都是贈送的 天啊 這麼好的酒店居然還有人寫差評 是拖吧
我可不是拖 我非常滿意 唯一需要加強的點

環境：酒店環境整潔乾淨，旁邊就是古城南門，有偏門刷房卡可以直接進入古城遊覽，出行非常方便。
設施：處處為住客設想，有自動開關的窗簾，自動沖洗馬桶，房間燈具都是感應的，一進房間，燈會自動點亮，非常方便，還有電吹風和淋浴器使用起來都非常舒適便捷；
服務：非常棒，免費提供接送機服務，第一天因為航班晚點，到酒店已經快11點了，酒店服務員居然還在崗，親自到門口幫忙提行李，並且非常快地安排好房間，入住第一天有歡迎水果，每天會更換免費的飲料，每天還有免費下午茶提供，感覺非常不錯。平時有需要基本上都能快速得到解決。
衞生：房間和過道乾淨整潔，雖然有酒店水池，但是基本看不到蚊子，據説水池裡的水是每月更換一次，酒店裡還有一衹梅花鹿，專門有人員飼養，梅花鹿的住所也非常乾淨。
總之，此次住宿感覺非常棒，下次還會考慮入住。

有接送機，房間乾淨，環境有設計感，洗漱台有配洗面巾和洗衣液，女士友好，吧枱配的白茶紅茶一喝就是古樹茶，睡前有晚安甜湯，每天出門有咖啡打包，配上烤的瑪德琳好吃😋唯二可惜的是每天睡到中午，錯過了精美的早餐，本人戒酒，迷你吧的免費紅酒，沒喝，不過，下次還來。
