Amazing hotel. We loved Lijiang in general, and this hotel just made our trip a wonderful one. The view is gorgeous, breakfast had plenty of good options, service was outstanding and it is very close to the Shuhe village (walking distance). Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this resort to my friends.

Our room was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special thanks to Rita, Danae, and Emi for their continued helpfulness throughout our stay—they truly made a difference.

I have visited Lijiang for 3 nights in April 2025 and stayed at Pullman Lijiang 3 bedrooms villa. It was the best choice I made. All my families and kids had a wonderful time with lots of space for kids to run around. The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks after their breakfast the most. Beautiful view around the resort. The stuff were very helpful and got available 24 hrs. Even they couldn’t speak English well, they asked for WeChat so they could communicate with us. Best Choice, just go don’t hesitate.
Def. Be back if I visit Lijiang again!

I came to relax with my family during the Songkran holiday and stayed at Pullman Lijiang. The hotel has a stunning view, is very clean, and most importantly, I received a warm and cheerful welcome with great attention to detail from the service manager, Ms. Rita. She speaks English well and gave us helpful advice, such as drinking plenty of water before going up to high altitudes. She also recommended a Thai restaurant for us, checked in on our trip, and let us know we could easily reach her anytime via WeChat, which was super convenient. Thank you for making our stay here a memorable part of our journey!

Unfortunately, we do not have time for the hot spring as it needs to preheat 4 hours before

Beautiful hotel with excellent scenery of jade dragon snow mountain, within walking distance of 1+km to Shuhe Old Town. Room a little old, but overall stay is pleasant!

Recently stayed at Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, especially from the villa courtyards. The mix of traditional Naxi architecture and modern amenities gives the resort a unique charm.
The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a private outdoor soaking tub that made the stay even more relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.

The hotel is not situated in the downtown. It’s good when you want to be relaxed in the calm. Nice view seeing the Yulong Snow mountain from the hotel.
