Totally recommend this hotel!! There is breakfast and afternoon tea and even yak butter tea at night. Didn't manage to try the last two, because we had a tight schedule. The staff are really nice and friendly, the breakfast is very 温馨. Totally would stay here again!

clean and well equipped hotel, came with a smart home set up. view from the rooftop was stunning
breakfast was homemade by the aunties 😋 the reception even packed breakfast for us to take away because we were leaving the hotel early the next day. 😊

We like this hotel so much and decided to extend our stay here. Great hospitality and the hotel design and view is as shown in the photos. Walking distance to food and Lijiang Old City. Worth the value. Thank you!

10/10 Recommended!! Breakfast is scrumptious and they have local tea culture sharing with the guest, room is clean and big, boss is friendly and staff would help to carry your luggage up to your room as well as to accommodate and solve any problems you have. We had smell coming from the aircon but it was solved immediately after mentioned. Washing machine also available at the common area. 五一 (the dog) super cute also for all the doggo lovers out there!

Good service by staff. They upgraded us to a bigger room when something went wrong with our original room. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel is a 5 storey building with no lift in case you are travelling with elderly. It is a 15 min walk from the old town, not so easy to locate. Can see the Jade Dragon mountain from here.

Delighted with the service and our rooms. However, 5 floors without an elevator is a bit tough on old folks. Toilets could be better served with a bidet and water nozzle, especially since the cleaning Ah Yis kept forgetting to clean the inside of the toilet bowl and there is no brush in the toilet. Keeping the shower water temperature constant was a challenge. A small safe for keeping valuables in the room would be useful. But I would still come back again because the attention and service from this B&B serving crew was warm, excellent and praiseworthy, from the leader (Mr Jia) to the multipurpose receptionists (Xiao He & Ku) and kitchen staff (Ms Yan & Liu).

My friend and I stayed at the homestay for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very helpful—they assisted us in navigating the area and provided great suggestions on places to visit. We were very pleased with their service, the food, and the location. The homestay is conveniently situated, with Lijiang Ancient Town just a **five-minute** car ride away. Additionally, they offered tea and snacks, making us feel right at home!
