My husband and I had a wonderful stay thanks to the staffs who helped us organised during our stay there. It was our first time to Lijiang, so the hotel organised private tours to many places in Lijiang and Shangrila for us. At night, they would even setup the hot bath for us with their special herbs to relax after our long day. We had the most beautiful view of the town from our room, I can sit there and look at it day and night. Also, we had the best breakfast compare to other hotels we stayed at Kunming and Dali, my husband was happy with his breakfast finally. It’s so convenient to just stay right in the beautiful ancient town, we could walk around the town anytime we want. I would definitely recommend anyone to come stay here if they want to experience such special experience. 我和我丈夫在这里度过了一段非常美好的时光，这都要感谢工作人员在我们入住期间的细心安排和帮助。这是我们第一次来到丽江，酒店为我们安排了私人导览，带我们游览了丽江和香格里拉的许多景点。晚上，他们还会为我们准备好热水浴，并加入特别的草药，让我们在一天的行程后能够好好放松。 我们的房间可以看到镇上最美的风景，我可以整天坐在那里欣赏，百看不厌。早餐也是我们在昆明和大理住的其他酒店中最棒的，我丈夫终于对早餐感到满意了。 住在这座美丽的古城里非常方便，我们随时都可以出去在古镇中闲逛。如果有人想要拥有一次特别的入住体验，我一定会推荐他们来这里住。

This hotel is located at the middle of Lijiang old town, so it is convenient to access to the street shopping. It is a small size hotel with total 14 rooms and combination of antiquity and modern style. The staff was very hospitality and introduce us nice restaurants and tip of traveling at snow mountain. We had asking for change another room due to the room we get is facing right front of the main entrance that we feeling not so good. But the staff 唐皓 had directly change us another room without hesitate. Room was very clean and comfortable which is same as photo I saw in app. The only downside is toilet don't have door which for couple shouldnt be any issue but for family member will be quite inconvenient. Breakfast is Ala cart, fresh and hot serving. I like the noodle soup very much. Breakfast is repeat for my 2 days stay if can do some change will be extra bonus. I recommend this hotel to everyone who like to explore old town deeply and longing for having a cup of wine with old town view. This hotel have a very very nice balcony. But for family with aged parent and children I not recommend because the location is at the middle of long and steep staircase. Is not easy to climb up and down at this high altitude city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel conveniently located within the 古城 (Old Town). One of the biggest highlights was the pick-up service provided by the hotel — a true lifesaver, as navigating the maze of exits in the old town (where cars aren’t allowed) would have been quite a challenge on our own. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were warmly welcomed with tea and a thoughtful introduction to the amenities in our room, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was another standout — delicious and satisfying. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended if you’re planning a visit to the 古城!

Pros: First thing first; the staff provided us with the best customer service I’ve ever had so far. They washed our clothes for us because we didn’t had the time, they ordered a luggage for me because I didn’t have enough space in my current one. Cons: very steep stairs. This should be highlighted by the hotel more, because we’ve met other guests with accessibility issues.

Delicious breakfast, nice view overlooking ancient city, very comfortable bed with heating function. Heated toilet. Excellent service from arrival till leaving. Will definitely come back. I already dearly miss their breakfast.

Room was clean and spacious! Hotel staff are extremely friendly, informative and helpful! (: great views from the hotel, enjoyed my stay there! Hotel is located in the old town so it is convenient to get to the shops and restaurants which can be accessed by going down a few flights of stairs. But note that there is no vehicle access, so we had to climb uphill for about 5 mins to get to the pick-up point.

We had a nice stay, the view from the room, the roof, was superb. The bed was very comfortable and super clean. The help, warmth and service we received from the whole team is unmatched. They provided us with everything we need throughout the stay. The breakfast was nice, and served immediately once we showed up. Thank you!

Very enthusiastic team who took the initiative to reach out weeks before we arrived in Lijiang. Communication mostly done via WeChat was pretty smooth from arranging pick-up from train station to helping us arrange a private day trip to 玉龙雪山 Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Location is strategically location walking distance to the market square where there are plenty of F&Bs and bars to fit your schedule from day to night. The host would also provide recommendation on Didi drop-off point most conveniently located to the accommodation. This information is not readily available on those online map apps so we are very appreciative of guidance to navigate around the Lijiang ancient city conveniently. Do note the stone paths are uneven with many steps so do remember to wear a pair of thick/comfortable walking shoes! Did not manage to try the breakfast provided in the accommodations given our day started early. However, we were delighted to have a medicinal bath to relax after the long day outside. The accommodation includes a great bird eye view of the ancient city as well. Pretty private to chill in without the public crowd. Thank you Tang Hao and your wonderful team to make our stay in Lijiang memorable.

In my yunnan trip, this has been the best stay and experience! Even before we checked in Mr 唐皓 took the effort to reach out to me and shared about the tour packages and things they can offer. Immediately took charge to book the best option for us within a short notice. When we arrived, he and his associates took care of us extremely well, explaining the do’s and dont’s, sharing with us objective food and leisure activity recommendations. Whenever we needed help or had any queries they will attend to it immediately. Even thought drop off was not part of the package, upon request he still helped to make arrangements for us post checkout. The hotel was really nice too. Had a great view from our window and at the bar. The interior were pleasant with warmed up beds which really helped with the cold climate. Really grateful to Mr 唐皓 and his associates for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. If I were to come back to Lijiang, will surely stay here again for the amazing hospitality and kindness we had experienced.

Location of this hotel was unbelievable and it's elevated (see 2F view from pic), and surrounded by festivities and shops. It was sooooo crowded and happening out there. Note it is not accesible to hotel entrance by car, so the hotel staff setup a Wechat group to share map of where your driver/ride shd drop you, after which they will wait for you and bring your luggage and you to the hotel, up many many steps on cobbed-stone roads. Room looked good and a great size, however some of the amenities were not working well. Breakfast was also sumptious and heartwarming (see pic). This hotel is relatively expensive but nett all good and wish we had at least an extra night (for the view, the sights, the shopping, the effort up and down the steps)!

It was a very last minute trip and I came here without a lot of planning, the staffs are very welcoming and helpful, even helped to plan trips for me. The view is great, a quiet place in the middle of old town so never feel bored at all day and night. High appreciated for the warm hosting.

It is one of the few in the ancient city that is built with a steel structure, which greatly makes up for the shortcomings of poor sound insulation in the ancient city. The exterior retains the characteristics of traditional Naxi architecture. It is the only choice for you to stay in Lijiang Ancient City. The B&B is located halfway up the Lion Mountain, a two-minute walk from the Sifang Street in the center of the ancient city.
