This is the third time I have come to Lijiang. I used to live in the hotel. This time I chose to live outside the ancient city. It is very close to the ancient city. It is very good to see the evaluation on the Internet. Someone contacted in advance to help with the luggage. The little brother in summer was very enthusiastic. Not only was he very close, there was no sense of distance. After arriving at the store, it was tea and flower cakes. Others were also very enthusiastic, as well as fruit and milk, and breakfast was good.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The airport/station pick-up service was very prompt. There's a quiet book bar, perfect for kids to do their homework daily. The treadmills in the gym offer a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain; if you run early, you can witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight,' which is incredibly therapeutic. Bottled drinking water was provided daily, and they generously offered a variety of refreshments, including flower cakes, fruits, rose tea, ancient tree tea, and yogurt. This Kaisen hotel in Lijiang is highly recommended, and our children absolutely loved it.
My stay at the Hexi Snow Mountain View Hotel exceeded all expectations. Located very close to the Lijiang Ancient City, and with an incredible price of just €30 per night, the quality and service I received were simply outstanding.
The room was spacious, modern, and fully equipped, and had nice views of the surrounding mountains right from my window. After long days of exploring, the extremely comfortable bed was a dream. The hotel's crown jewel is the 6th-floor viewing deck—a 360-degree paradise offering breathtaking panoramas of Lijiang Old Town and a direct, unobstructed view of the mountain, especially magical at sunrise and sunset.
The breakfast was delicious, with a highlight being the homemade fresh noodles prepared on demand. The staff went above and beyond. They helped me rent an electric bike, expertly arranged my trip to the Snow Mountain, and even helped me find a charming and comprehensive tourist group to continue my journey to Shangri-La, which was both affordable and covered all the key sights.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

The trip to Yunnan was a pleasant one. After arriving in Lijiang, I stayed at the Lige Hotel. The hotel service was indeed very good. The staff at the front desk and breakfast room were very polite. The environment of this hotel is also good, and transportation is very convenient. Friends who come to Lijiang for tourism can try to experience this hotel.
Pick-up/station: The B&B provides airport/car pick-up service. The housekeeper will get to know your itinerary and luggage information with you the day before departure, and will confirm the arrival time with you before departure. After arrival, you will be sent directly to the B&B, which is very convenient.
Environment: The B&B is located on the hillside opposite the north gate of Lijiang Ancient Town. It is very convenient to the ancient town and Heilongtan Park. You can directly see Yulong Snow Mountain from the lobby. The location is quiet in the bustling city, and the environment outside is very quiet when you sleep at night.
Facilities: The B&B has swimming pools, tea bars, laundry rooms and other facilities. The water bar, smart appliances, projection, bathtubs and other configurations in the room are also very comprehensive. You can enjoy the mountain view while taking a bath.
Service: The 1V1 housekeeper service provided by the B&B will give pertinent suggestions on where to go and what special food to eat. Breakfast provides two options of Chinese and Western food. They are all made 20 minutes in advance after confirming the meal time with us the day before. The Western food we chose is very sufficient and tastes good, and we are very full.
Hygiene: Someone will come into the room tomorrow to clean and replenish toiletries. The bed, sofa and bathroom in the room are all very clean and it is very comfortable to live in.
This is simply the best place to stay, to explore Lijiang Old Town and surrounding areas.
* Overall - beautiful boutique hotel based on traditional Naxi architecture. Looks like a traditional inn, but is actually new and modern.
* Rooms - spotlessly clean, with all modern facilities. Light contemporary decor.
* Benefits - excellent breakfast, complimentary welcome drink, complimentary welcome fruit platter, complimentary afternoon tea & desserts, complimentary nightcap plum wine and light dessert. Daily complimentary laundry. Unlimited soft drinks in room fridge.
* Service - this is where the Dublin really stands out. The best service we've experienced in China, and most likely the best ever. The staff all work as a well trained team to make you feel at home from the moment you check in. A special shout out to Xiao Du!
* Location - Another great standout. Literally steps from the front door (next to the small restaurant on the right) there are a set of steps down to the canal. From there, just follow the canal to the Water Wheel and Lijiang Old Town north gate. Along the way is a large lively night market. You can also step down to the main road just outside and walk down a lively street full of food options. Pro Tip : Ask hotel staff how to get to the restaurant that is in the last picture below. Delicious Naxi food!
Overall : Best value, best location and best service in Lijiang!
When we started to get into the hotel, we were all impressed with the atmosphere. It is full of art and high quality decoration. The front staff provided really good service during our stay from the first day of checking in until the day of checking out. The room we stayed is nice and clean with plenty of sunlight from the wide window. Bathroom and toilet is all modern. The hotel has two buildings. You can enjoy the rooftop view at the top of one of the hotel buildings. On the clear day, you can have a good photo with Yulong Snow Mountain as a background. The hotel is also in a walking distance to Lijiang Ancient Town with a lot of restaurants during the way. You can easily enjoy the lively ancient town and back to have a good and quiet sleep at the hotel. One of the best thing at the hotel that we really want to tell everyone is the breakfast. There are so many choices of the food that we can enjoy without boring for our 4 days at the hotel. Every famous food that we should have in Lijiang, we can find it here. We would like to tell that this hotel is one of the best hotels in our travelling life.
The hotel is 10 min walking distance away from the old ancient town of Lijiang, there are some restaurants around which are very nice. The Black Dragon Pool is 5 min away which is very nice.
The rooms were clean and staff was friendly although they couldn’t speak English.
The rooms have new and modern amenities which might seem nice but in our experience, some of them don’t work well or maintenance is required. The bathtub leaked water all over the room and the bathtub walls were filled with water which made the bathtub very cold. Some lights and appliances were not working.
However overall a nice stay, nice views on the third floor
The hotel room was fantastic, right next to Heilongtan Park, and only a ten-minute walk from the ancient city. Opening the window revealed the park's trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere. You could sit on the balcony and listen to the babbling brook below, and watch the squirrels darting about in the trees. There was a rooftop viewing platform offering views of Guishan Park and distant Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, along with delicious afternoon tea ☕️. The manager was incredibly welcoming 😂. We spent half the day at the hotel having tea with our hotel guests upon arrival 🤣🤣. It wasn't far from Zhongyi Market either, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The night market was lively and had lots of delicious food.
Stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days with a family of 4. Arrived at night 10pm+, and the staff of Ju She The House (Inn)were actively checking with us on where we are and if we would require any assistance in carrying the luggage’s to the inn. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And the customer service and support provided by the lovely staffs of Ju She was also top notch. They even made extra effort to help prepare some simple and early breakfast for us when we had days whereby we had to set off from the inn very early in the day to sightsee. They had a chat group that includes some staff of the inn, in which we could freely and easily request for any assistance when needed, and the staff were all very nice and polite when assisting us. They also had daily complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and a small Chinese dessert soup with reminders in the chat group, which was a very lovely and sweet addition to our stay at the inn. Will definitely come back to stay again when we come to yunnan for our holidays. Kudos to all the friendly and lovely staff at Ju She The House. :)

MM650424****If I have the chance to visit Lijiang again, I will definitely stay at Jingxi again. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the whole house has a very modern voice control system. It was very quiet at night and I had a good sleep. The owner was warm and thoughtful, making me feel at home. Sitting on the terrace, listening to the breeze and enjoying the scenery, is a relaxing and relaxing experience. The surrounding environment is great, just a two-minute walk to the ancient city, the waterwheel, and other tourist attractions. The room is fully stocked with toiletries, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and even a care kit is included. The details are perfect!
MM521275****I really like this inn. I moved to the third floor. The room is very big and the night view is particularly beautiful. There is a small independent garden. I had a romantic dinner here with my girlfriend. The room has a smart toilet, heating and electric blanket, as well as a humidifier, with complete facilities. recommend
GGuest UserThe hostel's decor is truly tranquil, and each room has its own private bathroom. Evenings feature karaoke and billiards on the fourth floor, making it a joy to meet the right kind of traveler. I've been staying here for two weeks, and I can truly appreciate the owner's dedication to the hostel, treating guests like friends and wholeheartedly. However, they don't offer a high-end experience. A few days ago, there was a huge, noisy incident. They booked a hostel but expected the service and environment of a star-rated hotel, which was quite frustrating. They even disturbed other guests, and I think it's best to stay away from such guests. The hostel organizes activities and offers breakfast and dinner reservations. They serve homemade stir-fries, no pre-prepared meals, and the owner and his family also eat. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay here, and I'll be back. I'll also recommend it to friends and share the rooftop views and adorable pets.
GGuest UserThe boss is a local, very friendly and has a good service attitude. When it rains, the boss's family will help to collect the clothes hanging on the balcony. There are personal collections of the boss on each floor, which are very worthy of appreciation. The whole hotel has created the humanistic, historical and cultural heritage of the Ancient Tea-Horse Road. By the way, the boss is very knowledgeable about Pu'er tea. He also has tea from Lincang origin, and he doesn't ask for random prices. From staple tea to collection tea, there is also a large warehouse dedicated to storing tea. When you open the door, the tea fragrance overflows. If you have time, you can drink Pu'er tea in the store and visit the Black Dragon Pool Park next to the hotel. It's very comfortable!
EE0477****The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. The service was the best part; everyone from the owner to the staff was very welcoming and responsible. I arrived close to midnight on my first night, but the receptionist was still very friendly. When he learned I had a slight cold, he reminded me that the hotel had cold medicine available. The next day, when I was about to go out, the owner kept reminding me to go back early in the afternoon for afternoon tea and snacks, haha. Unfortunately, I was too rushed and didn't have time to go back for coffee and the supposedly delicious tiramisu. By the way, the rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious! Much better than the expensive ”Crossing-the-Bridge” rice noodles I later ate at the scenic area. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lijiang! Thank you for the thoughtful and attentive service; it made my whole day wonderful, and I look forward to seeing you again!
GGuest UserThe service of the homestay is very good. It was originally set on the 15th. Later, the reason for the itinerary was changed to the 16th. The merchant quickly agreed to change it. The room was very clean. There were a lot of succulents outside. There were also leisure tables and chairs. It was very close to the ancient city and it was only a few minutes away. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. It was a very pleasant journey, very happy 😃
