Hotels in New City Area, Lijiang

The location is great, walking distance to Lijiang old town and massage. Personal opinion normal room will do as the highest floor common area got the same view too (cute dog too). My expectation was slightly higher for the room view and just to realise there was a glass and not an outdoor access based on the photos. Got disappointed by the expectation from the photos but still a good stay due to location. Service is good and staff is friendly. Do note there is no lift and there are walking of 4th floor up too. They will be helping with the luggage. Breakfast is good, aunties are nice and making sure we are full before our journey. I would still recommend to stay here but opt for Normal room will do. Not worth the value for my room based on my personal opinion. The sun is strong during the day and the curtains are there most of the time since it is glaring. Hence we didn’t enjoy much the view too.

Best location for bordering the old town (car accessible via main road) and having the view towards the old town equivalent to the 丽江之眼. Walkable distance to the food and pub street, and 大车轮。My tip is look no further and to get this hotel because you do not have to pull your luggage over uneven floor or stairs/slopes of old town, as compared to other homestay. Cool smart Controls, minimal smoke smell. Minor feedback for the hotel is the toilet can be more clean, but acceptable for me.

This is a cozy and well-located homestay near two ancient towns — Lijiang Ancient City and Shuhe Ancient City. They offer convenient one-way transport to both, as well as pick-up service from the airport and train station, which is a great bonus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful lake views. The homestay is also equipped with a lift, making it especially convenient for guests with mobility needs. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!

I stay at the hotel with elegant double room, the room is very spacious and clean , inside the room have balcony. the hotel is near kunming railways ,if we ride didi arround 9-10 yuan. Very convenient.. if you type like quite this hotel is the right choise . helpful staff , i told the staff my flight was night , the staff give me extend two hour from checkout time. Highly recommended!! thank you and will come back again for sure ..

Location was slightly away from the main street which makes it quiet and secluded but at the same time a distance away from the sights and restaurants. Nice courtyard and gardens on the grounds. Generally friendly staff who drove us from the lobby to the room and vice versa in buggies. Front desk was also friendly but could have been a bit more proactive to introduce the free minibar and attraction tickets that came with the booking. Room was generally clean apart from a small stain on the sofa. Scenic photo spots at the roof bar. Overall a nice property.

Super friendly staff, convenient location and great amenities. The breakfast was good, but could be improved with a wider variety for western travellers. Definitely we recommend it to any who wants to visit Lijiang.

The hotel is outside the ancient city, near Lijiang Ancient City and Heilongtan. The hotel is very convenient to Yulong Snow Mountain, Baisha Ancient Town, and Lijiang Ancient Town. It can be picked up and dropped off for one-day tours. The parking lot is on the first floor. You can take a taxi directly to the hotel, and then take the elevator to the second floor to check in. The room is clean and tidy, with a brand new smart guest control, which is very unique. The second floor is the restaurant. The breakfast is quite rich, and the coffee is unlimited. It is very friendly to me, a coffee addict. We set off for the snow mountain early in the morning, and they also helped to pack breakfast! Because I didn’t want to live in the ancient city just for a quieter time, but it was a bit unexpected that there were still chickens crowing in the early morning. I didn’t sleep well. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to this issue. The hotel waiter is very enthusiastic and the service is good. He greeted us when he saw us, and asked if we had afternoon tea on the eighth floor, and recommended nearby food stores to us. There is also a stove in the rooftop garden to make tea, with roasted sweet potatoes and corn, which is very suitable for watching the sunset and sunrise.

We came here just after it opened last year. We stayed here again this time. The proprietress is very nice and from Northeast China. She is very pretty. The room has disposable bath towels and the decoration is really great. They use a De Rucci mattress. This time we came back just for the De Rucci mattress. Her house is the most comfortable place to stay along the way. They use big brands. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. If you have high quality requirements, come here. The Qianguqing arranged by Xiaojian and Yang Hu at the front desk is also very good. I recommend it to everyone with full marks.

One of the most wonderfully designed hotels that we have been to, very well thought and very detailed for their guests. From the room to the facilities to the staff, everything is very well thought out. Kudos to the boss that was very accommodating in inviting us to sit around the fireplace, hanging out drinking tea and having snacks. The whole rooftop is brilliant, you can actually witness the Yulong Snow mountain from there, and the view is amazing! Everything in the room is so well thought, every detail! Will definitely stay in this hotel and recommend anyone that is staying in Lijiang, 11/10 ⭐

All the staff, reception & housekeeping were very good & helpful with our questions as well as booking transport. Location is good especially the back door route to Ancient City where food & fashion shops were everywhere including underground corridors.
