B&B Hotel Lille Lillenium Eurasanté Reviews

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle or fridge in the room. The metro station was within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore central Lille quickly. The staff was friendly, but I did have an issue when I requested an extra pillow. I was told there were already extra pillows in the room (which we were using), even though the customer info page mentioned that extra pillows could be requested. That was a bit of a letdown.

Big sized room, but no fridge or in room kettle/coffee or tea, they do have microwave at concierge to warm your food up. Good spread of buffet breakfast. Next to a shopping mall, but not a good range of shops. Bit of a walk from train station, not quite centrally located unless you do not mind getting your steps up.

Really clean and bright, easy to checkin and out, very friendly staff, near the shopping center and metro station, easy to travel and eat

I had a great experience, staff were very polite. If you arrive at night, pay attention as the hotel is easily missed.

It isn't a good hotel big room for a expensive price but the hotel doesn't have a fridge no ketle for a coffee or tea the hotel doesn't have a parking for theirs customers I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

The room is clean and the floor is quiet. Environment: Comfortable, Service: Professional I recommend it. There is a shopping mall nearby for shopping, and there is also a large parking lot. The transportation is convenient and fast, and it is a lot of one-time employment experience.

Good value for money. The receptionists are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are nice and new. I recommend.

Everything went very well! B&B hotels are great for me! They charge fair, affordable prices for single travelers and yet everything is always taken care of down to the last detail and clean, you have a modern hotel and there are sufficient facilities available.

The room is clean and tidy, the elevator breakfast is rich, and there is a large shopping mall next to it. Unfortunately, I paid on Ctrip, and the hotel front desk swiped my room fee again. Thank you Ctrip for helping me coordinate with the hotel in time and returning the money to me.
