During this trip to Lingshui, we chose to stay at the Kimpton Hainan Clearwater Bay Hotel, which had just opened. The overall experience was beyond our expectations and left us with endless aftertaste. From the first moment we arrived, the hotel showed great professionalism and hospitality. The concierge quickly stepped forward to assist with the luggage, which was thoughtful and appropriate, making us feel at home. When we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by the unique artworks and the highly designed space layout. The perfect fusion of art and holiday atmosphere made us intoxicated. The decoration details of the public areas and guest rooms are all exquisite and sophisticated. Whether it is the choice of materials or the matching of colors, they all show Kimpton's consistent aesthetics and style. The night bed service was even more surprising - cocktails, lemon slices, fragrant bedding, and spotlessly cleaned rooms all reflected the beauty of details. It is especially worth mentioning the warmth and professionalism of the service team. During the stay, the child was accidentally injured. The housekeeper Vicky was the first to pay attention to him. Not only did she take the initiative to send Band-Aids and iodine, but she also prepared a thoughtful gift for the child when checking out, which made our family feel warm and cared for. Although the hotel is still in the trial operation stage and some details still have room for improvement, the overall performance is amazing enough. As a frequent traveler who has experienced many high-end hotels in Hainan, I can sincerely say that Kimpton Clearwater Bay is the one that has impressed me the most so far. In addition to comfort, there is more warmth; in addition to refinement, there is more humanity.
