GGuest UserBefore check-in, housekeeper Winnie contacted us and arranged the room perfectly. During our stay, any requests we had were promptly addressed by Winnie, though relaying them to housekeeping for delivery to the room often took some time, and housekeeping frequently missed items we asked for. The turndown service felt quite perfunctory; the duvet was just casually folded, and while the trash was emptied, it was easy to miss the service altogether. The breakfast selection was excellent, but we could never get a sunken seat as they were always 'reserved'. This was the first hotel I've encountered where you need to reserve a spot for breakfast. The most satisfying aspect of our stay was the staff by the pool and on the beach. A staff member in a blue uniform noticed I couldn't swim and proactively brought me a swim ring, and a mermaid-themed one at that, which was great for photos – their attentiveness truly deserves praise. When my child injured a toe while playing in the sand, the staff member on duty at the beach replenishment station immediately ran to the pool area to get disinfectant swabs and a band-aid for me without a second thought. This level of service perfectly matches the hotel's positioning. My only complaint is the takeaway delivery service to the room. You really need to mentally prepare for a wait of at least half an hour. I understand that the delivery cabinet might be far or they might be short-staffed, but it would be better to inform guests upfront or simply cancel the service rather than having us eat cold food.

SSiqierOur first stop for the holiday was the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we even checked in, our butler, Summer, sent us an introduction to the hotel and recommendations for local food, which really built up our excitement. I have to give a huge shout-out to my butler! First, she upgraded our room, then, knowing I was on my period, she brought me brown sugar ginger tea. On our last night, she surprised me with cake and red wine. Oh my goodness, how can someone be so wonderful? My chat history with her is just full of 'thank yous' 🥹. The rafting was super fun, the pool was great for a dip, the gym was perfect for a run, and the public areas were beautiful for photos, no matter where you shot. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing! Oh, and I also fell in love with the hotel's umbrellas – they're super cute. I asked for the purchase details and plan to have one shipped home.

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

GGuest UserI genuinely want to recommend this Westin in Lingshui to all parents traveling with kids! We specifically chose it to avoid crowds, and it turned out to be an absolute godsend. The beach is incredibly soft and fine, and the famous 'singing sand' truly lived up to its reputation. The best part was how few people there were during the off-season; the entire beach felt like our private backyard.
We splurged on a balcony suite with a private pool, and at 155 square meters, there was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. Waking up to watch the sunrise over the sea from bed was magical, and in the evenings, we'd soak in the pool on the balcony while waiting for the 'orange sea' sunset – the colors were beyond words. The kids absolutely loved the Kids' Club. With activities like making cookies, catching sand crabs, and picking coconuts, their schedule was packed. Our four-year-old didn't want to leave, and the heated pool with a slide was a constant hit.
I especially have to commend our butler, Parker. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews before our trip, but those worries were completely unfounded. He provided a detailed itinerary in advance, responded instantly to messages, and made dining so easy. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we could order local Lingshui sour noodles via delivery, paired with a refreshing salted starfruit drink – pure bliss. Parking was ample, and it was just a few minutes' drive to Monkey Island.
Honestly, our entire family has already decided to come back. It's quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is truly attentive. It's the perfect spot for a family trip with kids.

GGuest UserOur experience at Capella Sanya was simply amazing, with incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. A special thanks goes to Fiona, our 'Culturalist,' who went above and beyond by delivering drinks and desserts to our room daily – a truly heartwarming gesture. The breakfast was a definite highlight, offering authentic Baoluo noodles, a wide variety of steamed dim sum, and freshly squeezed juices to kickstart our day. However, a minor drawback was the weak air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant. Dining in Sanya's intense heat meant sweating quite a bit, and we hope the hotel addresses this soon.
The guest rooms, starting at 88 square meters, were spacious and airy, with powerful air conditioning that quickly provided a refreshing escape from the outdoor heat. The buggy service was prompt and responsive, always available when called. The in-room mini-bar, stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, was a generous touch. The daily complimentary afternoon tea from 3 to 4 PM, as well as the free-flow white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, and peanuts served at the bar from 8 to 9 PM, added to the overall vacation enjoyment.
I have two suggestions for improvement: First, the breakfast restaurant urgently needs stronger air conditioning. Second, the disposable beach slippers provided in the rooms were not very comfortable; I hope they can be replaced with more durable and comfortable options. These minor issues aside, the overall experience was nearly perfect, and I'm confident that with these details refined, the hotel will reach even greater heights.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior was decent, and breakfast was quite good. However, there were many missing service details. Overall, the best part was the greeter at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant; for both days I was there, they always enthusiastically greeted me from afar. Next best was the security guard at the entrance, who always helped with luggage when I arrived and left.
1. During check-in, the front desk asked if I was a registered member and I wrote my membership number on the registration form. However, when I casually asked at check-out, I was told it hadn't been added to the system.
2. In the first room, there were used tissues left by a previous guest in the drawer, and hair on the sofa.
3. The upgraded new room had noticeable stains on the bedroom curtains, and the power outlet on the desk was broken.
4. When the staff first showed me the new room, there was a welcome fruit platter on the desk, but by the time I moved in, the fruit was gone. It's not about missing a fruit platter; it's that there could have been other ways to handle it better instead of being so obvious.
5. On the first day, a young, slightly overweight male chef at the noodle station in the breakfast restaurant had a very cold face and poor attitude. When I asked him for Hainanese noodles and spoke to him, he remained silent throughout, didn't respond at all, and his movements were very abrupt, as if he was about to throw things.
6. Food deliveries weren't allowed, and there were no robots. Staying in the last building meant walking all the way to the lobby myself, which was very far. Since it wasn't a food delivery, I later asked staff for help and they reluctantly agreed to deliver it, but it took nearly 50 minutes to arrive.

Service: The only drawback is that I arrived at the hotel around 21:00 in the evening, there was no one at the door, and the parking space was full. I didn’t know where to park. However, this shortcoming was compensated by the excellent service of a staff member named Xiaogang. I hope you will continue to work hard to make Wulan better.

GGuest UserI stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.
