My stay at the Kimpton Qingshui Bay was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout, with staff responding promptly and paying close attention to every detail. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered completely different selections, so you never had to worry about getting tired of the food even after several days. Whether it was the delicate pastries and Hainan local noodles at brunch, or the substantial main courses and seafood snacks at dinner, the flavors were on point, the presentation was exquisite, and the ingredients were fresh. Dining here brought a lot of joy. What truly amazed me was the hotel's architectural design, especially the iconic 'Chess View' space. It's stunning aesthetically and highly functional.

The room was absolutely fantastic! Our butler, Molly Wang, made sure our room was spotless and the view was incredible. We even got complimentary welcome fruit. **Cleanliness:** I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is much cleaner than many long-established hotels. I've stayed at countless hotels in Sanya, and truly new and clean ones are rare. This one is both new and impeccably clean. **Facilities:** The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and it goes until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for us night owls. **Service:** Everyone here is so enthusiastic! Especially the breakfast greeters who cheerfully say ”Good morning, enjoy your meal!” every day – hearing that first thing just brightens your whole day. Our butler was incredibly responsive and proactive with service. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. It's so new with great facilities. I feel like I've been staying in subpar rooms for years, so used to older accommodations. This hotel was a truly unexpected delight! I'll definitely stay here again. Oh, and the toiletries smell amazing too! Plus, the paddleboards at the pool are free to use, which is super fun!

The Instagrammable grotto-style infinity pool is right next to a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for photos – definitely remember to book a paddleboarding session! Breakfast includes authentic Lingshui sour noodles. The resort grounds are lush with greenery, and the service is attentive and discreet, making it an ideal choice for a vacation in Clear Water Bay. The sand quality at Clear Water Bay is genuinely fantastic! We didn't want to leave after multiple nights, and I also want to praise the warm and responsive service from the butler and front desk staff. Thumbs up!👍

Sanya Capella truly delivers on atmosphere! It's a secluded, luxurious, and tranquil escape. The stargazing pool and evening rituals are unique, and the private beach offers breathtaking views. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, responding promptly and patiently assisting with all my itinerary arrangements, paying close attention to every need. The facilities are comfortable, and the service is warm and inviting. This immersive island holiday experience exceeded all expectations. I had originally planned to drive straight to Sanya, but ended up waiting 5 hours for the ferry, which completely disrupted my day's plans. I was exhausted by the time I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. **Service:** A big thank you to Mr. KL at the front desk! Hearing that we had a sleeping child, he kindly upgraded us to a closer room, which was a lifesaver. **Facilities:** Beyond expectations and better than other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the water in the morning, and the beach isn't far either.

Facilities: It is quite good that the hotel has been maintained for so many years. Hygiene: quite good. Environment: next to the Qingshui Bay Golf Course, it is more convenient to play golf than this. Service: The only drawback is that I arrived at the hotel around 21:00 in the evening, there was no one at the door, and the parking space was full. I didn’t know where to park. However, this shortcoming was compensated by the excellent service of a staff member named Xiaogang. I hope you will continue to work hard to make Wulan better.

The hotel staff were generally very welcoming and enthusiastic, though the concierge service could be improved. The hotel garden is beautiful, and you can walk straight through it to the beach. The internal facilities are a bit old, but they are relatively clean and tidy. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there's enough to fill you up, and the dining environment is great, with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the views.

First of all, a big thank you to the front desk agent, Yunni! I had a high-speed train to Meilan Airport at 3 PM on my check-out day, and I was wondering where to kill time after checking out. To my surprise, when Yunni learned about my dilemma, she proactively offered me a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM! What a pleasant surprise! Secondly, the hotel room was relatively new, the sea view room wasn't damp, and the breakfast had a good variety. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel rooms are very large, which is also a common feature of Hainan resort hotels. We booked a deluxe family room with a large bed and a single bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The shower water is super sufficient, and the bath is very refreshing. The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.

I specifically booked the Seaview Resort for snorkeling, but the room facilities were truly subpar. The 'snorkeling' just meant they provided some equipment; the instructor simply handed over a life vest and a mask and then paddled away, without explaining any safety precautions or guiding us. It was completely self-service. The mask was so blurry that I couldn't see anything underwater. I had to lift my head out of the water just to catch a glimpse of a few small fish, and the variety of fish was very limited. There were some manta rays, but not many. Overall, the experience was mediocre. However, I would still recommend staying on the island for one night. You could choose a different room type. In the evening, after the day-trippers leave, the island loses its hustle and bustle, and the island bathed in morning light is truly beautiful.
