GGuest UserI was super satisfied with my stay this time. The kids loved the chess-themed area and the 'Smart Fun Space' so much they didn't want to leave. There were plenty of activities for children, and the complimentary travel photos turned out great. The breakfast buffet with additional à la carte options was fantastic. I chose the esports room, and the setup was top-notch. Parker (the hotel/staff member) even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, and they went out of their way to help inflate my flat tire. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

YYuyuSaraSummer provided excellent service. The hotel breakfast was fantastic and varied daily. There were plenty of water activities and a wide range of options for both kids and adults. Our room came with a dryer and all necessary baby supplies, which was very convenient. I really appreciate that this new hotel uses Dyson products – it's a huge plus for those with long hair! My only minor complaint is that if you have young children who go to bed early, taking a shower can be a bit disruptive. Also, we were on the first floor, and even with an electric mosquito repellent, my baby got six bites overnight that took half a month to heal. Next time, I'll definitely request a higher floor.

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

From the morning Tai Chi ceremony by the lobby's water curtain to sunset cocktails on the terrace in the evening, each day is perfectly filled with a sense of ritual. It feels as if you're cut off from the hustle and bustle, enjoying an exclusive sense of tranquility and relaxation.
Linda from the guest relations team was incredibly thoughtful! She found out my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and specifically helped us upgrade to a room with a better view. She also meticulously prepared flowers, a cake, and various snacks – we couldn't have been more delighted! 😆 It was such a special surprise and incredibly touching ~ thank you very much!!! During our two-night stay, every request was met, and she even helped me resolve a sudden small issue. She was both patient and professional!!! A huge, huge thank you to the lovely Linda for her assistance these past few days! Definitely a five-star review! 😘

The layout of the room is very warm and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and soft, which made me sleep well all night. MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

Choosing Aloha Hotel was definitely the best decision we made on this trip. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the warm yet professional atmosphere immediately made us feel at home.
The room was incredibly spacious, filled with sunlight, and impeccably clean. Every corner was sparkling, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless – it was clear the hotel put a lot of effort into cleaning. The thoughtful addition of a washing machine in the room was a lifesaver for us, traveling with kids; we no longer had to worry about where to wash their clothes.
The hotel's recreational facilities were also a delightful surprise. The outdoor pool had crystal-clear water, sparkling under the sun, and the kids had a blast splashing around. There's also a dedicated children's water park and an indoor kids' play area, so the little ones always had somewhere to play, rain or shine. Their absolute favorite was the petting zoo, where they could interact with lambs and bunnies up close. Plus, there were different parent-child activities every day, keeping the kids so entertained they didn't want to leave.
Just a short walk from the hotel is Clear Water Bay, affectionately known as the ”Singing Beach.” The sand is fine and soft underfoot, and the sea breeze is incredibly refreshing, making it perfect for an evening stroll.
However, what truly stood out was the service from the hotel's F&B department. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering everything from Chinese congee and buns to Western bread and milk – there was something for everyone. The specialty restaurant's dishes were also prepared with great care and tasted so good that we couldn't help but go back for more every time. What was even more heartwarming was the F&B staff; everyone was smiling and incredibly enthusiastic. The restaurant servers patiently explained the features of each dish and proactively asked if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. They not only provided us with delicious food but also genuine care, making us feel incredibly warm, just like dining at home.
Overall, from the clean rooms and comprehensive facilities to the beautiful scenery right outside the door, and especially the flawless and attentive service from the F&B department, Aloha Hotel made our vacation truly unforgettable. We genuinely recommend everyone to stay here, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

We booked a deluxe family room with a large bed and a single bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The shower water is super sufficient, and the bath is very refreshing. The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.
