Outstanding
We were very impressed with the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with a very nice design. All staff provided excellent service. Special thanks to Max Lin, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with everything we needed, which truly enhanced our stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. Ok We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

It’s the first time visiting Hainan Clear Water Bay, and we had a wonderful experience at INDIGO. I was surprised to receive a warm welcome call the day before I arrived at the hotel, they had prepared what I needed in advance. Highly appreciate customer service staff Anna! She provided a lot of assistance during my stay, and many thanks for the lovely souvenirs and postcards!

The hotel has a great location in Tofu Bay, right next to the Capella. The two hotels share the same beach. Bella at the front desk gave me a warm welcome and upgraded me to a room with a perfect ocean view. The bed in the room was very comfortable, relieving my fatigue after a few days. In the evening, having a cocktail in the lobby bar and listening to the sound of the waves was a very pleasant experience. There are seafood stalls within five or six kilometers. The owners were also very hospitable and even gave me a free drink when they saw I was traveling alone. Next time I come to Tofu Bay for a vacation, this will definitely be my first choice.

Excellent service! The hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room and even provided a cake and a little star plush toy. Since we liked them, the hotel also gifted us beach slippers. At 6 PM, during the evening ceremony, the staff warmly introduced various wines and the special cocktail of the day. At 8:30 AM, the morning ceremony featured a professional performer who awakened our day with a Tai Chi session.

Had a lovely stay at Lingshui Aloha Hotel! The staff were friendly and the service was good. My room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linen that made all the difference. Would recommend for a pleasant visit!

I booked this hotel on short notice for this trip and I'm totally hooked! The beach sand is incredibly fine, and the swings on the beach are a perfect touch. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, getting everything done in just a few minutes. She even thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and local restaurants. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was quite plentiful.

Rooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.
