Guest UserThe entire hotel's design aesthetic is on point – modern, minimalist, and full of artistic flair. You can snap great photos anywhere, from the common areas to the guest rooms. The lush, tranquil gardens face the Clearwater Bay ocean, creating an immersive resort vibe.
I have to commend Vicky, our butler, for her meticulous and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She proactively confirmed our needs before check-in and was incredibly responsive to any requests regarding transportation, supplies, or room changes. Many thoughtful details made us feel truly cared for.
The breakfast was the biggest surprise of our trip! It's served until noon, which is perfect for late risers like us. They offer a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western dishes, local Hainan snacks, freshly made noodles, desserts, and drinks. The variety is extensive, fresh, and there are so many choices.
Just a side note about a dining incident: one evening, we dined at the hotel's Western restaurant, and the kitchen was a bit slow that day. The staff proactively apologized throughout our meal and then specifically offered two exquisite desserts plus a large fresh fruit platter as compensation after our dinner. Their attitude was sincere, and their handling of the situation was very thoughtful. This minor hiccup didn't diminish our overall positive impression at all.
Overall, the experience was flawless, with both excellent soft and hard amenities. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Lingshui!

ivy1101From the mother-of-pearl arches to the fishing net textures, every detail at the Indigo reflects the thoughtful design concept of a 'maritime jewel box.' Open the window to breathtaking ocean views, and the rooftop infinity pool seems to stretch straight into the sky. The hardware, including Marshall speakers and Dyson hairdryers, also shows a genuine commitment to quality. Kiki's attentive care, from before check-in to departure, combined with the hotel's shared facilities with the Kimpton, and the tranquil, soft sands of Clear Water Bay, made this vacation visually stunning and experientially flawless. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Obsessed with the pool and sea views! 🌊
I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!
**Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality**
The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
**Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting**
Truly designed for young children!
* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.
* There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout.
* A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Cribs and baby gates are provided free of charge.
**Mermaid Legend Theme, Dreamy Family Getaway**
The hotel's design is centered around the Hainan mermaid legend, creating an incredible ambiance:
* The lobby features a stunning mermaid wall made from 60,000 mother-of-pearl pieces – it's both dreamy and spectacular.
* The pool is shaped like a mermaid's tail, and the Tiffany blue color is gorgeous.
* The rooms have fish-scale patterned sliding doors, boat-shaped bathrooms, and mermaid frescoes, with fairytale details everywhere.
* Telling mermaid stories to the kids made the vacation feel even more special and ritualistic!
**Exclusive Beautiful Beach, Next to Capella**
The hotel has its own private beach, with fine sand, clear water, and a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere – it’s right outside. Best of all, it shares the same beautiful bay views as the ultra-luxurious Capella Hotel, which is right next door!
You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable!
For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

The location is great, very close to Xincun Night Market, and there's a nice fruit market nearby. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a large and well-maintained pool. It's a shame we didn't try the wave pool, but the slides and grotto pool were good. The views from the room are amazing; I recommend staying on a higher floor. Breakfast is decent. The facilities for kids aren't the best; the bathroom door is too stiff and closes too quickly, which could pinch little ones. The balcony door is also very tight and hard to open. It would be great if the kids' play area (Taoqi Bao) stayed open until 8 or 9 PM. Part of the beach is clean, but another part has black ash-like stuff, which is a real shame for such a beautiful beach if it's not cleaned up properly.
Also, it seems like something happened at the hotel ** – my daughter's sunglasses and my brand new sanitary pads were gone when we left, which is really strange.
Professional Photoshoot: We paid an extra 1000 for the photos, which was too expensive.
Service: Very attentive, always available when called.
Facilities: Aside from the slightly lacking kids' facilities, everything else is great. Providing a bed rail was a big plus.
Hygiene: Very good.
Ctrip provided a free ice cream, and the hotel gave us two large coconuts every day, which was a nice touch.

Guest UserA truly perfect travel memory! Huge thanks to Daisy from the culture and tourism department for her warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. This trip coincided with my wedding anniversary with my husband, and we chose the Capella in Sanya, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. I was quite worried because I'd seen a lot of mixed reviews online, but the experience here far exceeded my expectations!
The thoughtful Daisy from the culture and tourism department even brought us coconuts 🥥 for an energy boost, and an anniversary cake too~
The hotel offers a ton of activities, keeping us busy at every moment – afternoon tea, cocktail hour, evening free-flow drinks, clam digging, sailing, and many more!
Among luxury hotels, the room facilities are exceptionally new. And I absolutely, absolutely love the garden view – even more than the sea view! The large windows fulfilled all my fantasies about a garden view, and the bedding is worth mentioning; it's unique and very comfortable.
There's a Chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant to choose from. The Thai food was delicious, and we even got to see a stunning pink sunset while dining.
The hotel's public areas are very well-maintained, and since we visited during the off-season, the experience was truly fantastic.
Complimentary mini-bar — a rich selection of snacks and soft drinks (replenished daily), including sodas, potato chips, dried fruit, etc.~
And the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety too!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's exterior was decent, and breakfast was quite good. However, there were many missing service details. Overall, the best part was the greeter at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant; for both days I was there, they always enthusiastically greeted me from afar. Next best was the security guard at the entrance, who always helped with luggage when I arrived and left.
1. During check-in, the front desk asked if I was a registered member and I wrote my membership number on the registration form. However, when I casually asked at check-out, I was told it hadn't been added to the system.
2. In the first room, there were used tissues left by a previous guest in the drawer, and hair on the sofa.
3. The upgraded new room had noticeable stains on the bedroom curtains, and the power outlet on the desk was broken.
4. When the staff first showed me the new room, there was a welcome fruit platter on the desk, but by the time I moved in, the fruit was gone. It's not about missing a fruit platter; it's that there could have been other ways to handle it better instead of being so obvious.
5. On the first day, a young, slightly overweight male chef at the noodle station in the breakfast restaurant had a very cold face and poor attitude. When I asked him for Hainanese noodles and spoke to him, he remained silent throughout, didn't respond at all, and his movements were very abrupt, as if he was about to throw things.
6. Food deliveries weren't allowed, and there were no robots. Staying in the last building meant walking all the way to the lobby myself, which was very far. Since it wasn't a food delivery, I later asked staff for help and they reluctantly agreed to deliver it, but it took nearly 50 minutes to arrive.

Guest UserThe smile and enthusiasm of the front desk staff made me feel very friendly. They also carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions to me. The layout of the room is very warm and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and soft, which made me sleep well all night. In addition, the room is also equipped with [air conditioning/refrigerator/safe, etc.], which greatly improved my accommodation experience. It is worth mentioning that the [Inner Mongolia specialty] here tastes great. In addition, thank you Piaopiao for your service. The service attitude is very good and impeccable. I will choose to stay next time.

The balcony is really spacious, and the bedroom with the balcony is quite nice, bright and roomy. The bedroom by the corridor, however, is a bit dim. The hotel offered us complimentary breakfast, which was a great bonus. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the sand is incredibly fine and soft.

Guest UserI stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

The hotel rooms are very large, which is also a common feature of Hainan resort hotels. We booked a deluxe family room with a large bed and a single bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The shower water is super sufficient, and the bath is very refreshing. The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.
