I drove here, and there were plenty of parking spots right at the entrance. As soon as I arrived at the lobby entrance, a doorman opened the car door, took my luggage, and guided me through check-in! The front desk lady was very pretty and enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything! A concierge also helped deliver my luggage to the room!
Let's talk about the room. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable – no complaints there! The facilities are complete, and every detail showcases excellent design; even the hangers are unique and creative! Every small detail is incredibly thoughtful! There's a hidden vanity, Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, Maison toiletries, Duravit bathroom fixtures, smart toilet, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The entire room's color scheme exudes old-money charm and is very carefully considered! The minibar is generously stocked with a variety of complimentary drinks, and the bedding is very comfortable! The lighting design is excellent, with bright and soft modes to choose from, and the night light design perfectly suits my habits – not dazzling but still providing light!
Breakfast is served until noon, which is super friendly for those who love to sleep in – pure bliss! There's a good variety of breakfast items, semi-buffet style, and everything is delicious! I'd stay here for days just for the breakfast!
There are also free tricycles available at the hotel entrance, but you need a motorcycle license. Taking one out for a spin in the morning is incredibly pleasant!

HhillguideIndigo Clearwater Bay is truly remarkable. The entire hotel feels like an ocean jewelry box hidden by the sea, with pearl arches and wave-like designs everywhere, all exquisitely crafted. It leads directly to a singing white sand beach, creating an incredibly immersive and atmospheric experience. I highly recommend the Lighthouse Seaview rooms; they offer immense emotional value. Compared to the Kimpton, both have their unique charms, but the Indigo is definitely more suited for couples and younger travelers. I also want to give a special shout-out to Summer, a staff member. She was incredibly prompt in addressing any room-related issues and immediately handled my last-minute requests with great care. Her service was attentive throughout, always ready to help. Thanks to her gentle and meticulous care, this vacation was doubly relaxing. With Indigo's wonderful environment and such a warm-hearted staff member, I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Clearwater Bay. And I wish the lovely Summer a happy day every day!

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!
**Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality**
The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable!
For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

The landscape gardens, water features, walking paths, and stargazing pool offer picturesque views everywhere you look, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The resort is expansive, but the shuttle service is available on call, making getting around incredibly convenient – no need to tire yourself out walking.
The hotel's private beach is uncrowded and clean, with fine sand and clear water. The sunset over the sea in the evening is absolutely stunning. The hotel's signature evening ritual creates an incredible ambiance, and the bartender is not only beautiful but also crafts unique and delicious cocktails.
Dining at the hotel was excellent, with fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation. The Thai cuisine was rich and flavorful; I particularly want to commend the slow-roasted pork and the white pomfret.
Finally, I want to give a special shout-out to our dedicated 'Personal Assistants,' Monica and Yi Lei! Their service was truly gentle, attentive, and perfectly discreet, elevating our entire experience significantly.
From pre-arrival communication regarding our needs and itinerary inquiries to attentive follow-ups during our stay, project bookings, and resort explanations, Monica was patient and meticulous throughout. Her response speed was incredibly fast, and she helped resolve any issues immediately. Her service attitude was gentle and sincere, warm but not intrusive, highly professional, and attentive to every detail, truly making us feel the exclusive luxury treatment of a high-end Capella resort. It's precisely because of Monica and Yi Lei's thoughtful service that our entire trip became so comfortable, worry-free, and rejuvenating, doubling our overall experience! I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

XXiangshoushoudepangpangThe location is great, very close to Xincun Night Market, and there's a nice fruit market nearby. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a large and well-maintained pool. It's a shame we didn't try the wave pool, but the slides and grotto pool were good. The views from the room are amazing; I recommend staying on a higher floor. Breakfast is decent. The facilities for kids aren't the best; the bathroom door is too stiff and closes too quickly, which could pinch little ones. The balcony door is also very tight and hard to open. It would be great if the kids' play area (Taoqi Bao) stayed open until 8 or 9 PM. Part of the beach is clean, but another part has black ash-like stuff, which is a real shame for such a beautiful beach if it's not cleaned up properly.
Also, it seems like something happened at the hotel ** – my daughter's sunglasses and my brand new sanitary pads were gone when we left, which is really strange.
Professional Photoshoot: We paid an extra 1000 for the photos, which was too expensive.
Service: Very attentive, always available when called.
Facilities: Aside from the slightly lacking kids' facilities, everything else is great. Providing a bed rail was a big plus.
Hygiene: Very good.
Ctrip provided a free ice cream, and the hotel gave us two large coconuts every day, which was a nice touch.

Our room had an expansive view, offering breathtaking, unobstructed sea views. A special thanks to AT for their attentive assistance throughout our stay; whether it was asking about local attractions or handling small requests for the room, their response was always incredibly prompt, which made us feel very well taken care of. The hotel's environment and facilities also lived up to the Holiday Inn brand's consistent standards; the kids especially loved the pool and the children's playground. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Lingshui, highly recommended!

GGuest UserI stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

We booked a deluxe family room with a large bed and a single bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The shower water is super sufficient, and the bath is very refreshing. The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.
