"This was my first time staying at Capella, and it was absolutely fantastic! o((*^▽^*))o Upon arrival, there was immediate luggage assistance, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff looked pristine and had exquisite makeup, which was a pleasant surprise. There was even a dedicated staff member who escorted us to our room, introducing all the facilities and room details along the way. We stayed in the Ocean View Garden Room, which was incredibly spacious and expansive. The large balcony offered a quintessential Southeast Asian view, making it feel like a true vacation. The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. Our Culturist (Alexander Hong) added me on WeChat a few days in advance to discuss our stay. He met all our reasonable requests during our visit; he was practically a genie in a bottle (*≧▽≦*). His service attitude was also excellent. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly varied and of high quality; I was so satisfied that I usually skipped lunch afterwards 😂. The afternoon tea and cocktails 🍸 were also very generous. We also tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Lan Ting. The Hainanese Wenchang Chicken, Garlic Crispy Roasted Pigeon, and Stir-fried Ge Ming Cai were absolutely delicious – we ate there two days in a row. We also experienced the large swimming pool and spa center, which were both excellent. Every evening, we went to the hotel's private beach to dig for crabs and shells. We found so many beautiful shells and returned with a great haul. The overall scenery of the hotel is stunning, and the privacy is excellent. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would love to come back with friends next time!"

"First off, a big shout-out to our butler, Chloe! After check-in, she helped carry our luggage to the room, giving us a brief and enthusiastic introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities along the way. She also helped us book a table for our beach dinner. During our stay, her responses were always prompt, which significantly enhanced our experience. The lower floors were a bit damp, and the bedding felt a little moist. However, as soon as Chloe found out, she immediately brought new bedding and a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier's tank was full after just one night, so it was indeed quite humid. The breakfast selection was average; the lobster wontons weren't as good as those at Mandarin Oriental, and they were too oily. The large lawn and the beach were truly excellent. Overall, our stay was quite good. We didn't experience the long check-in times that some reviews mentioned online; it was very quick. The room was spacious but definitely a bit dated, which seems to be a common issue with most hotels in Sanya."

"The Kimpton Shimao Clearwater Bay is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of service! Our family of two adults and four children was incredibly touched by the thoughtful details throughout our entire stay. The hotel's decor is exactly my style – that understated 'old money' aesthetic. The ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable, and both the public areas and the rooms are incredibly photogenic. The kids' amenities were genuinely impressive; without even asking, they prepared a puppy plush toy for each of our four children, and also provided four sun protection kits. When I casually complimented how nice the hotel's fabric tote bags were, the staff generously offered me one on the spot – absolutely no stinginess at all. The kids' craft activities were abundant and engaging, keeping the children thoroughly entertained. Even more thoughtful, they proactively extended our check-out time until 2 PM, which was a huge relief for a family with multiple kids, allowing us to pack without rushing. It really enhanced our experience. The entire staff was gentle and meticulous, always ready to assist, and their thoughtfulness was evident everywhere. This is definitely the top choice for family vacations. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to Clearwater Bay!"

"The afternoons here are bustling, but the mornings are wonderfully peaceful. You can enjoy breakfast at your leisure without any queues, and then stroll around the grounds and beach in the lovely sunshine. Hainan after the beginning of autumn is truly the best holiday destination. I made a smart choice picking Sanya Yue Hotel; its innovative concept really makes it stand out among other brands, showcasing its advantages. The Bunny IP is adorable, and the plush toys are so cute. All the staff are enthusiastic and the service is incredibly thoughtful. During a heavy downpour, a staff member even specifically asked if I wanted them to bring in the clothes from my balcony while they were cleaning. The bellboys always greet you as well. The facilities and amenities are also excellent and provide plenty of ways to relax and have fun. Highly recommend."

"Exceeded expectations! I chose this hotel specifically for its integrated theme park resort experience, and I wasn't disappointed after checking in! The hotel is located within the Fuli Ocean Adventure Park resort area, making it very convenient for families with kids to visit the park. The room was spacious and comfortably laid out, with a sofa area for relaxation. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opened onto a large balcony. Stepping onto the balcony, you get an amazing view of the pool, coconut groves, and the distant sea. Absolutely stunning! The hotel's outdoor pool area is large, with varying depths and a dedicated children's play area. The lawns are beautifully maintained. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the service was prompt. The entire resort has a castle-style architecture, and every photo you take looks like it's from a blockbuster movie. No need to rush from place to place; food, drinks, and entertainment are all available on-site, making it a very comfortable family vacation. 📸 The hotel's photography service is highly recommended; I absolutely love the finished photos! The complementary photo shoot was a huge bonus on this trip! The photographer arrived on time and was excellent with children, guiding them naturally without any awkwardness. The photo spots chosen were iconic: the Hyatt beach swing, the sandy coastline, with the Ferris wheel and the popular 'sea train' all framed in the background – truly the unique signature scenery of Fuli Ocean Adventure Park. The candid shots were perfectly captured, from the kids' lively moments to our warm family interactions. The original photos were already high quality, and the retouches were clear and soft, full of that relaxed island vacation vibe. I was so pleasantly surprised by the photos; they perfectly preserved the wonderful memories of our family trip. It's definitely worth experiencing! Overall, I was very satisfied with the entire experience – the facilities, location, service, and the photography package were all top-notch. I highly recommend this for families with kids; you can enjoy the ocean park to your heart's content and also get plenty of beautiful vacation photos. It's my top choice for a parent-child trip to Lingshui, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Highly recommend! The hotel staff are excellent, and all facilities are top-notch. The huge water park is perfect for kids, and the infinity pool on the 11th floor of the West Wing offers breathtaking views and is fantastic for photos. The hotel is very close to the beach, so you can step right out and enjoy it; my kids had a blast. The housekeeping staff are particularly friendly and always greet you warmly. We upgraded to an Sky Pool Room, which was a fantastic experience with plenty of space in the private hot spring pool and a spacious bathroom. The beach is very photogenic, and there's even a charming little chapel in the resort for great photo ops. It's perfect for both family vacations and photography, offering all your dining, entertainment, and activities in one place. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Clear Water Bay!"

"We stayed at the Yulan Pool Villa for two nights and had a great experience. It's an independent villa with a serene environment, a very large private pool, and lush greenery. Environment: The hotel has direct access to the beach. When the weather is good, the sea is crystal clear, and it’s wonderful to have the beach exclusively for guests. Facilities: The infinity pool area is very picturesque, facing directly onto the sea. The kids' playground is also decent. The gym is a bit small. Service: Overall, the staff were very enthusiastic. The shuttle bus was quick, and they even delivered takeout directly to our room. Dining: The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and we also received a complimentary set meal. One delightful surprise was that the hotel has many free-roaming bunnies – they're so cute! Too bad they’re too agile to catch, hahaha~ The hotel is quite secluded, with almost no shops nearby, so I recommend bringing plenty of snacks if you plan to stay in and relax at the hotel. It’s still a great spot~"

"Highly recommend Indigo Clearwater Bay! My stay here was absolutely perfect 💯. The hotel's design is incredibly thoughtful, with beautiful scenery and a great atmosphere at every turn. The breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, catering to various tastes. The pool water was clean and comfortable. As for Clearwater Bay beach, the sand was fine and soft, and the sea was crystal clear and refreshing. The biggest highlight of this trip was our dedicated butler, Summer – she deserves special praise! Professional yet warm, her service was incredibly meticulous. She truly anticipated our every need, even those small details we hadn't considered, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. Her attentive care was just right, always available without being intrusive, warm yet discreet. The hardware is impeccable, and the service truly touched our hearts. It was a memorable stay that I'll cherish. Indigo is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Clearwater Bay. Next time I visit, I'll choose Indigo again, and I look forward to meeting Butler Summer again! ^_^"

"This stay at The Westin Blue Bay Resort was fantastic. The hotel is located in Clearwater Bay, with fine sandy beaches and stunning ocean views. The grounds are beautiful with lush greenery, and the grotto pool is perfect for photos. Our room was clean and tidy, and the Heavenly Bed was incredibly comfortable – we could enjoy the sea view right from bed. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local specialties. The staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. Whether it was a walk on the beach or relaxing by the pool, everything was delightful. It truly felt like a perfect vacation. Highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!"

"The DoubleTree by Hilton is great for family trips, so we booked a two-night stay in Lingshui this time. It was super convenient for ordering takeout. Charging our car at the hotel was also easy, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was really good too. Definitely worth staying here if you're in Lingshui. Special shout-out to our housekeeper, Summer, for her excellent service! 👍"
