The resort is expansive, but the shuttle service is available on call, making getting around incredibly convenient – no need to tire yourself out walking. The hotel's private beach is uncrowded and clean, with fine sand and clear water. The sunset over the sea in the evening is absolutely stunning. The hotel's signature evening ritual creates an incredible ambiance, and the bartender is not only beautiful but also crafts unique and delicious cocktails. Dining at the hotel was excellent, with fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation. The Thai cuisine was rich and flavorful; I particularly want to commend the slow-roasted pork and the white pomfret. Finally, I want to give a special shout-out to our dedicated 'Personal Assistants,' Monica and Yi Lei! Their service was truly gentle, attentive, and perfectly discreet, elevating our entire experience significantly. From pre-arrival communication regarding our needs and itinerary inquiries to attentive follow-ups during our stay, project bookings, and resort explanations, Monica was patient and meticulous throughout. Her response speed was incredibly fast, and she helped resolve any issues immediately. Her service attitude was gentle and sincere, warm but not intrusive, highly professional, and attentive to every detail, truly making us feel the exclusive luxury treatment of a high-end Capella resort. It's precisely because of Monica and Yi Lei's thoughtful service that our entire trip became so comfortable, worry-free, and rejuvenating, doubling our overall experience! I'm already looking forward to my next stay."

"Second time at Kimpton, and it's still my favorite! I drove here, and there were plenty of parking spots right at the entrance. As soon as I arrived at the lobby entrance, a doorman opened the car door, took my luggage, and guided me through check-in! The front desk lady was very pretty and enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything! A concierge also helped deliver my luggage to the room! Let's talk about the room. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable – no complaints there! The facilities are complete, and every detail showcases excellent design; even the hangers are unique and creative! Every small detail is incredibly thoughtful! There's a hidden vanity, Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, Maison toiletries, Duravit bathroom fixtures, smart toilet, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The entire room's color scheme exudes old-money charm and is very carefully considered! The minibar is generously stocked with a variety of complimentary drinks, and the bedding is very comfortable! The lighting design is excellent, with bright and soft modes to choose from, and the night light design perfectly suits my habits – not dazzling but still providing light! Breakfast is served until noon, which is super friendly for those who love to sleep in – pure bliss! There's a good variety of breakfast items, semi-buffet style, and everything is delicious! I'd stay here for days just for the breakfast! There are also free tricycles available at the hotel entrance, but you need a motorcycle license. Taking one out for a spin in the morning is incredibly pleasant!"

"Our suite was spacious, and thankfully, there was no musty smell as some others have mentioned. The butler service was exceptional; they delivered coconuts and fruit to our room for several days. The front desk even gave us coconut vouchers upon check-in, which we could use at the restaurant. The breakfast wasn't repetitive at all; they offer an à la carte option with a rotating menu daily, and I found the quality of the breakfast desserts to be excellent. The beach was uncrowded, with hotel loungers available, and the staff were very attentive, offering sunscreen and towels. With an infinity pool, a coral pool, and a kids' pool, my children had a blast in all three. Our hotel package included a Southeast Asian dinner at Xin Chang Restaurant, and the food was fantastic. Even my partner, who isn't usually a fan of Southeast Asian cuisine, raved about it, which led us to try other hotel restaurants on subsequent evenings. The kids' club is particularly noteworthy; the staff are incredibly patient and enthusiastic. Activities like climbing coconut trees, exploring the beach, and zip-lining are all free – a huge plus, especially considering I paid 398 at Park Hyatt for coconut tree climbing last time! If I return to Lingshui, having stayed at both Capella and Raffles, I would definitely choose Raffles again."

"I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!"

"The room layout is well-designed, and the bed is large and comfortable for sleeping. The public areas are clean and safe. Butler Taozi provided attentive and detailed service, making this a great choice for family travel. It's very suitable for family and parent-child trips, and the hotel beach is particularly good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation... Just be sure to avoid the complimentary 5-shot photo session. If you only stick to the free shots, the photos are incredibly bad and very perfunctory – worse than what you could take with your own phone. If you want something a bit better, sorry, you'll have to pay extra. Makeup costs extra, clothes cost extra. In short, it's a huge rip-off. Just steer clear of that pitfall and you'll be fine."

"Indigo Clearwater Bay is truly remarkable. The entire hotel feels like an ocean jewelry box hidden by the sea, with pearl arches and wave-like designs everywhere, all exquisitely crafted. It leads directly to a singing white sand beach, creating an incredibly immersive and atmospheric experience. I highly recommend the Lighthouse Seaview rooms; they offer immense emotional value. Compared to the Kimpton, both have their unique charms, but the Indigo is definitely more suited for couples and younger travelers. I also want to give a special shout-out to Summer, a staff member. She was incredibly prompt in addressing any room-related issues and immediately handled my last-minute requests with great care. Her service was attentive throughout, always ready to help. Thanks to her gentle and meticulous care, this vacation was doubly relaxing. With Indigo's wonderful environment and such a warm-hearted staff member, I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Clearwater Bay. And I wish the lovely Summer a happy day every day!"

"We booked this hotel for one night to visit the park, but we really should have stayed two! They upgraded us to a more spacious room for free, the breakfasts were delicious, and the grounds were beautiful. The park is huge, and it was so hot that we got a bit lost and didn't even make it to the water park. In the evening, there was a lovely fireworks display and a BBQ on the hotel grounds. During the day, there were activities for kids with entertainers, balloons, a foam party, and workshops. Everything was great, except the taxi back to Sanya was incredibly expensive – 300 RMB! 😱"

"Finally made it to the legendary Aloha Hotel, touted as Lingshui's ultimate family-friendly accommodation, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking, pristine sea views with the sun glistening on the water – photos truly don't do it justice. The room itself was well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well I felt completely refreshed. My little one didn't want to leave the bathtub, so I joined in for a bit too, enjoying the sea breeze – it was truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay just one night before moving on, but we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more days. We'll definitely be back to this hotel on our next visit to Lingshui."

"📍 **Hotel Location & Ambiance:** This time, I brought my child to Hainan, and our third stop was specifically Lingshui. Compared to the bustling crowds of Sanya, this place is so wonderfully tranquil and comfortable! The hotel's public areas have beautiful greenery with large, well-maintained lawns, and fine sandy beaches right outside. Since it was the off-season, there were few people and the scenery was stunning – who can understand the joy of having an entire ocean to yourself! **Room Experience:** To enjoy the sea view, we upgraded to a suite with a private pool on the second night. The balcony featured a pool, and the 155-square-meter space was incredibly spacious. The moment we opened the door, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the South China Sea, and the 180° sea view absolutely amazed our whole family! The balcony was enormous, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset right from the room. The room facilities were well-maintained, the Minibar drinks were complimentary, and the air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi all worked great. They even thoughtfully provided a safe. **Dining & Local Cuisine:** The Westin's breakfast offered a rich variety and good taste. I especially want to commend the takeaway options; you can order vanilla duck and various specialty Hainanese dishes (though I highly recommend dining in for an even better taste!). Don't forget to try the Hainan-style salted kumquat drink – it's absolutely delicious and a must-try! **Family Facilities & Services:** It was perfectly suitable for our 4-year-old! While not enormous, the Kids' Club (10:00-19:00) had plenty of facilities and many fun family activities like coconut picking, cookie making, and crab catching. My little one had a blast. **A Special Shout-out to the Service (A pleasant surprise!):** Before arriving, I had read reviews complaining about the service and felt quite anxious. However, our actual experience was absolutely fantastic! From before check-in, we received a mini hotel guide and food recommendations from our butler, Kelly. She responded to messages instantly with 100% efficiency. The most touching moment was when I accidentally entered the wrong address for a late-night takeaway order, sending it to the wrong hotel next door. Without a second thought, Kelly arranged for a bellhop to drive me to pick it up! Check-in at the front desk was also quick, and staff members always greeted us proactively. Having stayed in several hotels since Sanya, Kelly is, without a doubt, the best butler we've encountered! 🚗 **Transportation & Parking:** There was ample parking right in front of the hotel, with an additional free parking lot nearby, making self-driving completely stress-free. 🌟 **Summary:** This stay was a perfect experience. This hotel will definitely be on my must-stay list for my next visit to Lingshui, and I've already enthusiastically recommended it to my friends! I highly recommend it to families who love quiet sea views and appreciate attention to service details!"
