"The top-tier hotels in Hainan live up to their reputation, and Capella certainly didn't disappoint. Capella is located in Tufu Bay, which is quieter compared to Sanya's Haitang Bay and Lingshui's Qingshui Bay. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, but the decor exudes an 'old money' aesthetic – very upscale. The greenery is exceptional, making it easy to walk anywhere within the hotel, though there's also a shuttle service. Strolling around after a meal is quite pleasant. The entire hotel features numerous circular ponds and lush lawns, offering picturesque views at every turn, perfect for photos. Compared to other luxury hotels nearby, Capella has fewer people doing photoshoots, making it relatively peaceful and truly relaxing. It's an ideal place to spend a few days simply unwinding. Lounging in the lobby and gazing at the circular skylight is also very comfortable. The bedding is excellent; the duvet and sheets are incredibly soft and skin-friendly, providing great comfort. The towels are gray, which feels more sophisticated than pure white. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's fitness facilities. I tried the large pool by the beach, the smaller pool at the spa center, and the hard tennis court. The gym is spacious and well-equipped with machines, dumbbells, and a yoga room. Overall, it's excellent. The tennis court even had iced towels and cold water prepared in advance, which was a thoughtful touch. I also visited the spa center, and the ambiance, aromatherapy, and massage techniques were all first-rate. The hotel's Thai and Chinese restaurants are both distinctive. The Chinese restaurant was particularly considerate, offering half-portions for solo diners, which was very thoughtful. Finally, I must extend a special thanks to our butler, Linda. She was attentive and enthusiastic in introducing the hotel, provided welcome fruits and coconuts, prepared Qingbuliang (a traditional cooling dessert) for me after my workout, and was incredibly responsive to all my requests. She was truly outstanding."

"We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Clearwater Bay this time. Manager Darryl contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and room preferences, so we could check in directly upon arrival, saving us the hassle of waiting. Although some areas of the hotel were under renovation, arrangements were well-made. There were occasional noises during the day, but closing the windows and doors largely mitigated any disturbance to our rest. Travel routes were also planned ahead, so we didn't experience any inconvenience. The hotel's greenery is truly outstanding, with a rich variety of tropical plants, creating a lush, verdant environment. Strolling through the gardens was incredibly relaxing. Darryl was attentive throughout our stay, helping coordinate meals and book activities, always responsive to our needs. Overall, our stay was comfortable and worry-free. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Sanya."

"The Kimpton Shimao Clearwater Bay is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of service! Our family of two adults and four children was incredibly touched by the thoughtful details throughout our entire stay. The hotel's decor is exactly my style – that understated 'old money' aesthetic. The ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable, and both the public areas and the rooms are incredibly photogenic. The kids' amenities were genuinely impressive; without even asking, they prepared a puppy plush toy for each of our four children, and also provided four sun protection kits. When I casually complimented how nice the hotel's fabric tote bags were, the staff generously offered me one on the spot – absolutely no stinginess at all. The kids' craft activities were abundant and engaging, keeping the children thoroughly entertained. Even more thoughtful, they proactively extended our check-out time until 2 PM, which was a huge relief for a family with multiple kids, allowing us to pack without rushing. It really enhanced our experience. The entire staff was gentle and meticulous, always ready to assist, and their thoughtfulness was evident everywhere. This is definitely the top choice for family vacations. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to Clearwater Bay!"

"Our overall experience at Sanyue Hotel was fantastic. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, with beautifully maintained gardens. Our room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sea view was expansive. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, including the pool and kids' club, creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were generally very friendly. A special shout-out to the concierge team! They were incredibly proactive and helpful, assisting with luggage, recommending tour routes, and patiently answering all our transportation-related questions. They were always quick to help coordinate any requests we had, making it perfect for family vacations. We were extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely prioritize Sanyue Hotel again when we return to Lingshui. Highly recommended!"

"This is a super large hotel, very close to the amusement park. The mini-bar in the room came with a lot of complimentary items, which was a fantastic deal. All the rooms are scenic, offering beautiful views. You can directly watch the fireworks at night. Going downstairs leads straight to the beach, which is very relaxing. The hotel also provided a complimentary travel photoshoot service; the photographer was very professional and great at capturing the right mood. Chenchen, the customer service representative from Xingye Travel Photography, was very thoughtful and provided excellent service."

"We brought our kids to Clear Water Bay for a vacation and to celebrate a birthday. We booked a family room in advance, and the hotel surprised us with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake. The overall experience was fantastic, far exceeding our expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the 'singing sands' beach. The facilities are perfect for families, with a huge water park and a kids' play area that our children absolutely loved. There are various pools to enjoy, so you won't get bored staying at the hotel all day. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The views from the balcony are beautiful, with lush greenery, and it's very convenient to walk to the beach. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide attentive service. The hotel even offers childcare, freeing up parents to relax and easily manage their kids without long transfers. Both the facilities and services are top-notch, offering great value for money. It's definitely a top choice for a family vacation in Hainan. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll be back with the kids next time!"

"Years ago, I passed by Junlan but couldn't stay there. This time, I finally got to experience the Junlan I'd been longing for during my trip to Hainan. The room was clean and tidy, and my family and I had such a great time swimming in the pool right outside our door. The hotel provides golf cart service, which is very convenient. When the weather is good, the public pools are absolutely stunning. Lounging by the beach, watching the waves, is another kind of joy! The hotel's breakfast was delicious, and the Chinese restaurant also had great food at reasonable prices. We tried a highly-rated restaurant outside the hotel that we found on Dazhong Dianping, but the food there was nowhere near as good as the hotel's. Oh, and the hotel's shower gel and lotion smell wonderful!"

"The Indigo Lingshui Clearwater Bay offered an amazing stay! The hotel beautifully incorporates Danjia marine culture into its design, which is really impressive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering stunning first-line sea views and high-end amenities. The infinity pool, surrounded by coconut groves, is absolutely gorgeous, and just a short walk downstairs leads you to a fine, clean private beach. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and Kiki provided thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, it's a quiet and relaxing place with a fantastic resort vibe. It's definitely a top choice for a Clearwater Bay getaway, and I'll be back again!"

"Had a fantastic and comfortable stay at the Westin Lingshui! Free parking was convenient, and it's close to Dadai Island and Monkey Island. The beach sand is soft and fine. Our 180° sea view room with a large balcony was amazing – we could lie in bed and watch the ocean. Breakfast was plentiful, the front desk staff were welcoming, our butler Kelly was attentive, and the concierge service was thorough. The robot delivery service was a nice bonus! The infinity pool, Heavenly Bed, and reliable Wi-Fi were all excellent. It's clean and picturesque, and even better value during the off-season. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

"This hotel is perfect for families traveling with older kids who plan to drive and participate in activities like surfing, off-roading, and fruit picking in Lingshui. The hotel's pool is big enough for the kids to splash around after a long day. Plus, the underwater scooters here are cheaper than those at resorts in Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay. The breakfast offers great value for money, and you can tell the chef puts a lot of effort into it, with some unique options. Of course, when you're looking for value, you don't expect meticulous service. During my stay, it happened to be my birthday. I hesitated for a while about whether to stay here on my birthday, thinking that at this price point, there wouldn't be any birthday surprises. Since I couldn't change hotels, I figured I'd just deal with it and make up for it by going to Haitang Bay the next day. And sure enough, I wasn't disappointed – there was no surprise, haha! But honestly, the value for money is excellent. Birthday surprises and little touches like farewell gifts at checkout aren't necessary. I still recommend it! :)"
