GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

FFAYECHEN.After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights. The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise! The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning. The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants. The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service. Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed. In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice.

It's truly ideal for a relaxing getaway. **Facilities:** The hotel has a unique exterior staircase design, and all the facilities are quite new and have a distinct character. My kids absolutely loved the giant cosmic rabbit in the lobby. The heated pool was definitely a highlight – the view was incredible, perfect for photos. Enjoying a drink by the pool in the evening really enhanced the vacation vibe. Everything in our room was new and convenient to use. For families with kids or those who enjoy working out, there's no need to worry; both a kids' club and a gym are fully equipped. **Cleanliness:** This is something I was particularly impressed with. Both the public areas and our room were spotlessly clean. The floors gleamed, the bedding was pristine white with no strange odors, and the bathroom was perfectly tidy. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into cleanliness, which made our stay feel very reassuring. **Environment:** The environment is simply stunning, brimming with tropical charm. There are lush green plants and fresh flowers everywhere, making the air feel sweet – perfect for a stroll or just unwinding. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's not far from the beach, so you can feel the sea breeze and walk on the sand within a few steps. Evening strolls around the hotel always brightened my mood. **Dining:** I have to commend the dining here! Breakfast was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options. What's more, there were plenty of authentic local Hainanese specialties like Hainan noodles and Qingbuliang, all tasting delicious. We started each day feeling very satisfied. The restaurant ambiance is also very comfortable, making dining a pleasure. For other meals, there's a wide variety of dishes, and the quality is good, so you really don't need to venture out to find food. **Service:** The service was truly a major bonus. From check-in, the butler or front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and efficient. During our stay, both housekeeping and restaurant service were prompt, and any requests we had were quickly attended to. Overall, the Sanyue Hotel is quite satisfying in all aspects. Highly recommended for family trips!

Opening the window, you're greeted by coconut groves and the sea. Just letting the sea breeze wash over you and gazing out, all your fatigue simply melts away. The hotel masterfully integrates 'Dan' (Tanka) culture into every detail. From the architecture and environment to the rooms, everything is full of design flair, making you feel like you've stepped into a secluded paradise. Breakfast, as always with Indigo, was a highlight. The spread was generous, and every dish was exquisite and delicious, a perfect way to start a beautiful day full of energy. The hotel boasts extensive facilities, including a wide array of water games, a sweat lodge, and even an e-sports room. The beach for seaside strolls also has wonderfully soft sand. Taking a leisurely walk along it truly maximizes that relaxed vacation vibe. The hotel service was also fantastic! We checked in on my husband's birthday, and I had communicated with the account manager, Anna, in advance. She helped arrange a cake, red wine, and a card – all very thoughtful and heartwarming. The staff were always prompt in providing any help we needed. I absolutely loved this perfectly balanced experience! The hotel's travel photography service is of high quality, offering makeup and styling. The photos taken within this design-forward hotel are absolutely stunning. A big thank you to the staff for their seamless coordination.

The reading area deserves a special mention; it's very quiet, and the design and furniture combination make it incredibly pleasant. You could easily spend an afternoon there with a book. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Environment: The hotel itself is very quiet, and it wasn't crowded, which I loved. It's right on the beach, and there are many dining options nearby, all within a 10-minute drive. Service: Everyone greeted us with a smile and proactively, making us feel right at home. Breakfast: While the variety wasn't huge, every item was high quality. The noodle soup was delicious; my child and I had two bowls each, two days in a row.

AAnonymous UserI saw this hotel online and the sea view looked amazing. I did a lot of research before finally choosing it. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because I saw a mix of reviews online. But after checking in, all my worries disappeared! Our butler, Kelly, made the entire trip so pleasant and relaxing. A friend had already recommended Kelly's WeChat before our stay, and she shared a lot of useful tips about the hotel and the surrounding area even before we arrived. She also arranged a great room for us. She was incredibly patient and answered all my questions before I even booked the room. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively opened the car doors, helped with our luggage, and escorted us to the front desk for check-in. The front desk service was very professional, warm, and efficient. Concierge Jaden's service attitude was excellent. I had a lot of packages since I was traveling with a child, and he patiently helped me find them for a long time. This is truly the kind of service you expect from a five-star hotel. The afternoon tea at the lobby bar was exquisite and delicious, and the limited Christmas desserts were a huge hit with the kids! We paid to upgrade to a large suite over 100 square meters. The balcony was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The room was well-equipped with a large sofa and a desk. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with a large circular bathtub that the kids loved. The blackout curtains worked well, and the room was soundproofed. The breakfast was just okay, and the breakfast staff's attitude was a bit indifferent. However, other staff members would greet you, which was nice. We also took the kids to participate in activities like crab catching and paddleboarding challenges, and they had a fantastic time. Overall, our stay was great, and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel's design is unique and innovative, crafted by two world-class designers. The 'Star-Gazing Pond' at the entrance, with its heaven-and-earth design, makes for stunning photos effortlessly. Every morning at 8:30 AM, a dedicated master performs Tai Chi in the middle of the water, setting the tone for a pleasant and beautiful day. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is especially fantastic – once you're in bed, you won't want to get out. The hotel's garden scenery is also breathtaking; every step offers a new view, and you can easily snap photos worthy of a screensaver. I truly love Capella hotels. The breakfast is rich and varied, and with an extended opening time from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, I often don't even feel like having lunch afterward. The hotel also features 'Lan Ting,' a Cantonese Chinese restaurant with great food, and some Hainanese dishes like Wenchang Chicken are definitely worth trying. The Thai restaurant by the pool offers excellent value for money, and there are a few dishes I order every time. The hotel service is wonderful. A 'Travel & Culture Officer' contacts you in advance to discuss your check-in needs and makes sure everything is arranged beforehand. They prepared children's amenities for my baby in advance, sent timely WeChat reminders about hotel activities, and provided different fruits and desserts in the room daily. The front desk staff are warm and professional during check-in. The buggy service is also very prompt. I will definitely keep choosing Capella.

AAleksandr IIIn June there are very few people here, for those who love silence and comfort, this is an ideal place, the beach is next to the hotel, the reception staff is great, they helped with all the questions that arose, they helped me order sneakers from poizon, when checking in, I upgraded my room for an additional fee and I was offered to look at several different rooms on different floors and in different designs. We stayed in room 1711, although the room on the 8th floor was better, but we liked the view from the balcony. It is worth noting that there are fruits within walking distance, but you will need to ride a three-wheeled motorcycle to get to the store, cafes and street food, about 10-30 yuan, if there are two of you (and a small child, you can rent a small motorcycle, you can easily get to the monkey island on it. P.s. there are often no people on the beach, you can take cool photos. If you are traveling around the island, then you can stay here for a few days, we lived 3 nights. In the park, which is illuminated across the road, almost nothing works now.

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
