ZZpiaoliang666To sum up first, it’s a surprise overall🎉 From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out. The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~ Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel! When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

GGuest UserThe location is very good, you can walk to the beach in two minutes, in the middle of the bay, you can see Atlantis and Wuzhizhou Island, there are water motorcycles and sailing projects around, if you don't want to move, you can lie on the beach chair and watch the sea. It is also comfortable, the beach is flat, and the sea is clear. The rooms in the homestay are quite big, with a pool, and there is a swimming pool to swim casually. It is comfortable to lie on the floating blanket. Every day, the ripe tropical fruits on the tree will be delivered, and the fresh taste is good. The homestay is by the artificial lake, there is no high-rise building next to it and it is not on the main road. The whole is very quiet and suitable for relaxing vacation.

GGuest UserOur stay at Raffles Clearwater Bay was truly unforgettable, thanks to Manager Darryl's exceptional service and the hotel's captivating Balinese ambiance. He specifically arranged a room with a delightful Southeast Asian flair, complete with rattan furniture and a lush tropical garden. Opening the window revealed a stunning green vista, instantly putting us in vacation mode. Every day, he'd check in to make sure we were comfortable and was incredibly prompt in assisting with dining and transportation arrangements. With its amazing scenery and warm service, we'll definitely choose Raffles again on our next trip to Sanya!

GGuest UserThe room type is great, most rooms offer sea views, and my request for a high floor was met. It was a very comfortable stay. The family activities were abundant, and both my family and children loved them. Although the beach has a steep slope, which many people have complained about, getting down to the sea was still relatively easy. There are also sun loungers and hammocks on the beach above, making it comfortable just to relax. Room service was also excellent; it was very convenient to call if I needed anything. However, the butler service and kids' playground were a bit lacking. The butler only communicated on the first day and later, unless I asked specific questions, they would respond but seemed a bit cold and didn't actively initiate conversations. Many facilities at the kids' playground were closed, but my child was still satisfied playing there for a short period. Despite these minor points, I've already recommended this hotel to friends because of its high aesthetic value. I hope they maintain the facilities and hygiene well, so it continues to live up to expectations.

MMr.Lo8888What made my stay at Indigo Clearwater Bay truly unforgettable wasn't just the sea, but Summer's warmth and thoughtfulness. The hotel draws inspiration from an 'ocean jewelry store,' with pearl chandeliers in the lobby and blue and white coral-themed designs, each detail cleverly incorporating Danjia culture. Stepping into the full sea-view room, a 180° unobstructed Tiffany blue ocean immediately greets you. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning and watching the orange-pink sunset from the balcony in the evening is incredibly therapeutic. The room is packed with thoughtful details, from a Dyson hairdryer and Marshall speaker to a smart toilet, and the bedding is so soft you'll never want to leave. But what truly stood out was Summer's service. She contacted me in advance before check-in to meticulously arrange everything. When I forgot my sunscreen, she promptly brought some over. When I mentioned wanting to try local Qingbuliang (a traditional dessert), she quietly prepared and delivered it to my room. That kind of gentle thoughtfulness – anticipating my needs even before I expressed them – was more touching than any of the amenities. The public areas are also fantastic. The infinity pool seamlessly blends with the ocean, and soaking in it while watching the sunset in the evening makes for incredible photos. Breakfast is served until noon, with Hainan noodles and Danjia seafood congee that are incredibly fresh and authentic local flavors. A few minutes' walk leads to the 'singing beach,' where the white sand is as fine as flour and incredibly soft underfoot. After just a few days, I'm completely won over by Indigo's aesthetics and Summer's dedication. There's no forced 'influencer' vibe here, just a gentle integration of island life into every detail. Next time I'm in Clearwater Bay, I'll definitely choose Indigo again, and I'll be sure to look for Summer!

The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and everything you could need was provided. The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was varied and didn't disappoint. Its location near the beach, with access to jet skis and sailing, is a huge plus, and it's also convenient for getting around. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

LLizhiyangbingbingI stayed at this Westin during the Qingming holiday. Despite the crowds, the overall experience was quite good. 👎 Let's start with the downsides: 1. Check-in wait times were definitely long during the holiday. There were simply too many guests, and the front desk seemed overwhelmed. 2. The breakfast was almost identical on both days, lacking variety. It got boring quickly, and there weren't any particularly outstanding dishes. 3. The Qingming special buffet dinner offered poor value for money. Many of the seafood items weren't fresh, so I wouldn't recommend it. 4. Some facilities in the resort showed their age, but the overall design is still impressive and visually appealing. 👍 Now for the positives: 1. I originally booked a junior suite but was upgraded to an Ambassador Suite. The room was incredibly spacious with a great view and even had an private pool inside, which was a fantastic surprise and a huge plus. 2. The hotel staff were generally very friendly and helpful. I added the butler, Kelly, on WeChat, and she responded almost instantly to any requests, which was incredibly reassuring. 3. We enjoyed both the beach and the pools within the resort. The grotto was especially unique and made for some excellent photos. Overall, this stay had its pros and cons. If you avoid peak season, the experience would likely be even better. If you prioritize the room and the view, it's worth considering, but I'd advise caution when it comes to the buffet dinner.

GGuest UserThe B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
