FFAYECHEN.After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights. The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise! The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning. The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants. The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service. Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed. In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice.

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely wonderful! I've stayed at many other hotels in Sanya, but this one is perfectly designed for families with kids. The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating our family of four. The amenities were excellent. We had a fantastic time at the hotel, and the butler service was exceptional. They responded to all our requests immediately. The hotel has two heated pools, and the kids loved them so much they didn't want to leave, whether it was day or night. All the staff members were very friendly and especially good with children, always greeting everyone with a smile.

MM289070****Hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommend! I especially want to commend Carol for her incredibly warm and helpful service. I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and she immediately helped me store them safely and even mailed them back home. She definitely deserves a huge shout-out! The hotel's beach area is fantastic, with loungers and swings right by the sea. Watching the sunset from a lounger with the sea breeze blowing creates an absolutely perfect ambiance. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and transportation for getting around is also convenient. My stay here was truly top-notch.

1118521****1. **Hotel Design** The Indigo's design is truly unique and exceptionally beautiful in every detail. Every shot you take here looks like it belongs in a magazine. Unlike other hotels that all look the same, every frame here is like a painting, so you don't have to worry about getting good photos. 2. **Infinity Pool & Heated Pool** The outdoor pool is a highlight here. The upper infinity pool is fantastic for photos, while the lower pool is heated to a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius. During the day, you're surrounded by blue skies and white clouds, and at night, the stars twinkle as if you could just reach out and touch them. The kids absolutely loved playing in it, and we didn't have to worry about the water temperature at all. 3. **Wood-Toned Kids' Play Area** The wood-toned children's play area is incredibly well-designed, feeling premium and far from plasticky. With 1100 square meters of space, there's a wide variety of activities. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave! There are also many craft activities. 4. **Value for Money** The Indigo and Kimpton hotels are co-located, but the Indigo is significantly more affordable than the Kimpton. Although the Indigo doesn't have a traditional main lobby entrance and requires entry through a side door, all public facilities, including the pools and children's play area, are shared. So, staying at the Indigo is definitely a better deal and offers excellent value for money! 5. **Exceptional Service** The front desk staff who checked us in personally escorted us to our room, explaining the hotel's features along the way. During check-in, they even gave each of our two children a pair of foldable sunglasses. All the staff members were incredibly nice.

2200131****Everything was great except for the bed being too soft and a slight odor in the bathroom. We were given room 1050, a premium sea view room on the 10th floor. Although it didn't directly face the pool, we still had a side view of the New Year's Eve fireworks that were set off in front of the pool. The noodles at the noodle shop on the second floor were delicious, even better than the Lanzhou lamian I've had in Guangzhou and Zhuhai! The lobster buffet on New Year's Eve wasn't refilled quickly enough; items like salmon, which were more popular, were gone in seconds. Places with a lot of Chinese people, especially families with elderly folks, tend to be chaotic, which is a characteristic of domestic tourism that I'm not a fan of. The pool fireworks were fantastic, I'm glad we didn't go to R&F Bay to watch them! That would have been a waste of time, effort, and money! Anyway, a vacation in Hainan is all about enjoying the hotel and the beach, relaxing and unwinding! I'd bring my parents to Lingshui next time and stay at the Westin again!

GGuest UserWe had an unforgettable birthday vacation with our children at Capella Sanya. Daisy, our cultural ambassador, made us feel so welcome from the moment we checked in. The room was beautifully decorated for the birthday, and our child was absolutely thrilled. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is like a tropical garden, with palm-lined pools leading to a stunning beach. Every step is a picturesque view. The kids' club offers a wide array of activities, and the water park kept our child entertained and laughing. The facilities are excellent and well-designed, making every moment, whether strolling along the beach or relaxing by the pool, utterly delightful. This stay perfectly blended friendly service with natural beauty, leaving us with cherished memories as sweet as the sea breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend it. From Capella Shanghai Jian Ye Li all the way to Sanya, Capella has never disappointed me. Highly recommended!

MM14525****If you want a sea view, you really should choose the Ocean View Building. I stayed one night each at the Ocean View Building and the Ocean Listening Building. The Ocean Listening Building is more affordable, but the Ocean View Building has better views. I have to say, the hotel is very comprehensive – well-equipped and great for kids, with all sorts of activities and play facilities. The hotel's beach is also close to the rooms. This is definitely a hotel I'd visit again!

The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
