Ffq0701The scenery at Clear Water Bay truly lives up to its reputation. The sea is incredibly blue, the sand is perfectly white, and the sky is wonderfully clear; you just feel yourself slow down here. The hotel's gardens are also charming, with well-arranged tropical plants and the subtle scent of frangipani, making walks incredibly pleasant. The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from Chinese congee and dim sum to Western pastries, alongside freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit – every morning you can eat your fill and eat well. Our butler, Chloe, provided very thoughtful service; she was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very well looked after. This was a fantastic holiday experience, highly recommended.

GGuest UserRoom: The decor is cozy, beautiful, and very new. Much better than the adjacent Lai X hotel. Hygiene: Very good. The kids loved the small pool. Environment: Although the public areas aren't huge, there's plenty for kids to do, including a drift play area. Service: Our butler, Vicky, was incredibly responsive and always happy to help. She even assisted with sending a package, which was very thoughtful! Other: Kids get their own special room card, and upon check-in, they immediately receive a West Highland Terrier toy. Breakfast: You can order directly from the à la carte menu, no need to specifically ask like at Lai X.

SSiqierOur first stop for the holiday was the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we even checked in, our butler, Summer, sent us an introduction to the hotel and recommendations for local food, which really built up our excitement. I have to give a huge shout-out to my butler! First, she upgraded our room, then, knowing I was on my period, she brought me brown sugar ginger tea. On our last night, she surprised me with cake and red wine. Oh my goodness, how can someone be so wonderful? My chat history with her is just full of 'thank yous' 🥹. The rafting was super fun, the pool was great for a dip, the gym was perfect for a run, and the public areas were beautiful for photos, no matter where you shot. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing! Oh, and I also fell in love with the hotel's umbrellas – they're super cute. I asked for the purchase details and plan to have one shipped home.

There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. **Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting** Truly designed for young children! * All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps. * There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout. * A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Before my stay at Capella Sanya, it might have just been an abstract design concept. However, during this trip, thanks to the attentive care of our Capella Culture Explorer, Diana, this statement became tangible and vivid. 🌿 More than just a hotel, a true “local guide” What touched me most was Diana's professionalism. Unlike generic, rehearsed speeches, she knew the local area like the back of her hand. When I asked for dining recommendations, she didn't just rattle off the hotel's internal restaurants. Instead, she genuinely recommended unique local eateries and even bustling night markets. This sincerity, going beyond the hotel's boundaries and thinking from the guest's perspective, truly embodies the essence of Capella's “Culture Explorer” concept. 🏎️ Meticulous “predictive” service Diana’s service logic wasn't reactive; it was proactively predictive. Knowing I was heading to a restaurant, she always arranged a buggy transfer for me right away. She seemed to have a “precise clock” in her head, always knowing when I'd finish my meal and proactively asking for feedback afterwards. When faced with a less-than-perfect dining experience, she responded quickly and resolved it perfectly. This feeling of being cared for and constantly looked after is the core premium offered by a luxury hotel. 🥥 Personalized tenderness in the details One detail that made me feel incredibly cared for: I casually mentioned that I wanted something light to eat late at night to avoid burdening my stomach. Diana remembered this and proactively arranged for the rich dessert to be replaced with a refreshing coconut. This kind of intuitive service – “understanding what you say and making things happen” – is far more delightful than standard SOPs. Conclusion: While the architecture of Capella Sanya is undeniably stunning, what truly makes me want to return are exceptional Culture Explorers like Diana. She transforms luxury from cold marble and expensive bedding into a warm, humanistic care that flows through every detail. MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!

The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
