GGuest UserChoosing Raffles for our family trip was definitely the right decision. The hotel boasts a beautiful, peaceful seaside environment with lovely gardens, perfect for kids to run around and adults to relax. The beach has incredibly fine sand, ideal for children to play in. Our room was spacious and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The dinner at the Southeast Asian restaurant was a pleasant surprise; the dishes were authentic, satisfying both adults and children. Our butler, Chloe, was exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed, which made our entire holiday very relaxing. This is a hotel worth revisiting. Butler Chloe is truly amazing; we'll definitely ask for her again next time! Highly recommend!

☀☀️RoyOur stay at the Hainan Sanyue Resort with my family exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Customer Service Manager Tiffany Jin, who promptly and efficiently helped us resolve a minor issue during our check-in, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The hotel is truly ideal for families with children, offering a wide array of water park activities and amenities that can keep kids entertained all day long. Having previously stayed at Atlantis, I believe both hotels are great and offer unique experiences. Over the years, I've stayed at numerous beachfront hotels in Sanya, including Capella, St. Regis, Rosewood, and Indigo. In terms of sea view and overall ambiance, Sanyue Resort is absolutely on par with them, offering expansive views and a wonderfully relaxing vacation atmosphere.

Kiki's attentive care, from before check-in to departure, combined with the hotel's shared facilities with the Kimpton, and the tranquil, soft sands of Clear Water Bay, made this vacation visually stunning and experientially flawless. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!
**Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality**
The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
**Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting**

* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.
* There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout.
* A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Cribs and baby gates are provided free of charge.

GGuest UserI genuinely want to recommend this Westin in Lingshui to all parents traveling with kids! We specifically chose it to avoid crowds, and it turned out to be an absolute godsend. The beach is incredibly soft and fine, and the famous 'singing sand' truly lived up to its reputation. The best part was how few people there were during the off-season; the entire beach felt like our private backyard.
We splurged on a balcony suite with a private pool, and at 155 square meters, there was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. Waking up to watch the sunrise over the sea from bed was magical, and in the evenings, we'd soak in the pool on the balcony while waiting for the 'orange sea' sunset – the colors were beyond words. The kids absolutely loved the Kids' Club. With activities like making cookies, catching sand crabs, and picking coconuts, their schedule was packed. Our four-year-old didn't want to leave, and the heated pool with a slide was a constant hit.
I especially have to commend our butler, Parker. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews before our trip, but those worries were completely unfounded. He provided a detailed itinerary in advance, responded instantly to messages, and made dining so easy. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we could order local Lingshui sour noodles via delivery, paired with a refreshing salted starfruit drink – pure bliss. Parking was ample, and it was just a few minutes' drive to Monkey Island.
Honestly, our entire family has already decided to come back. It's quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is truly attentive. It's the perfect spot for a family trip with kids.

This trip coincided with my wedding anniversary with my husband, and we chose the Capella in Sanya, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. I was quite worried because I'd seen a lot of mixed reviews online, but the experience here far exceeded my expectations!
The thoughtful Daisy from the culture and tourism department even brought us coconuts 🥥 for an energy boost, and an anniversary cake too~
The hotel offers a ton of activities, keeping us busy at every moment – afternoon tea, cocktail hour, evening free-flow drinks, clam digging, sailing, and many more!
Among luxury hotels, the room facilities are exceptionally new. And I absolutely, absolutely love the garden view – even more than the sea view! The large windows fulfilled all my fantasies about a garden view, and the bedding is worth mentioning; it's unique and very comfortable.
There's a Chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant to choose from. The Thai food was delicious, and we even got to see a stunning pink sunset while dining.
The hotel's public areas are very well-maintained, and since we visited during the off-season, the experience was truly fantastic.
Complimentary mini-bar — a rich selection of snacks and soft drinks (replenished daily), including sodas, potato chips, dried fruit, etc.~
And the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety too!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
