Facilities: One of the reasons I chose Indigo was because it's a new hotel with a stylish and artistic decor. Plus, the pool has a lazy river and a water play area, which is really fun and perfect for kids! It turned out to be an excellent choice, even better than I expected. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time, and it truly felt like a vacation. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, both in the public areas and the guest rooms. The entire hotel had a pleasant fragrance, which I loved. Housekeeping was also very prompt. Service: Before my trip, I often saw complaints on Xiaohongshu about Indigo's service being poor. However, our actual experience was quite good. Every staff member we encountered was lovely; they always greeted us kindly. A staff member contacted me the day before check-in to ask about our estimated arrival time. We wanted to arrive before a typhoon hit, so we got there a little before noon and were able to check in smoothly. Our room was already ready. Danny was very responsive and helpful via WeChat. On our last day, they even tried to help us request a late check-out. There was turn-down service every night, which was a thoughtful touch. The day before check-out, they even brought us some delicious mini cakes. Food: Breakfast ends at 11 AM, which is perfect for us late risers, and it was genuinely delicious! There were many Hainanese specialties, and they even had fried ice cream at breakfast, which my daughter absolutely loved. We all enjoyed our breakfast every day. Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel. Having visited Sanya several times, this is definitely my favorite. If I come back, I'd most likely choose to stay here again!

We stayed at the Yulan Pool Villa for two nights and had a great experience. It's an independent villa with a serene environment, a very large private pool, and lush greenery. Environment: The hotel has direct access to the beach. When the weather is good, the sea is crystal clear, and it’s wonderful to have the beach exclusively for guests. Facilities: The infinity pool area is very picturesque, facing directly onto the sea. The kids' playground is also decent. The gym is a bit small. Service: Overall, the staff were very enthusiastic. The shuttle bus was quick, and they even delivered takeout directly to our room. Dining: The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and we also received a complimentary set meal. One delightful surprise was that the hotel has many free-roaming bunnies – they're so cute! Too bad they’re too agile to catch, hahaha~ The hotel is quite secluded, with almost no shops nearby, so I recommend bringing plenty of snacks if you plan to stay in and relax at the hotel. It’s still a great spot~

First off, a big shout-out to our butler, Chloe! After check-in, she helped carry our luggage to the room, giving us a brief and enthusiastic introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities along the way. She also helped us book a table for our beach dinner. During our stay, her responses were always prompt, which significantly enhanced our experience. The lower floors were a bit damp, and the bedding felt a little moist. However, as soon as Chloe found out, she immediately brought new bedding and a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier's tank was full after just one night, so it was indeed quite humid. The breakfast selection was average; the lobster wontons weren't as good as those at Mandarin Oriental, and they were too oily. The large lawn and the beach were truly excellent. Overall, our stay was quite good. We didn't experience the long check-in times that some reviews mentioned online; it was very quick. The room was spacious but definitely a bit dated, which seems to be a common issue with most hotels in Sanya.

This was my first time staying at Capella, and it was absolutely fantastic! o((*^▽^*))o Upon arrival, there was immediate luggage assistance, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff looked pristine and had exquisite makeup, which was a pleasant surprise. There was even a dedicated staff member who escorted us to our room, introducing all the facilities and room details along the way. We stayed in the Ocean View Garden Room, which was incredibly spacious and expansive. The large balcony offered a quintessential Southeast Asian view, making it feel like a true vacation. The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. Our Culturist (Alexander Hong) added me on WeChat a few days in advance to discuss our stay. He met all our reasonable requests during our visit; he was practically a genie in a bottle (*≧▽≦*). His service attitude was also excellent. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly varied and of high quality; I was so satisfied that I usually skipped lunch afterwards 😂. The afternoon tea and cocktails 🍸 were also very generous. We also tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Lan Ting. The Hainanese Wenchang Chicken, Garlic Crispy Roasted Pigeon, and Stir-fried Ge Ming Cai were absolutely delicious – we ate there two days in a row. We also experienced the large swimming pool and spa center, which were both excellent. Every evening, we went to the hotel's private beach to dig for crabs and shells. We found so many beautiful shells and returned with a great haul. The overall scenery of the hotel is stunning, and the privacy is excellent. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would love to come back with friends next time!

I stayed in a full sea-view king room, and the hotel staff were very thoughtful. They arranged a high-floor room based on my special request, which offered a truly expansive view. It's super close to the sea; just a 3-minute walk downstairs to the beach. The beach was almost deserted, feeling like a private paradise. So, in terms of sea views and convenience, it completely holds its own against established hotels in Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay. What's more, the hotel's room facilities are very new, which really sets it apart from many hotels that opened in the early 2000s or 2010s. As for service, the hotel team is young but very patient. A staff member (an older sister) brought water to our 9th-floor room several times, and her attitude was consistently excellent – a big thank you for her hard work! The service was also incredibly thoughtful; sometimes they anticipated our needs even better than we did. While waiting for our ride to leave, a staff member proactively came over to offer two bottles of water, reminding us about the heat and the risk of heatstroke. The biggest advantage is definitely the price. For the same room type, sea view, and service, you'd easily pay 1500+ RMB per night at other hotels, but here it's only 500-600 RMB per night. It's an absolute steal for students, definitely a 'go for it' kind of deal! 👌🏻 The only slight downside is that the beach hasn't really been developed, so it's quite rough. For this, you could consider taking a taxi to nearby Qingshuiwan during the day, which is only about a 20-minute ride.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the room was spotlessly clean. The Heavenly Bed mattress was just the right firmness, and the air conditioning was quiet and cooled quickly. The bedside clock radio/speaker and USB charging ports were very practical. The blackout curtains, the wet/dry separated bathroom, stable hot water pressure, and the pleasantly scented toiletries were all great. The furniture felt high-quality, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. Plus, they offered free garment steamer and baby item rentals – such thoughtful details. The public areas were fantastic too: the lobby was spacious and comfortable, the elevators were fast and clean, signage was clear, and security was top-notch. Parking was convenient. The breakfast restaurant was clean and uncrowded, with window seats offering sea views, creating a relaxed dining atmosphere. The infinity pool was perfect for photos, and the gym had a good range of well-maintained equipment. Our concierge, Kelly, was responsive and efficient in resolving any issues. The location was also convenient for getting around, not far from Monkey Island and the commercial district. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended
