"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

"After exiting the high-speed rail station, someone from the guesthouse was already there to pick us up. The next day, someone drove us to Fenjiezhou Island. When we wanted to visit nearby beaches, they lent us electric scooters for free, and cruising around was super enjoyable! The young ladies and the drivers were all very enthusiastic. In the evening, they brought us some fruit, and breakfast was provided in the morning. On top of all that, the accommodation price was really affordable â excellent value for money! Five-star rating! The picture shows the coconuts in the yard; there were so many hanging there."

This stay was great! The hotel room is large and clean, elegantly furnished, and it is particularly comfortable to stay. The surrounding environment is quiet and can make people completely relax. The pool is also very clean, the water quality is clear, and swimming in it is particularly pleasant. And the hotel is close to the sea, blowing the sea breeze and watching the sea view, so enjoyable. The most important thing to praise is the butler service, which is particularly intimate and thoughtful. Guest UserChoosing Raffles for our family trip was definitely the right decision. The hotel boasts a beautiful, peaceful seaside environment with lovely gardens, perfect for kids to run around and adults to relax. The beach has incredibly fine sand, ideal for children to play in. Our room was spacious and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The dinner at the Southeast Asian restaurant was a pleasant surprise; the dishes were authentic, satisfying both adults and children. Our butler, Chloe, was exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed, which made our entire holiday very relaxing. This is a hotel worth revisiting. Butler Chloe is truly amazing; we'll definitely ask for her again next time! Highly recommend!

Guest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for freeâit was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. âïž

Guest UserA truly perfect travel memory! Huge thanks to Daisy from the culture and tourism department for her warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. This trip coincided with my wedding anniversary with my husband, and we chose the Capella in Sanya, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. I was quite worried because I'd seen a lot of mixed reviews online, but the experience here far exceeded my expectations!
The thoughtful Daisy from the culture and tourism department even brought us coconuts đ„„ for an energy boost, and an anniversary cake too~
The hotel offers a ton of activities, keeping us busy at every moment â afternoon tea, cocktail hour, evening free-flow drinks, clam digging, sailing, and many more!
Among luxury hotels, the room facilities are exceptionally new. And I absolutely, absolutely love the garden view â even more than the sea view! The large windows fulfilled all my fantasies about a garden view, and the bedding is worth mentioning; it's unique and very comfortable.
There's a Chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant to choose from. The Thai food was delicious, and we even got to see a stunning pink sunset while dining.
The hotel's public areas are very well-maintained, and since we visited during the off-season, the experience was truly fantastic.
Complimentary mini-bar â a rich selection of snacks and soft drinks (replenished daily), including sodas, potato chips, dried fruit, etc.~
And the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety too!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft â I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

Guest UserFinally made it to the legendary Aloha Hotel, touted as Lingshui's ultimate family-friendly accommodation, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking, pristine sea views with the sun glistening on the water â photos truly don't do it justice. The room itself was well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well I felt completely refreshed. My little one didn't want to leave the bathtub, so I joined in for a bit too, enjoying the sea breeze â it was truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay just one night before moving on, but we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more days. We'll definitely be back to this hotel on our next visit to Lingshui.

Guest UserI stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient â no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful âșïž. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

The hotel rooms are very large, which is also a common feature of Hainan resort hotels. We booked a deluxe family room with a large bed and a single bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The shower water is super sufficient, and the bath is very refreshing. The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.

1ïžâŁ The hotel upgraded us to a room with a view for free. 2ïžâŁ The newly renovated environment and facilities are very good. The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3ïžâŁ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4ïžâŁ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5ïžâŁ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
