"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

"After exiting the high-speed rail station, someone from the guesthouse was already there to pick us up. The next day, someone drove us to Fenjiezhou Island. When we wanted to visit nearby beaches, they lent us electric scooters for free, and cruising around was super enjoyable! The young ladies and the drivers were all very enthusiastic. In the evening, they brought us some fruit, and breakfast was provided in the morning. On top of all that, the accommodation price was really affordable – excellent value for money! Five-star rating! The picture shows the coconuts in the yard; there were so many hanging there."

GGuest UserOur Raffles Clearwater Bay experience was absolutely perfect! Our dedicated butler, Zoe, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She proactively coordinated our itinerary beforehand, responded promptly to all our requests, and handled everything flawlessly. The 'singing' white sand was fine and soft, and the tropical gardens created a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and airy, and the multi-zone pools were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of activities for families, the food quality was excellent, and the spa offered a serene and relaxing experience. The resort also had many picturesque spots perfect for photos. All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. With 24-hour on-call butler service, our entire trip was stress-free and rejuvenating. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserOur experience at Capella Sanya was simply amazing, with incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. A special thanks goes to Fiona, our 'Culturalist,' who went above and beyond by delivering drinks and desserts to our room daily – a truly heartwarming gesture. The breakfast was a definite highlight, offering authentic Baoluo noodles, a wide variety of steamed dim sum, and freshly squeezed juices to kickstart our day. However, a minor drawback was the weak air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant. Dining in Sanya's intense heat meant sweating quite a bit, and we hope the hotel addresses this soon. The guest rooms, starting at 88 square meters, were spacious and airy, with powerful air conditioning that quickly provided a refreshing escape from the outdoor heat. The buggy service was prompt and responsive, always available when called. The in-room mini-bar, stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, was a generous touch. The daily complimentary afternoon tea from 3 to 4 PM, as well as the free-flow white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, and peanuts served at the bar from 8 to 9 PM, added to the overall vacation enjoyment. I have two suggestions for improvement: First, the breakfast restaurant urgently needs stronger air conditioning. Second, the disposable beach slippers provided in the rooms were not very comfortable; I hope they can be replaced with more durable and comfortable options. These minor issues aside, the overall experience was nearly perfect, and I'm confident that with these details refined, the hotel will reach even greater heights.

GGuest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

GGuest UserFinally made it to the legendary Aloha Hotel, touted as Lingshui's ultimate family-friendly accommodation, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking, pristine sea views with the sun glistening on the water – photos truly don't do it justice. The room itself was well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well I felt completely refreshed. My little one didn't want to leave the bathtub, so I joined in for a bit too, enjoying the sea breeze – it was truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay just one night before moving on, but we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more days. We'll definitely be back to this hotel on our next visit to Lingshui.

On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

GGuest UserThis hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.
