This is not an advertisement, I genuinely mean it! 1. **Exquisite Design:** The public areas are stunning, with picturesque views at every turn – a paradise for detail-oriented guests. Every corner is Instagram-worthy, feeling more like an art museum than a hotel. The rooms are top-notch, with excellent amenities. The most delightful surprise was the hand-painted glass art created especially for our anniversary, a truly thoughtful touch. 2. **Exceptional Service:** * We used a secret phrase at the front desk and received a cute blind box and a commemorative pendant. * The in-room ”treasure chest” was incredibly practical: it included a full sun protection set (sunglasses, sunscreen, aloe vera gel), nail clippers, eye masks, and more, anticipating all sorts of forgotten essentials. * The Guest Relations Specialist, Vicky, deserves special praise! She contacted us by phone in advance and managed to upgrade us to a sea-view room despite the high occupancy during the summer. She also proactively arranged for the anniversary hand-painting and even sent us a Westie doll that we'd requested. Her warm and responsive service was truly touching. * Sales Manager KK was efficient in recording our needs and coordinating arrangements, proving both professional and reliable. 3. **Fantastic Public Areas:** The hotel's public areas are a veritable ”resort playground,” guaranteeing no boredom: in addition to various swimming pools, there's a lazy river, waterfall curtain, non-motorized water sports facilities, and more, complemented by numerous relaxation zones. Towels, mineral water, kickboards, and swimming rings are all readily available. There's even an e-sports area, which was astonishing. The overall greenery design is also aesthetically pleasing, and the outdoor public areas offer endless photo opportunities. My only regret is not booking an extra day. 4. **Abundant Dining Options:** There are many restaurants, and we didn't have a chance to try them all. Our room included social hour, drink vouchers, and the in-room mini-bar, providing more than enough to eat and drink. To be honest, the breakfast was visually more appealing than it was flavorful, but overall, it was definitely above average.

This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review! The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island. The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care. The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

Here's my honest review. We booked a pool room with our child, and our butler, Iris, was a wonderful girl. She was always prompt in her replies and responsive to our requests. Many thanks to her for her care and attention over the past few days. Now, let me outline the pros and cons. **Pros:** The hotel is quite new, and not crowded. The dining areas and pools were also not busy. The kids' club is suitable for children under 8. The pool provides swim rings and anti-slip shoes for children, and the staff are polite. **Cons:** 1. The pool room had a strong, unpleasant fishy odor. The hotel actively tried to move us to another room, but the issue persisted. The compensation offered was only a dining credit, which wasn't even enough for three people. We were dissatisfied with this solution; for a three-night stay costing over 3,000, this resolution felt very reluctant and inadequate. 2. Hotel staff lacked proper training. When cleaning the pool, they used a large net that brushed against the wet bed. The smart toilet in the room was not smart at all; its buttons would light up automatically multiple times at night. The room clock was not set correctly and displayed the wrong time. Housekeeping did not clean up dessert containers or leftover coconuts. These are definitely not characteristics of a star-rated hotel. The pool's circulation system ran continuously at night, causing noise. I suggest they turn it off at night to save electricity. 3. Indigo and Kimpton are right next to each other. However, while Kimpton guests can use all of Indigo's recreational facilities, Indigo guests are not allowed to use Kimpton's golf simulator, cinema, or billiards room, even when these facilities are empty. This is an unfair rule, and it makes me question the communication between the two hotels. 4. We dined twice at Kimpton's restaurant for their buffet and at Hai Yu restaurant, and the food was delicious. Indigo's breakfast was also very good, but the restaurant staff did not remember guests' names or preferences. Every day felt like we were unrecognized, which is not up to the standard of a high-end hotel.

Today is our third and a last day at this wonderful, beautiful, and green hotel. Our booking included a transfer from the airport to the hotel. A very polite driver in a large minivan met us immediately upon exiting the airport in Sanya. Our journey was very comfortable. We highly recommend booking a transfer through the hotel. Before our arrival we contacted the hotel about the transfer. We were lucky – the Russian-speaking butler Anna quickly arranged everything and added us to the chat. From that moment the professional and helpful and just a wonderful girl Anna was always in touch, answering all our questions and requests and was always available throughout our stay. A big thank to Anna! The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful greenery. Particularly impressive is the huge, well-kept lawn, which will remain green in the scorching sun. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The hotel is large, but very quiet and peaceful. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, both buffet and à la carte. Every day, there are six types of freshly squeezed juices, plenty of fruit and ice cream. Dishes from the à la carte menu are served quickly. They even have a durian soufflé on the à la carte menu. At 1:00 PM a small buffet snack is available at the western reception. Two coconuts with the hotel seal are provided daily in one room. We booked the Junior Bay Ocean Suite. It's a two-room suite with a larger balcony and a sea view. The room is fully equipped, including a Nescafé coffee machine, robes, slippers, a Dyson hairdryer, scales and more. There's a clothesline on the balcony, which is very convenient. I'm glad this hotel is eco-friendly: water is provided in paper bags, wooden toothbrushes, a wooden comb and paper packaging. The room was cleaned very thoroughly and twice a day! We have never seen anything like this anywhere else. Tea and coffee are refilled promptly. The free minibar is refilled every three days. Now about the sea: there are waves all the time, so there are very few swimmers. But we swam and loved the waves. The sandy beach is very clean, and the sea is a stunningly beautiful color. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and you can always find one. The pools are great, but the depth is only 1.2 meters. This is convenient for children, as well as for non-swimmers. For those who can swim, the pools are shallow. The pools have two waterslides: one for very small children, one for older kids. Sun loungers are always available by the pool. Large beach towels are provided at the pools. There’s a tourist street outside the hotel just a 10-minute walk away with cafes and shops where you can try local food, tropical fruits, and even a shop selling durian, which you can also eat right there. We highly recommend this hotel. We'll definitely come back!

The hotel is filled with cute 'heart-hand gesture bunnies' everywhere, which really captured the kids' hearts. The room amenities and breakfast options all thoughtfully catered to children's needs. The kids' club, children's water park, three swimming pools, and a wide array of children's activities make it easy to keep the little ones entertained without any fuss. An added bonus is the hotel's beach, which is great for collecting seashells. If you're looking for a top-notch beach and ocean view, you can drive about half an hour to Clear Water Bay for a half-day trip.

My first trip to Sanya was absolutely stunning, thanks to Capella! It's definitely the top choice for families with kids, and the ocean-view room was breathtaking! This was our first time bringing our two-year-old to Sanya, and after thorough research, we chose Capella – and it proved to be the perfect decision! We stayed for a whole week, and the first 4 nights in the ocean-view room were simply amazing. Stepping out onto the balcony, you're greeted by an endless expanse of ocean. Waking up to that view every day put me in such a great mood. The room itself was incredibly spacious; even on rainy days, there was plenty of room for our baby to run and play. We could lay out several suitcases on the floor without feeling cramped at all. Capella's attention to detail was exceptional. Besides the routine morning cleaning, there was also a super ritualistic evening turndown service, with fresh towels and water replenished promptly. The main pool is fantastic for photos in swimwear! There were lifeguards on duty constantly, and they even helped inflate swimming rings. Towels were already laid out on the lounge chairs, so you could dry off immediately after swimming and avoid catching a cold. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine and soft; it felt so comfortable to walk on barefoot. Our baby loved digging in the sand so much that she didn't want to leave. And I must commend the Thai restaurant for its food! The grilled sea bass was absolutely divine, and the shaved ice was so refreshing in the summer heat. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; when we asked for plain boiled noodles for our baby, the kitchen prepared them for free. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. That sour and spicy 'zaopo cu' (vinegar soup) was so appetizing; it felt like it could go with anything! It happened to be my and my husband's birthdays during our stay, and the hotel not only surprised us with a delicious, not-too-sweet birthday cake but also specially prepared longevity noodles for breakfast. It was both surprising and incredibly touching! The beachfront BBQ in the evening also had a wonderful ambiance, and we ate so much we could barely move. Most importantly, I want to thank our butler, Sky! She contacted us even before check-in, providing a super comprehensive map, details on the three ceremonies, and reservation guides. During our stay, she was warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. Any requests we had were handled incredibly quickly, and her responses were super prompt. Thank you, Sky, for your attentive care these past few days. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Sanya!

Xiao Zheng at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel's outdoor greenery is beautiful, the sky and sea are a stunning blue, and the sand on the beach is incredibly soft. It's very close to Daidai Island and Monkey Island, only about two kilometers away. Taxis are quite easy to get here, and if you're driving, it's even more convenient. The stay at the hotel was decent, though it was a bit hot. There's no air conditioning in the lobby or in the breakfast area, but other than that, everything else was perfect.

The view across from the hotel is amazing! Opening the window this morning to a lake view was truly delightful. I don't know the name of the lake, but it's definitely beautiful. The hotel's location is great; there's everything you could want for eating, drinking, and entertainment. Surprisingly, they even have a BaWang ChaJi (a popular tea brand) here! I've never seen one in Yingzhou before. This is my first time staying at this hotel, recommended by a friend. And it truly lives up to my friend's description: excellent service, beautiful scenery, and convenient parking—there are parking spaces in front and a large parking lot in the back. The rooms are also very spacious, and the price is reasonable.

It is said that it was possible to rent a fisherman's boat to go out to fish for starfish and sea urchins. Now it is not for fishermen. The government is afraid that the fisherman's boat is dangerous. But those regular boats to fish for starfish sea urchins, pull the cage is very expensive, about 800 yuan, pull you to fish for starfish sea urchins, back and forth for half an hour, take a net fish two times to get starfish sea urchins, meaning let you go. The so-called pull cage is the kind of net put in advance for two or three days on the fish chop. Basically, you can't catch anything. There may be one or two fish that receive more goods, otherwise it is all small crabs, which is very, very worthless!
