Overall the hotel was good. It was very clean which was something that's important in a hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was good too with local food and some western choices. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed and they only offer snacks at their coffee bar. The pool and gym was still closed, hope they can re.open sooner.
I asked for extra coffee cream and water and they gave it without any charge. I got the room upgrade and late check out from Trip.com membership. It was interesting because we were having a late night flight and we were hoping to stay a bit. During the first day I was told to check out at 2pm but the following day I was told the latest is 4pm. I didn't have a good time when we checked in. We didn't fell the warmth that we normally enjoyed in previous accomodations. We were also left to carry our bags to our room. The staff the following day were more accomodating.
We were allowed to order takeaway food but I have to pick it up from downstairs.

This stay was great! The hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. It is very cost-effective, and you can see the mountain view outside the window. I will choose this place next time!

This stay was perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. We arrived at the hotel late at night.
