The hotel location is very good, easy walk to principe real and chiado with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is remodeled from a historical resident and was remodeled in very high quality.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the elevator. However, it's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The service is average. Because it's a historic building undergoing renovations, the electrical system frequently malfunctions, and the hotel staff are clueless and even perfunctory about repairs. While the hotel is beautifully designed, its practicality is lacking, leaving it feeling superficial. The service needs improvement.

The location is average. Although it seems to be in the center, it is actually not close to any attractions and is on the mountain. The white male waiter at the front desk is warm and friendly. You can get a complimentary wine tasting from 5 to 7 o'clock when you check in, but these points are spent at other attractions and you can't catch up with the tasting. Overall relatively safe.
