Lisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet.
The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks.

Nice Hotel! Excellent service! Especially Concierge Yasoja impressed me.
Always big smile, cheer us up by his enthusiasm.
Thank you for everything and he reminded me the bags that I forgot to carry with me when we went to airport.

Amazing hotel!!!!5 star customer service. I was so impressed with the level of service at every level. I would definitely go back without a doubt… very attentive… hospitality is off the charts. Must go, you won’t be disappointed.
