Happy New Year! The hotel is in a great location! All hotels were full during the holidays, so I made a blind selection and received a lot of vouchers, and you could also take a hot spring bath. It was really nice. I was in a hurry when I left and left my clothes in the room. I asked the housekeeper (Zhou Lihua) to forward them to me later. Thank you so much!

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

Opposite the lake is the Diaoyutai ruins, and I saw the figure of Jiang Taigong high over the hill, which was great. 4. The hotel is the gate of the scenic spot, and the opposite is Tianmu Lake Hotel. It is very convenient to go to play and drink authentic Tianmu Lake casserole fish head soup. The hotel has a good environment and is clean. The lake view room we stayed in faces the scenery of Tianmu Lake. The air is good. Standing on the balcony of the room, I feel comfortable looking at the landscape lake. Tianmu Lake Fisherman's Head Soup, which was first created by the catering department of Tianmu Lake Hotel, is a major feature of the hotel. This time I came here to taste it. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise. The self-service breakfast restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, facing Tianmu Lake, with a variety of breakfast varieties, and Western-style snacks are worth tasting. The waiters are enthusiastic and caring for the elderly and help them deliver meals to the table, which is worthy of praise.

There are few types of early dining, which are very average and need to be improved. The swimming pool and gym are outsourced, not very clean, and there are mosquitoes. The swimming pool is full of children's training before 1 o'clock, and hotel guests can't go in, which doesn't feel good. The hotel room is very large, and the attitude of the waiters is okay.

I arrived very early and left a lot of luggage at the front desk. I got tickets to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and went to play for a day. When I came back in the evening, the housekeeper said that she had helped transport the luggage to the room and there was a shuttle bus available. It’s super convenient to get in and out, so you don’t have to worry about living too close to the inside~ In the evening, I received a set meal coupon to eat Tianmu Lake fish head soup. It is a five-minute walk from another hotel restaurant in the chain. The set meal also comes with vegetables, fruits and rice. The three of us also ordered Yanhuihui roasted tofu. Originally, I wanted to order some food, but the waitress said no, I couldn’t eat it. As expected, my belly exploded_(:з」∠)_ The room is also great. The small terrace is especially suitable for taking pictures. We thought that the room by the lake would be cold. It turns out that we thought too much. The floor heating and air conditioning are super warm, and we need to lower the temperature~ The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices. The welcome fruits and snacks are also plentiful. The guy at the hotel coffee bar at the door makes a milky latte, so you don’t have to worry about not having delicious ones around~ The ladies at the front desk, the little brothers and the housekeepers are all very attentive and enthusiastic, and they always respond to every request~

This trip to Tianmu Lake was great. The hotel arranged for a butler to meet us before we set off and sent us the hotel location. The butler Xiao Chen was very considerate and enthusiastic. He was also able to help us upgrade the suite on weekends. It was also very close to Tianmu Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. If the Water World opens, we will stay there again. I will still find the butler Xiao Chen.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, and the staff will contact you in advance to guide you to the location before you check in. The hotel is located in a resort. The environment is very good. It is comfortable and quiet. The rooms are clean and complete with complete sanitary facilities. The hotel manager Nice and the housekeeper Guo Juan provide warm, meticulous and proactive services. The shuttle bus within the resort is also very convenient. The hot spring included in the package was as good as expected. Since I had children with me, the hot spring attendant Aunt Niu Xia took special care of the children. Overall, highly recommended!

It is a good choice to travel to Tianmu Lake. The hotel environment is good. It is right in the scenic area. The transportation is very convenient. You can take the 🚌 bus from Liyang almost to the door. The breakfast is exquisite, the restaurant is large enough, and it doesn't feel crowded on weekends. The hotel is not big, but the location is very good. It occupies a peninsula. There are few people in the off-season, and you can almost enjoy the scenery alone. The service is good overall. The service at the front desk and the restaurant is good. Only one male receptionist has a bad attitude. The facilities are not properly maintained, which caused the bathroom drain to be blocked. I notified the front desk to deal with it. At first, the attitude of the female receptionist was okay. After a while, the attitude of the male receptionist was not good. Ctrip Gold Diamond, the maintenance of facilities and the quality of individual employees need to be improved.
