Splendido

Located in a good location of Ljubljana. Easy to access to nearby attractions.

Booked for the spa facilities, only to find on arrival they had to close and we could not use them. Hotel apparently rent the space out and so had no influence. Spa wanted to charge 175 euro to use a private hot tub?! Hotel itself is very dated. No sockets near the bed. Location was good for walking into city center. Breakfast was fine.

Big hotel, yet the property will probably need a refurbish sooner then later. Room clean, furniture still in good condition, very good preserved. Air conditioning works very well in my room, heating properly. Breakfast very good, yet the restaurant wasn't work at least during our stay, fortunately many other restaurants available in the close neighborhood. Good location, 10 min walking distance from the citycenter.

Hotel molto bello e curato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione eccezionale con una grande varietà di alimenti dal dolce al salato. Posizione ottima a due passi da una delle piazze principali e di conseguenza ai vari servizi. Non do 5 stelle solamente per il letto, trovato scomodo e molto rumoroso nel girarsi da un lato all'altro.

The staff are super helpful, friendly and very responsive if you have any sort of problem. The hotel is connected to the Union hotel which is a beautiful piece of architecture. It is a center hotel so very close and therefore easily walkable to visitor attractions and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable but tired - bathroom in particular with worn out shower and although we had a bath that the shower was attached too it was old and very narrow so I was actually wedged into it (I am an average build) and had to work hard to get out of it! The most annoying thing as we were there with friends for the new year was that there is not a bar area - somewhere pleasant and relaxing that you can sit with a nice drink or cocktail. When asking for a bar area you are sent to a cafe area with tables and white table clothes that was clearly an eating / dining room which was not the same thing and lacked atmosphere. Breakfast was a very good selection. The main entrance could do with a makeover to make it more inviting and the whole experience is in need of refinement.

The location of the hotel is great - close to bus/train station, and close to town center.

Super sejour ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel et le confort au top ! Petit bemol, j'ai laissé un cadeau qu'un ami devait récupérer et ce cadeau n'a pas ete délivré à mon ami. Ce dernier a je pense été dérobé et cest vraiment dommage.

Excellent service hotel with an exceptionally great location.

I am satisfied with the location and service. I am much more satisfied than a 5-star hotel on the first day. When I come back, I will stay at this hotel for several nights and even rent a car to enjoy sports.

Excellent séjour, très bel hôtel, situé à 2 minutes des 3 ponts. Service impeccable, belle chambre, petit déjeuner au top. A recommander

Amazing location, you can walk to most major sights or wander down near the water for a lovely dinner or cocktail! Breakfast was amazing, staff kind and helpful! Needs a bit of updating, but clean and doesn’t take away anything from the stay. We will be back!

The location and the room were excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room had its own clothes press, which is actually really handy for someone who travels for long periods and needs to rapidly spruce-up a shirt to go out - also, it's quite a cute feature.
