Lombard Hotels with Parking

We have stayed at the Chicago Westin Lombard on several occasions so my husband can attend the Windy City Pulp Convention. This year, I also visited Lilacia Park. The staff at the front desk ( Girardo and others) are always friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The bellhop, Charles, is so great! The hotel smells wonderful, is clean, pleasant, and a great value for Bonvoy Marriott members! It is located at the Yorktown Center, where there is shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.we look forward to visiting again.

We stayed here back in February 2022. It was before a flight out in the morning. The rooms were nice and had no problems. I choose to stay again before another flight in September 2022. Things sure changed at this hotel. The room we stayed in was dirty and smelled like old socks. I would have complained, but by the time we arrived we would only get 3-4 hours of sleep before we would have to leave. Sleep was the first priority for us. The room and hallway cleaning took a complete turn for the worse. It really showed they did only the minimum amount of cleaning. Secondly, they were repaving the parking lot during our stay. No access to the front door and parking was on the back side of the hotel and towards the back. We had to carry 4 bags plus 3 carry-on bags up 5-6 steps at the end of the hotel hallway. We then were able to access the elevators. I wish the hotel would have notified me that there would be limited access into the hotel the night of my stay. Yes, I would have stayed at another Best Western hotel I'm sure. I even booked this hotel through the hotels website, not a 3rd. party website. So it was easy for them to contact me. I'm sure it was a case of not wanting to lose money.

I had a very positive experience here for two nights. I was greeted promptly upon entering and up to my room in no time. Room was well appointed, comfortable, clean & quiet. Bathroom was well equipped and had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Appreciated the refrigerator in the room. Location is central to restaurants and shopping. Front desk team and breakfast crew were all very pleasant and friendly. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Best Customer Service right from check in. Masks were required in all public areas. Easy. Efficient. Friendly. Immaculate, the staff was always working. Excellent accommodations for a family of 5. Beds were comfortable, pillows were just right. 2 Tv's with lots of channel options. So clean! Pool and hot tub were being tested for chlorine levels by the pool attendant who was very diligent in getting levels accurate . Pristine. Breakfast had abundant choices, especially during Covid. Lots of hot items, lots of grab and go items. Close to family restaurants, attractions and shops. It will always be our first choice in the Lombard area.
