Come to New Year’s Eve, so happy! The manor is located in a valley, and you need to walk down the road. There is another village with dark flowers and trees, which is very magical. Luggage needs to be sent down by cable. It has the feeling of a primitive village and is a very interesting experience. The rooms in the manor are Japanese style, simple and clean. The toilet and rain experience are great! All service staff are healers, warm and peaceful. The 450-minute gong bath in the healing activity was shocking and magical. I felt like I didn’t sleep much, but I felt refreshed the next day. It was a rare experience and I will come back again in the future.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. Rooms are comfortable and well soundproofed, featuring high-quality bedding. Breakfast is plentiful, and the overall dining quality meets expectations. Facilities like the gym and pool are well-maintained. Room, dining, and concierge services were all top-notch. However, the primary drawback was the front desk service. During check-in, the staff were noticeably cold and indifferent, lacking basic warmth and eye contact. Their communication felt robotic and stiff, with no proactive guidance offered (e.g., breakfast times or location). The entire interaction felt like a cold transaction, completely devoid of the welcoming 'home away from home' feeling one expects from a five-star hotel. As the hotel's 'face,' the front desk service severely let the establishment down and was the biggest detractor from an otherwise good experience.

How can I put it this way? At first I did feel that the service was excellent, but in the end I couldn't accept it when a grown man called me ma'am :-). The front desk, including the concierge service, is good. The efficiency at the pool is really poor. I accidentally locked the key in the cabinet. I told the pool front desk in time, but after waiting for nearly half an hour, no one came to help open it... Later, we went swimming first, and played until we got a little impatient and someone finally came... But the other parts were pretty satisfying.

It was a pleasant enough stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The food and customer service was also good. I was only there for one night. I probably wouldn't stay there for a single night stay again, but maybe for a longer period of time.

My recent stay at this hotel near to Wuhan Railway Station was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, especially for travelers like myself who rely on seamless transportation connections. Being just minutes away from Wuhan Railway Station made exploring the city effortless. Despite its proximity to the bustling station, the hotel managed to provide a tranquil oasis amidst the urban buzz. Upon entering my room, I was delighted by the spaciousness and meticulous attention to detail. The room exuded a sense of elegance and comfort, offering ample space to unwind after a day of exploration. The amenities provided were thoughtfully curated, catering to every need of the discerning traveler. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, and I was continually impressed by their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my requests. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast experience. The hotel's culinary offerings surpassed all expectations, with a delectable array of dishes to suit every palate. From freshly baked pastries to traditional Chinese delicacies, each morning was a culinary delight that provided the perfect start to my day of exploration.

We stayed for a total of six nights. The first night, we felt that the room air-con was not cold enough and we asked for another room which was granted. A fan and a Wi-Fi router were even supplied to us. All in all… it was pleasant throughout. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Should we visit Wuhan again in the future, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

Traveling on May Day is already very tiring, especially with the elderly and children, there will be some requirements for accommodation and other aspects. Choosing Wyndham is really the icing on the cake for this trip! Let’s talk about the location first. The location of this store is far away from the bustling Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, which has been criticized by many people. But I want to say that different demands naturally lead to different choices! For us, this is simply the best location, okay? ! We are traveling with our children. The children are obsessed with ”Guanggu Skyrail Valley” and ”Carrot Run”. With the help of Wyndham's super favorable geographical location, after staying for 2 nights, the children experienced ”Carrot” 3 times, ”Skyrail” 1 time, and ”Ham Sausage” 1 time (the name given by the children is actually a tram). After all, the ”Carrot” can be parked at the door of the hotel, and the ”Skyrail” is within 2 kilometers, which can be seen from the window of the hotel room. It perfectly realizes the ”purpose” of this trip, right? ! Thanks to Wyndham, the experience is perfect! As for the hardware, the hotel continues the consistent style and quality of Wyndham. In order to adapt to the high-tech of Konggu, the screen in the hotel lobby is also very technological, and the children are attracted as soon as they enter the door. Take-out robots are used throughout the process, and the curtains and toilets in the room are all intelligent, with a strong sense of modern technology integration. At the same time, the breakfast is also good. Although it is not as good as expected, it is enough to meet the various tastes of the family. I personally think it is completely worth it! Finally, let’s talk about the service. The hotel’s service staff is very enthusiastic and polite. The children also received snacks and small toys when they checked in, which is very thoughtful. Thank you for the enthusiastic service and quick response of the hotel eeqq, especially thank you to the hotel front desk Eric. The guy is not only ”Very nice” in appearance, but also speaks gently and provides very thoughtful service. It was very hot at noon and helped us send our luggage to the waiting area. It must be ”very” praised! In short, Wyndham has always been on my choice list, and this time it did not disappoint me, and even brought me some surprises. Wuhan not only has the ”Yellow Crane Tower” with a sense of history, but also the ”Optics Valley” full of high-tech. If your children also want to experience the most cutting-edge ”light of technology”, if your family also wants to feel the ”road of technology”, if you yourself also want to have a ”technology journey”, come to Optics Valley, and you will never go wrong by choosing ”Wyndham”!

**Facilities:** The hotel is said to be the former Novotel Xinhua, which was extremely popular a few years back and once had a stellar reputation. Consequently, the facilities are still very well-maintained and comprehensive. It truly lives up to the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. **Cleanliness:** Despite its location on a bustling food street, the hotel's exterior is remarkably clean, and the rooms are, without exaggeration, spotless. It's clear the management takes great pride in their meticulous upkeep. **Location:** Strategically located just a 15-minute drive from Hankou Railway Station, it's also right next to the famous Wansongyuan Food Street – an absolute paradise for a foodie like myself! **Service:** The service was exceptional! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an iced drink, a local 'crispy ice' snack, and even cooling patches – so many thoughtful gestures I was almost overwhelmed! Their genuine warmth and hospitality were truly touching. This hotel is an absolute must-visit. To top it all off, I even received a 50% off Didi coupon for my ride!

Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!
