This hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

The Shangri-La in Wuhan was built in '99, so the in-room facilities are a bit dated. However, the bedding was comfortable for sleeping. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by that signature Shangri-La scent, which my son loved. The service is top-notch and breakfast is plentiful. An old Ferrari is still a Ferrari!

My stay at Hilton Wuhan Riverside exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in, patiently providing information about the hotel's facilities. The room was clean and spacious, and the high-floor river view room offered spectacular views, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Yangtze River and Parrot Island Bridge—the night view was especially stunning. The bedding was comfortable, and soundproofing was good. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with local snacks like hot dry noodles tasting authentic. The high-altitude river view pool was perfect for photos, and its proximity to Hanyang Beach made for convenient leisurely strolls. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Wuhan!

Choosing this hotel when catching the high-speed train was such a stress-saver! You can book a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to Wuhan Station in advance, and the driver even helped with my luggage and thoughtfully provided a high-speed rail travel kit, saving me the hassle of waiting for a taxi. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway, and there's a large mall downstairs for all your dining and shopping needs. The room was spacious, the mattress was incredibly comfortable and restorative, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation and no unpleasant odors. The WiFi was stable, making it comfortable for both work and relaxation. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying at the Westin again because I had to catch a high-speed train from the East Station the next day, and it's only a 10-minute taxi ride away. For over 700 RMB a night during the National Day holiday, it was incredibly good value for money. The facilities are new and clean, and stepping outside immediately offers beautiful scenery. A walk along the river on a sunny day was very pleasant, and there weren't many people around. Everything else was perfect, except for one minor issue: We arrived past 5 PM, only to be told that our room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait for about another hour. Having stayed in many five-star hotels, this was by far the latest check-in time I've ever experienced. After two discussions, another staff member at the front desk finally managed to get us a room, which was quite a struggle. We also tried the hotel's buffet dinner this time. The variety wasn't extensive, but the price was reasonable for the food offered. We were given a card to redeem for hairy crabs, but after waiting from 6 PM until 8 PM, we were told they were out and were given some oysters instead.

看着是2026年新裝修才來的，前台服務好，免費升級了房型，停車場是地下停車場、位置寬敞車位多。房間在高樓層相對很安靜，床品舒適、乾淨整潔，配有落地大窗，視野開闊，晚上拍照很出片，並且帶有小度智能客控，躺在床上就能開關燈很便捷。整體入住體驗很好，距離步行街也很近，吃喝玩樂都十分方便，在十堰算是名列前茅的酒店了。

During the Golden Week holiday, I stayed at the Sheraton Hankou for my trip to Wuhan. Knowing it would be crowded and fully booked, I was prepared for a wait, but the service experience was a delightful surprise! Upon arrival, the concierge immediately helped with my luggage and greeted me warmly. The front desk was busy with many guests, but the staff managed everything efficiently, processing check-ins smoothly, patiently explaining room availability, and even thoughtfully recommending Hankou sightseeing routes and local eateries. Throughout my stay, any requests to the front desk were met with quick responses. The staff handled issues patiently and meticulously, without being perfunctory despite the holiday rush. From the front desk and concierge to housekeeping, everyone was genuinely friendly and professional, maintaining a high standard of attentive service even with a packed house. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. It's rare to find such steady and warm service when traveling during a holiday. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Wuhan!

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.
