We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during the National Day holiday! The soundproofing was really good. In the morning, I thought the delivery guy was a bit noisy, but it turned out to be a wedding next door, so it really blocks out sound well. Right behind the hotel is a large shopping mall with a Yonghui supermarket, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. They even provide kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and the hairdryer is a Philips! It was very easy to get here from Overseas Chinese Town, and the price was excellent for the National Day period. As for downsides, 1. there's no charging pile. I had to go to the Atour next door to charge, but it wasn't a far walk. 2. This one is a real bug: if two people are doing any two of these activities simultaneously – using the toilet, showering, washing up, or taking a bath – you'll definitely be seeing each other naked.

Environment and Hygiene: The hotel's overall environment was clean, and the toiletries were of good quality, reflecting a strong emphasis on hygiene and comfort. Service and Facilities: The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were efficient. The convenient transportation around the hotel made getting around easy. Breakfast and Dining: The breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was consistently good. Room Comfort: It was quiet at night with no disturbances, which greatly improved sleep quality.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk east of the train station, perfect if you're lugging suitcases. The surrounding amenities are incredibly convenient too. Enshi Bus Station is right next door, offering direct shuttle buses to Enshi Grand Canyon, Daqinjing, and Lichuan Tenglong Cave. The front desk staff kindly upgraded me to an executive floor room on the 16th floor, which I really appreciated! 👍👍 Also, a big shout-out to Mi Manchi (the gentleman at the front desk) for extending my check-out time to my satisfaction. 👍👍 The gym and indoor heated swimming pool are both open as usual (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM). The complimentary laundry and ironing service (5 items per day) was also handled exceptionally well by the staff. 👍👍 My only wish for future stays would be the addition of a self-service laundry room – it would honestly cut my luggage in half! 🤝🤝

Wuhan's cherry blossoms are beautiful, but the real surprise of this stay started with Mike at the Ruihua Hotel. Thanks to his thoughtful arrangements, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room directly overlooking East Lake. This led to an incredible experience the next morning: watching the sunrise from the comfort of our bed! 🌅 I have to say, the quality at Ruihua is consistently excellent, from the Dyson hairdryer and full set of L'Occitane toiletries to the unbeatable lake view outside the window – every detail makes for a comfortable stay. Being right next to Chu River and Han Street also makes getting around incredibly convenient. A big thank you to Mike for making this trip to Wuhan such a wonderful start. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Wuhan!

We chose Shangri-La primarily because of our trust in the brand, and indeed, the Shangri-La Wuhan once again proved its value and charm. Although the hotel was built some time ago (it's Wuhan's oldest five-star hotel), and its exterior might not be the most modern or flashy, the moment you step into the golden lobby, adorned with red lanterns and pink peach blossoms, and are greeted with warm smiles, you instantly feel like a welcomed guest, a true VIP. The two-bedroom apartment was, of course, spacious and comfortable. I want to highlight two things: first, the toilet in the bathroom had a Washlet, which is a feature many newer hotels lack. Second, because we had a large group and drank a lot of water, we asked the hotel housekeeping for a few extra bottles on our first night. Not only were they delivered quickly, but from the next day onwards, they proactively provided several extra bottles every day. While bottled water isn't particularly valuable, we've had many experiences in other hotels where we couldn't get more, or even had to pay extra for it. On the day we checked out, our flight was delayed until the evening due to air traffic control. We tried asking the front desk for a late checkout, and after listening attentively to our situation, the staff promptly arranged a complimentary late checkout for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Its location is also a big plus; it's convenient whether you're taking a taxi or the subway, and MixC City is right next door. Oh, and the breakfast was very extensive. The egg drop soup was exceptionally delicious! The young man making it was highly skilled, creating delicate egg ribbons that, paired with fermented glutinous rice and osmanthus honey, were so good I could have had three bowls. The restaurant staff were all smiling and welcoming, and the service at the executive lounge was, needless to say, incredibly patient and meticulous. It was a truly perfect stay. The hotel facilities are all new, the room is spacious enough, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The Chinese restaurant provides good value for money, and the service everywhere is warm and attentive. It's very pleasant to take a walk along the Yangtze River downstairs. Over two days, we visited Three Gorges Tribe and Two Dams and One Gorge respectively, and both times we came back well-rested. The only minor drawback was that on the first day, after we switched back to our booked twin room, we found a few small food crumbs, like potato chips, on the large fabric armchair.

This was an amazing hotel for me as a solo traveller. The modern furnishings in my high rise room made for a relaxing atmosphere. I loved watching cars right outside the window in the evenings. The front desk workers were very welcoming and efficient with the checkin process. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side is that I found hair stands in my bed on the first night. My sheets were changed upon request. The mirrors in the room had dust and water spatters on them. The room is gorgeous, clean mirrors would elevate the appearance even more.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.
