The second time I went there, Shuangquan Hotel was far better than Xiangyang Qiqu Hotel in terms of environment, facilities and service. It was a completely different experience. The service in all aspects was very considerate, and the hotel was very beautiful. There were moss landscapes and green plants everywhere, which was full of creativity. When I was dining in the hotel lobby, the front desk lady also brought mineral water! ! The small details were all in place! ! It was much more comfortable than the hotel I stayed in Xiangyang. I regretted my last trip. I still want to stay in this hotel three or four times! ! But there are some small suggestions. Can I add a small bed to the courtyard pool room? The small bed added later was really uncomfortable to sleep on. It was not comfortable at all. Sleeping was the most important thing. It should be improved. The bed in the parent-child twin room was too small. It was too easy to fall off when sleeping with one big and one small. It was not easy to merge them. One should be larger and one smaller, which would be more reasonable! !

The experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Enshi Station far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just east of the train station, a 5-minute walk even with luggage. The surrounding amenities are also superb; within a few minutes' walk, you'll find a snack street and authentic local restaurants, offering specialty foods like Zhang Guan He Zha and Tujia Diaozha Bing. In the evenings, there's a lively BBQ night market. Getting to city attractions or the Enshi Grand Canyon by taxi is also very convenient. The room experience was comfortable and thoughtful. The space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, allowing me to relax instantly after a long day of sightseeing. My sleep quality was undisturbed. Service details were heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive throughout. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and ironing services, and with advance booking, you can even enjoy pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is incredibly practical for travelers on the go. The facilities are comprehensive. The buffet breakfast at the Hua Yu themed restaurant offers a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, Western bread, freshly made noodles, and fresh fruits – everything you need to start your day energetically. There's also a heated swimming pool and a gym open from 9 AM to 10 PM. This is truly the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Enshi! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel has an elegant environment, spacious and bright rooms, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent sleep quality. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process is efficient and convenient. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are abundant dining options. The overall experience is excellent value and highly recommended

It was really an amazing experience the food the front desk staff was really good it was an amazing experience for me and my family my child enjoy the play area for kids. He also loved the robot that brings you your delivery to the door of your room. The food at the morning breakfast was really amazing so many varieties the stuff also give you some options to satisfy your needs. It was really an amazing experience. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone

Our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed. A special thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk; her service was outstanding. She even gave us complimentary breakfast during check-in and later checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. This kind of thoughtful service really made us feel welcome. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Wuhan!

I usually like to save the best for last when writing, but for reviews, I'll cut straight to the chase. We booked an Executive Suite primarily for the Executive Lounge access, but the lounge experience was so disappointing that we checked out after just one night. The room itself, however, was great. Executive Lounge Happy Hour: We arrived at six, and it was already packed. There was barely any food left. Since it was the Winter Solstice on Saturday, they had dumplings. No desserts, and the cold selection just had sandwiches and sushi. Some dishes were empty. We found a spot, and just as we were finishing up, another guest placed a dirty plate next to us. The whole lounge was so noisy; we left after less than half an hour. Compared to executive lounges at other hotels, this one was truly subpar. The last three pictures show some of the dishes from the executive lounge. Facilities: The Executive Suite on the 19th floor was very spacious at 98 square meters, with two bathrooms. The living room had a sofa and a round table, and the bedroom was also large. The bathroom was equipped with mouthwash, and the living room had a capsule coffee machine, all very good. The view outside was also excellent. Ambiance: The lobby was spacious and featured some old photos of Wuhan. Service: The service was very good. The front desk staff specifically put the explanation of the executive floor benefits into an envelope for us. Breakfast: The Executive Lounge doesn't offer breakfast, so we had to go to the restaurant on the second floor. However, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. The freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious. There were plenty of choices for desserts, fruits, drinks, and main courses, and enough seating at the tables. However, the hotel was very slow to refund the deposit. We checked out on Saturday morning around 10 AM, but didn't receive the deposit until Sunday morning around 9 AM. Overall, it's still a pretty good hotel; I'm just quite disappointed with the Executive Lounge. If I book again, I'll just opt for a standard room.

Our stay was incredibly pleasant! From the moment we arrived, they quickly checked us in and helped with our luggage. Throughout our stay, any request was promptly addressed. Even before check-out, they thoughtfully reminded us to double-check our belongings. Every step was smooth and natural, with no stiff procedures, just a genuine warmth that made us feel well taken care of. Other hotel staff were also very friendly; the front desk patiently answered our questions and gave us local recommendations, and housekeeping service was very responsive, professional, and sincere. We felt completely at ease and comfortable the entire time.

We booked two rooms and saw that there were elderly people there, so we were upgraded to one room with a view of the park opposite. The elderly were very satisfied. The room was clean and hygienic, the breakfast was rich in variety, and the security guard outside the door recommended a good place to eat.

The hotel's location is very convenient for travel, and it is quiet in a bustling city. It is especially quiet at night. It is close to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the silence in the courtyard also highlights the sound of the aircraft. The room is relatively better. Fortunately, the sound is short, only about 20 seconds. There are not many flights and it is not too late. The front desk is very hospitable and I will stay here again next time.

The hotel's location and room amenities are absolutely fantastic. I stayed on the 22nd floor, which offered expansive views. Waking up to a sunrise over the river and later enjoying the illuminated Yangtze River Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower at night added so many delightful surprises to my trip. The area around the hotel has a vibrant local atmosphere; if you're not in a rush, a ten-minute bike ride takes you to Wuhan Doupi King on Xidajie, and a short walk further unlocks Guiyuan Temple, one of Wuhan's most revered temples. Finally, a shout-out to the hotel service – I called the front desk for an extra blanket in the early hours, and the response was incredibly fast. A truly pleasant stay!
