The hotel is conveniently located, and the elevator in the building can directly reach Vanke Mall. The room facilities are very new and complete, very clean and hygienic, and someone cleans it every day. This time, due to the injury, I traveled in a wheelchair and did not feel the inconvenience of the facilities. There was no separate shower, and it was integrated with the bathtub. But I have to say that the front desk service that I felt was not very professional this time was in line with the environmental facilities. Our check-in time coincided with the Wuhan cherry blossom season, and the Hanma was to be held on the weekend of that week, but we checked in on a weekday and stayed for 3 consecutive nights. The front desk has not been able to provide satisfactory service. As a hotel under Ascott, especially as a service hotel, Somerset should provide more professional services (I have also stayed in many serviced apartments in Beijing and other places before). Question 1: When we checked in, we confirmed with the front desk that we had a car and needed to enter the license plate. The front desk stated that we needed to come to the front desk to enter it before leaving. The next day, before we left, we found the same staff member to handle the license plate entry. As a result, when we left the parking lot, we found that it was not successfully recorded and charged a parking fee of 60 yuan. It may not be easy to solve the problem after reporting it to the hotel. In the end, Alipay personally transferred the parking fee back. Question 2: After checking in on the first day, we were satisfied with the room configuration, so we immediately renewed the original room on the original platform for 2 nights. After the reservation was successful, we needed to pay offline at the hotel. Before 12 noon the next day, we went to enter the license plate and explain the renewal. The front desk said that they had seen the renewal order and completed the renewal, but did not need to pay offline. They repeatedly said that they had paid online. Although I was confused, I left first. After lunch, I went back to the room and it could not be opened. I went back to the front desk and found that I had not renewed the stay. This time, I changed the front desk again and felt that I didn’t understand it. I insisted on paying offline before it was fixed. In the end, I forgot to collect the deposit again (the pre-authorization on the first day was also swiped as consumption) Question 3: Because I was inconvenient in a wheelchair, although I had a companion, I had a lot of luggage when I checked out. I called the front desk, and the front desk said to see if there was an aunt to help, and then there was no reply. In the end, my companions went back and forth twice to move the luggage. Question 4: We had already checked out and finished our meal, but the front desk was still calling to ask if we wanted to extend our stay... I felt that the front desk staff at this Somerset hotel was generally confused, probably because it had just opened, but the other staff members were all very nice. We checked out on Hanma, so there were a lot of people. I hope everyone can have a good experience.

Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. A very good stay experience. Opposite the Mercure is Chaibo Lake, with a panoramic view of the golden color. The standard facilities in the room are very similar to those of the Four Seasons Hotel, clean and tidy, the lobby on the first floor is spacious, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast is good and meets our needs. The beef noodles are especially good

The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. We took Metro Line 4 from Wuchang Railway Station and arrived at Lanjiang Road Metro Station in 3 stops, which was very convenient. Just walk a short distance straight ahead from the subway station and you will find the Shell Hotel, which is easy to find on the upper floor of the Hilton. There are many restaurants along the way. There is also a night market selling snacks and barbecues on the Parrot Trail, which is quite lively. There are roadside fruit shops and snack shops. I also bought breakfast on the way the next day. It was so comfortable to take it back to the hotel and eat it slowly! When we arrived at the room, we found that the heater had been turned on in advance, and we felt very warm as soon as we entered the room. Then there is an unbeatable river view and bathtub, with a distant view of the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River First Bridge, and the Parrot Island Bridge. It's a great place to take the kids out for a walk. The kids don't want to leave. The cleaning lady and customer service Xiaopingguo both provide very good service. Be patient and meticulous. I will stay here again if I have the chance to visit Hanyang in the future.

The ethos hotel is a great choice if you're planning a trip to wuhan! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the ”Bund” area of wuhan. We spent two days walking around that area but barely scratched the surface. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, albeit fairly small with a bit of a 'wasted' tiny balcony area and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices but there are some classic wuhan breakfast options on offer so you can get your fix of reganmian or doupi if you want. The options were limited but they were quite tasty and fresh. There is a laundry room and a gym, there's supposed to be an outer deck, but it seemed to be closed when we tried to go outside, a bit of a shame because we wanted to see the view. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to

Room was great, very clean, well appointed and very new. The location is also great,close to everything, breakfast was also good. Got upgraded due to Hilton Gold Member, however really no other recognitions. Unfortunately, the service was the let down, reception staff showed no interest, no eye contact, no communication, didn’t tell me where is the restaurant opening hours, inclusions of my room and worst didn’t even tell me where is the lift to get to our room.
